Great app, awesome to have all the content in one place. Though being able to continue listening to audio while your phone screen is off and screen share / chrome cast would be even better🤙

Love the quality and effort you are giving us via your media app! There are definitely tons of features that are needed to call this a perfect app, but through your weekly updates and newsletters I know that more improvements are on their way! Keep up the good work ❤️

For some reason the app doesn't register that I'm watching a video and will shut off after 2 mins (which is my screen timeout set on my phone). It thinks it's just sitting on the homepage with no finger input and times out. Using Galaxy S21.

EDIT: They actually fixed the issues I mentioned lol. Thank you! And the new history/continue watching feature is great! The only thing missing now is the ability to cast video to Chromecast/smart TVs!

Love the boys and the content they put out but the audio player is always pausing/freezing on me. Can't play an EP in full without having to back out of it. Would also like to see the ability to FF/rewind/pause with the pulldown notification bar.

App is great. Way better than Patreon. All the content is especially useful if you want to learn (or practice) basic organic chemistry reactions. It goes over everything from the most basic alkene/alkyne/pi electron formations all the way to Baeyer-Villager oxidations and even things like amino acid synthesis. Might be best suited if you're taking Ochem 2 (since it's geared heavy towards practicing reactions) but it's great for physics also. The way these guys cover torque and kinematics is 👌

The app isn't designed well. Devs should be looking to mirror Spotify with *much* smaller tiles. Few criticisms: - no queuing option - no listening history - too much useless information loaded into each episode panel. Collapse the comments section. - HUGE: Streaming just sometimes... Doesn't work. Downloads buffer every 5-10 seconds about 10% of the time. - no 15sec rewind/fast forward option Get to work team.

Sweet, all functional issues I had with the audio only stream have been fixed. Everything is really seamless and easy to use. I did notice that when in pip mode the video crops in like 70% so you can't see the whole video. Very minor issue. Keep up the good work.

Love that you put everything into this one app, it's pretty solid, but it cuts out during playback, aka it buffers forever after the first 15-20 seconds regardless of my internet connection/speed. Also, you should implement a notification and lock screen controller - play/pause fwd/bckwd since it keeps playing in the bg but there's no way to tell when you unlock your phone and pull down the notifs tab.

The app feels and looks good, has good support with new features being added like the PiP. Still having no media controls in the Android pull down drawer or whatever is still a bummer however, it's the only media app I know of without them. But besides that it's slick, the players are responsive, the layout is nice and straightforward and the continued support has been good, I'm sure this'll all be sorted in time!

The app works well but it uses a lot of data. It seems like even if I'm using just for the audio (e.g. with maps open when driving or phone locked in the gym) the video is being downloaded in the background. Lowering video quality has helped (default is 1080p), but it would be nice to just be downloading the audio content. Alternatively/also if there was some way to download episodes for offline use that would be great for flights/commuting where I don't have data. 5 stars otherwise.

I love all the podcasts, and it's good to have all the content in one spot, but whenever you try to listen to the audio version of the podcast with your phone off or in the background, the audio glitches then pauses itself every minute, regardless of internet connection. Wish I didn't subscribe for a while year in advance. Please fix because it makes the app almost unusable for your paying fans.

Love the podcast as always, but I do think the app needs a little bit more work done in terms of functionality. For example, when I go to the option "change plan" it just doesn't let me click on it, like it's not registering the click or something. A history of watched episodes would be great too. Other than that, keep up the good work!

Easy to use, creators are super responsive and clearly listen to feedback. A quick scroll over the reviews and you'll see old reviews about previously missing features like Picture-in-picture mode and Background/screen off support, all of which have been added and work great. The main feature I miss is the ability to queue another video or multiple to play next :) and I'm a new user so maybe it's there and I havent found it yet.

Love the podcast but hope the app gets a little work done. Anytime I play audio and shut off my screen it'll only play a minute then shut off and give me a "something went wrong" error. Also when I try to whatch the videos my phone still wants to go into sleep mode so if I'm not near and my phone gets locked it'll stop the video

3/5 stara just based on the operating state, everything else is fine. I am having similar issues another use was with his S21. I have a pixel 4 and have to keep reopening the app to play the audio, as it turns off when you put the app in the background. It would be nice for there to be a icon on the locked screen, like Spotify, to pause/play/skip. Filtering through shows and audio/video options. Just seems more cluttered than needed.

I like the content obviously, but the app is starting to get frustrating to use. The video player is a bit archaic. I would like to be able to listen with the screen off, have picture-in-picture, and the option to go back and fwd 10 or 30 secs. Also, it keeps turning off my screen after some 5 minutes which is weird, and the full screen doesn't go on top of my phone controls. Just a few issues but nothing major. Still great app!
