No notifications and device gets disconnected frequently on the app hence no app notifications. Uninstall and install will only work to get notifications till the app is not force stopped or shutdown. Once you re-open, you will never recieve any notification on the watch. It's a basic feature and was never expecting this form titan. You are better than this for sure. Watch is 💯 solid but app sorry, basic notification functionality is not working what to say!! Disappointed!

i have being using the watch and this app for a month or so, although the watch is good for me to use. The app is completely different story, i have to stop Bluetooth in my phone and start again everytime i want to sync my data from watch to app, and after sometime it will automatically disconnect. annoying. sometimes the data of the previous day is not cleared and current days data gets overlapped with that. please improve your app and connecting.

Worst app too slow, always gets disconnected, data synchronisation issue, no development is made in the app. The watches with less cost is providing a better app compared to this. Highly disappointed from Titan. Its been 10 months am tired of dealing with this watch and app. Finally looking for exchange. I gave one star so that I can write review but this app doesn't deserve a star at all

Worst app ever. My watch hardly syncs and after resetting, I am not able to sync it at all. What's the point of having an app if it's not even letting you in to use the interface. Seriously fed up of using this. Thinking of throwing the watch out in the trash where it belongs along with the damn app.

Interface is good but super bad connectivity and sync implementation. Half of the times it doesn't sync and then you reset the app pair again and then sync. Watch is great but Titan needs to get their software better. 20-dec-22 Latest update rendered the app useless. No more connecting to watch, cleaned data and then pairs fine but gets stuck at scan page. Super pathetic expirence by Titan.

It doesn't get connected easily and the time is never in sync with the phone. I have already given the watch for service twice..but the issue never got resolved. It's very frustating to see a watch which is smart but cannot show even correct time. Highly disappointed with the service and the app

Hey man. Kindly add more watchfaces. It's too less. Please upgrade. I have your smartwatch since quite a few months but it's literally the same watchfaces. Very bad. Not expected from Titan. Also the app is okayish. It not too cool. Difficulty in connecting it with mobile. Also touchscreen is slow not that quick and brisk. Improve!!! ASAP!!!

Horrible app. Whenever you open it syncs for few seconds. It is so annoying. If watch is restarted it really takes hell lot of time to sync with app. Watch faces are so limited. Sometimes watch also shows wrong data. While I was driving steps were counted and target got achieved. Was personally monitoring increase in steps while driving.

Sync issue! The app had connectivity issue throughout but somehow i managed with it, but this time it completely refused to pair! I tried restarting the phone, the watch and even reset the watch.. now when i try to login the app is not letting me log in only. Even after putting my number it says invalid number, for once i thought i might have put in wrong and rechecked it but it was correct. This app has a lot of issues that need to be fixed asap

Doesn't match the brand --- "TITAN" Mi band 3 is much accurate than it! As compared to cost features r not upto the mark! Allow to custmarise all data on watch face by user Every person doesn't sleep at night only, some of us use to sleep at noon also, so please track it. Automatic discount with phone app, even when bluetooth, GPS, & when app is running in background Accuracy should be optimised too, it's lagging Auto restart issueNo notification on watch IT'S NOT SMART AT THIS PRICE

Worst app, worst performance from Titan, Watch faces don't get installed, synced, very few & not interesting watch faces, plus no metric or feature to show the status of sea level or heights , no geographic functi. Need many many improvisation, don't sell your products at this high price when you don't have offerings worth that amount. Just a normal watch in the name of smartwatch added with TITAN name, that's it.

Very bad app , whenever i change my watch's wallpaper , i still remains the same , i have changed my watch's walpaper for like 15 times but it's still the same, i hope u will solve this problem , sometimes my watch doesn't even gets paired with my phone , and the app shows that it's connected, the app glitches sometimes infact , i used to be a good app , but it's really a waste of time now

Very pathetic. Bought the Smart watch with lot of expectations being Titan brand but highly disappointed. App never Sync with watch and there's a total failure of notification sync. For heaven sake, i won't recommend to anyone. TITAN should be feeling shameful about this product and immediately do a recall of all watches sold so far. This is not really expected from a premium brand like them. Totally disappointing. My warranty is valid till 2/23. How do I get a replacement??

Edited review --------- Poor app, instead of paying 9k for this watch & app. I would like to use 2k boat watch. At least boat can sync my activities and notifications. This poor app is not updated over couple of months. Original Review --------- Not stable yet, requires lots of changes. - Notification sync does not work proper for non-english languages. - Camera should capture photos from mobile's default camera app, not from titan - Add some more watch faces (not those funky type)

Very poor experience. Notifications are annoying & there's no way to filter them. Even if app provides option to filter them it doesn't work at all. Secondly the activity measurements are not at all accurate. The 5km morning run shows 7km on Titan. Battery life is also poor. Instead of paying 10k I would rather pay more & buy Garmin.

There is no auto sync between the App and the watch. Problems galore with watch. The sedentary alert doesn't go away even on switching OFF. If you forget to sync at the end of the day, your health record for the day is lost. There is no way for you to retrieve it next day. Also, App either doesn't keep historical data or presentation is so mediocre. Not such a smart decision to buy Titan Smart. In fact still smarting with the decision.

Very poor software hardware synchronisation. The app and watch synchronisation doesn't happen all the time. Some times the data gets synchronised and most of the times it doesn't. It get difficult to see the sleep data, heart rate and even the steps taken in the app. And at times even the previous data gets automatically cleared. Not happy with the app. Hope the developers do something about this problem
