It doesn't work. I couldn't enter any origin or destination stops to find a route, nor could I purchase a ticket

Really bad and unreliable. TL should have a look at the TPG app (Geneva). Much better (ie near-by feature) and much more accurate

Buggi, and user experience is not great. Will try to install again and see if this time it works. -EDIT- It really doesn't work, it's very bad.

Edit 15-March: no help from TL. The swisspass login is still not working or recognised and obviously no one from TL responded. An app should bot need a user guide or help to log in. Make it decent! We're paying a fortune for the tickets

Very slow, takes much time to update information (not due to network). Tickets puchase not easily accessible and rate too hard to find (better use google to find the right page on their website)

Needs frequent restarts after latest update (restart of the phone, not just the app). This makes it almost unusable! Too bad, since the app itself (when it works) is both useful and functional.

Feels kinda rough around the edges and buggy overall. Also, available only in French. No need to bother—use the website for zone maps and SBB EasyRide for tickets.

Times are often wrong and bus times change. Instead of saying bus is canceled or delayed, they just make it disappear from schedule as if you didn't see the information 5 mins previously.

Edit: Keeps getting better and better "Cette version n'est plus supportée, veuillez mettre à jour l'application." App is bad, but delays are worst!

Used to be very good and functional, but ever since two weeks or so the app doesn't give the good price for tickets and so I have been unable to by any tickets since then. It is really annoying.

These new changes should've been stayed for the tl preview untill they're fully operational. Pushing it to the main app was not a good idea when it's this unfinished. Now I have to resort into using SBB app for the time being.

its a rare app not to mention how mb it weighs, plus its going everywhere in your phone, it takes liberties it doesnt need. we use to be able to see our mobilis on the the SWISSPAS, but now we need to download this one as well. not happy i am going to remove it

The app works ok but is badly designed. First, it is impossible to order the favorites. Secondly, unlike the TPG app, it is impossible to simply watch the upcoming transports at a stop nearby - you must add it as a favorite first.

Worst public transport app that I have ever encountered. I am unable to buy multiple tickets at once. Buying tickets with credit card is much more annoying than by other means (why though bruv? :) ) Much room for improvement.

No in-built grid plan (instead, download a pdf). Can't search for a stop without using localisation or having already searched for it once (with localisation). The stops really shouldn't be dependant on localisation (see CFF app). Can't select a route/line easily without selecting a stop (see previous problem).

The new app doesn't cover the use cases for moving inside the city. Even if it didn't look good, the previous app had great features to quickly decide what line to take for my day to day. * For a stop I want to see a line **in one direction** only. It's very confusing to see for boths. * Not enough stops to pin and quickly access from the main screen. * I can't see my bus in busy stops like Georgette because it shows all the others lines and directions first * Itineray pins are very buggy
