I can't log in and a popup states my username/password "doesn't match our records." For the past week everything has been fine but for some reason over the past hour or so I can't login due to this error. I didn't change my password or username either.

I was excited to explore the new features and a better interface. Well, it needs more improvement. I wish developers could solve the issues asap!! It was working for a minute after i logged in then blank white screen.

Ask robin feature is stuck at loading. Im using android but when i use iphone i can connect fast to "ask robin" feature. This ask robin feature failed during a very unfortunate moment. My flight was cancelled and i have no way to contact to a live agent to help me book a new flight. Fortunately the agents at JetBlue was nice enough to help me contact carnival. Please fix this very critical error. Ask robin is very important

it's never work properly I don't know why even after putting my I'd password it's not opening and on top of that no one is responding to me . I try generate Code no one answered

I couldn't login to the hub. It is showing that the username or password is wrong . when I attempt forget password and create a new password the code is not generated.

The app overall when you use it is working but when you use it for ASK ROBIN it is NOT WORKING AT ALL. IT KEEPS ON CRASHING. I HAVE TRIED TO TO CLEAR CACHE, UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL STILL NOT WORKING. THE AGENT ON THE OTHER LINE CANNOT WAIT FOR ME FOREVER. YOU HAVE TO FIX THIS. AGAIN ASK ROBIN CHAT FEATURES KEEPS ON CRASHING. Fast forward 2024, nothing has changed. Ask robin option is still not working well. Keeps on crashing, freezing and it says that the app stopped working.

The first time I used the new updated app I was super excited to explore all the new features. However, barely 30secs into the app, it cuts off and shuts down. And deleted the app and reinstalled. Still same problem. I think there's a bug that seriously needs to be fixed. And I will be looking forward to a new update that fixes this bug. And not only on my phone. On my colleagues phone as well.
