In the beginning the app was crashing. So, I installed it in my other phone with older android version and synchronized the watch once. After, this I went back to the latest Android version and it didn't crashed since. So, I think the problem was the first sync in the latest Android version. It still doesn't sync everything.

The watch is looking good. but the app and features are horribly outdated... even the things in boAt several years before are not available in this watch and app combo. Just riding on Titan brand... no way customer will buy again...

Update : 2025 June. this app is almost same in last 2 years. not even a single update that's useful. need more decent watchfaces. settings should be more accessible. old review: Watch faces are very limited. Default watch faces are boring and irreplaceable Sudden discharge of battery. Major functions of watch are enveloped deep and are inconvenient to access. Watchfaces can be far better and good looking.

This app has a bug...and is not usable...as soon as I click on the app.. it starts and then goes in the background. On multiple tries the OS says wait for the developer to update the app after removing the bug. This is going on since 2 months... am awaiting a update from the mighty Titan!

Such a pathetic app. Does not sync the contacts, so can't see names on phone while receiving calls After a run, except for heartbeat, no other details of the run are shown on the app. What's the point of buying such an expensive watch, with an useless app?

very basic app. even cheaper watches have better apps. contacts not synchronized after so many attempts. No way how to use ai feature. feeling disappointed.

very bad experience when connects watch with phone for BT calling.When the phone is in auto answer mode ,the watch disconnects with Bluetooth after receiving the call.However It always works well when the phone is in non auto answer mode please solve the issue as soon as possible đđ

please add more watch faces with heart rate dates steps calories and weather in same face Waiting for watch faces update from your side bad and very less watch faces like you can have temp showing heart rate steps calories and kms section in same watch face as most of the other companies are doing very bad app not good experience to spend 10k for this watch

The app is good, but there are less number of watch face collections unlike Mi's watch app. Wish they add more unique watch face designs with classy looks.

Boring watch faces. No updates since a long time. Moreover classic watch faces are very less. We fell sorry to purchase of the product

sycing is the top issue with the watch - if try different workouts in single day - it fails to sync with the watch. consistently checking if am missing any update - No updates or big fixed yet, seen many other people are having similar trouble. Stop disappointing Titan !

Most important option is missing. I can not change watch from left hand to right hand. There no option to rotate orientation.

I have always enjoyed using my Titan smartwatch because it gave me the ability to track my fitness, monitor my sleep cycles, measure my heart rate, and manage my daily activities, but recently, due to a sudden change in Titanâs age policy, I can no longer use it in the way I once did, and this has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated because what was once a very useful gadget for my daily routine has suddenly become almost useless. Titan Smart app allowed me to but now I it disappoints

It's not able to update my watch firmware and is stuck in a loop. Thus I am not able to actually use this app and see all the data. Tech Support could not solve either. Titan is better off the smart watches as tech is not their forte.

I am facing a problem while trying to apply any watch face. Every time I try, it either shows âUnable to uploadâ or it gets stuck at 0% and doesnât move forward even after waiting for 30 minutes. I have tried multiple times but the issue still continues. Please fix this as soon as possible.
