This app completely sucks now. It used to be almost worth the ungodly ads and constant freezing, then there was the update that took away the ability to play the machines at all.. even then, I put up with it because it was free stuff. But now, the developers made it impossible to do anything without paying, other than watch hours of ads. The app has become a clear scam to see how many people will pay for nothing. Uninstalled instantly after this new update.

You actually get the items you played for. Mine started showing up after a few weeks. You swipe, a lot, and watch a ton of ads. I suggest you swipe and earn enough coins to play for ten items or they will expire 24 hours after playing the claw machine. After you earn 10 items, you need to swipe even more to "purchase" the items. The first bag is the cheapest to complete but those costs make quite a jump in the second bag and even more by the third bag. Some items are junk but others are great.

I'm still waiting on a lot of items I "shopped" for. Some since April 2023. 10 months. This is ridiculous. They had me complie a list of the items I had received yet. It took an hour. Then they sent nowhere near all my items. The only way I even received those was because I constantly contacted support. I wouldn't even have this app installed if I didn't have to reach out to CS every so often to try to get the items I earned by "free shopping."

the initial tutorial doesn't explain very well, you have to swipe through tons of products to find interesting stuff, and every item is just straight from temu. given the issues with camera streams and automatic cart clearing, it's just better to put your time into a legit/highly reviewed earning app and then purchase stuff directly off temu.

This app was promising, but the crystal system is ridiculously unfair. The number of crystals needed to "order" or claim the prizes you win even out to roughly the same amount as the listed retail price. 🙄 Get rid of this - if I'm going to watch ad after ad to try earning free things, I shouldn't need to pay full retail price to order them. Also, had 14 hours left to finish the "wins" on some prizes, but it seems that their countdowns to win disappear and reset when the date does.

Started off good now I have watched 12 ads to play 4 different games and my screen is all black and I can't play anything but my timer is steady taking stuff out of my winings when I can't even play the game anymore. Watch ads to play then every single time now screen goes black and can't even play even took my coins on the first black screen cause I thought it might click on after I pressed start. Can't win anything like that. I did have 4 wins but after that I got a timer counting down.

I was so impressed with this one. Like 6 star review impressed. Yes, there's going to be ads, and a LOT of them where free stuff in involved. Where do you think they get the money? But after this update, I lost everything I had saved, including the 5 straight hours and somewhat more expensive items I worked for yesterday. Too much. I'm done. Products are actually really amazing though.

UPDATE: Thank you for responding but it is not a connection issue, it is a game issues, it freezes saying please wait, then it takes your coins but does not let you play. If I could attach a pic or video I could show you So far, you almost have a really good game with this one. One complaint is, a few glitches and when you reach out to support, you get told you not playing it correctly, calling bs on this one. This game freezes and still takes your coins.

I was trying to do something, but it wouldn't move, it's like the stream stopped, and the buttons were working, and it wasted my coins, this is especially annoying because you get too many ads, it's super annoying, and half the time, the stream just doesn't work, this sucks and I do not recommend personally, put I'm glad the claw actually works. (I mean the ads and the stream camera sucks)

Terrible game. Tokens keep on increasing. I've seen them double at least twice since freshly installing. I also completed 2 mini bags/boxes and was working on my third when it told me to update. I did, then the mini bags/boxes were no longer there and prices were still 4× what they should have been starting from scratch. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling it to see if that would fix it and/or have me start over from scratch again but nope, prices still 4× what they should have been.

Love playing claw games, unfortunately I've only been able to successfully play twice, I can move the claw to the left but that's it, nothing else happens at all!! I have a very strong signal, as I've played twice on the same network that I'm usually unable to play on more so than I'm able to.....disappointing for sure, but would be a great claw machine game to play if it's ever playable!

After update I can no longer play. The screen for the claw game is black. Update: Already tried reinstalling. Even tried installing on different phone. Btw, love how you keep blaming everyone's network. Don't you find it odd that everyone has network issues and how your app is supposedly faultless? Starting to sound like a scam now. I was so close to getting the items and now conveniently your app doesn't work correctly. Guess I'll quit recommending this app.

So the app is free but there is lots of ads like alot and it takes the fun out of it most of the time. I wish there was a little bit more opponents to win and gave estimates on when your package will be sent out and tracking info. I have been waiting for my first shipment for over a month now. There is also other bugs with streams not wanting to connect and some ads kick me out of the app and I have to rewatch 3 ads to play the claw. Definitely needs alot of work but it has good bones.

Intrusive ads every second. The red dot light for the claw doesn't line up with the prize, so when you miss grabbing the prize, you are forced to watch another ad to get another chance (To miss, again) to grab the prize. They know what they're doing. The ads generate money just for them. Terrible. Uninstalling. I rather buy the items from Temu. Edit: I won't contact in app support as the Dev said. Again, they know what they are doing. They cause the game to malfunction.

Too many ads on top of false information. You watch 3 ads per play, another ad every two swipes, and an ad after every game. If the ads weren't bad enough, just because you win an item it doesn't mean you've gotten said item. Those items expire after 24 hours and you have to collect 10 items to ship. But you can't ship unless you pay upwars of 350-2000 coins per item to ship each one. Don't bother. Response: if I have to top up and pay more than the item is worth to ship then it's not free.

I thought the "too many ads" were just complaints but it literally is TOO MANY ADS. So as you browse the catalog, you earn 1 coin per swipe. After a couple of swipes you get a like 5 second ad. Simple, manageable. Great, you come across a product you like; well in order to play it, you have to watch 3 (30 seconds each!) Ads. If you lose and have enough coins to play again, you can. However, you must watch 1 (30 seconds) ad. Then after watching said ad, it doesn't even count it! Infinite ads! 👎

This app seems awesome, but there are a few bugs. I've had trouble with being able to play the claw after ads, being able to see the stream, and I can't contact support (I get a field error). The claws are fun, and gaining the coins needed to play them is easy. I like how we don't have to wait and watch others (mostly since I don't like people watching me lol) as well. You do have an expiration on wins, which sucks imo, but either way I would give 5 stars if these bugs were to be resolved.

You don't actually play to win the prizes. You watch three ads, pay coins to play then pick a video you think is a winner. If it's not you can try again by using more coins and watching more ads. You need to win at least 10 prizes before you can check out. But in the end, you choose one item that you want to ship for free, but you either actually need to pay for the item by buying coins or watching enough ads/ swiping prizes to gain over 1,300 coins. It's tedious, not fun or worth all the ads.

It was a good app, but the update change it. YOU aren't playing the games anymore. You pick someone to play for you and hope they win by choosing the claw machine you want Edit: it takes 3 adds to get a shot at a claw machine, and now with the way they're doing it, it's completely random if you win because someone else is playing. Twice in a row, the machines claw didn't moves at all and just went down in the slot where the prizes are supposed to go if you win. It sucks now

I'm not sure how to get an item because it says watch ads, play games, or swipe items, but I'm only getting coins from the ads and the swiping. There's also a lot of ads you have to watch and sometimes the videos of the machine don't move around and pick things up so I don't get a win, thus having to watch another ad and get more coins. Edit: I found out how to get gems for an item but it's taking a while and there's still a lot of ads.
