Very fun, a lot to do, but so much dependent on which characters you get, which is luck based. Also, level 55 is a major wall that requires very specific abilites (cards) to pass, and without the chacracters that possess those abilities, it is impossible to progress. With such a large roster of characters, I think 68? and luck determining which you get, there shouldn't be a wall requiring to have 1 or 2 specific characters.

I've played a lot of little rogue like, turn based, card/dice games on my phone (mainly because I get the Dark Souls/D&D itch while I'm not able to do either) and this is hands down one of the best I've played. The unlock rate for good characters is super high, the game play is challenging at times, but never too hard, and the design is top notch. 8/10 would recommend.

This is an "idle" game. It will take time to get stronger. So don't be upset if you struggle for awhile. Took me about 10 days before I was like. Hey! This isn't bad, I'm actually making big strides. Game gets easier after that point. I do enjoy the game a lot. And you can find what you enjoy for yourself. But I'll give you my personal cons. Ads are basically required if you want to speed up the game. You can play 2x as long without ads. But ads can help you make progress... All I got 500 wd lmt

The game is fun, I recommend playing to level 54 and Uninstalling it. The level 55 boss will ruin you on turn 2. It feels like the first 54 levels were to get you to psychologically commit to the game, then they slap you with the biggest difficulty spike I've ever seen to push you to spend money so you can get past it. It's not a challenge you can get past if you're tough enough, it's goal is to thrash you so bad you're broken and humiliated. Fun till then though.

Art style reminds me of Darkest Dungeon. Should be able to get a decent amount of fun gameplay without spending money. Microtransactions don't seem to be too greedy. Monthly pass is less than what I've seen in other games. Still in early game so not sure if game is pay2win or not. Again, if you're just looking for an interesting easy campaign to play here and there this isn't a bad choice.

It's so cool, but I think the stamina system is really annoying for survival, for regular gameplay I like it but I wish I could watch a Hulu amount of ads to get five and to be able to pay for bulk. Survival is so much fun but the stamina system is really restrictive to play it a lot. With these little ease of life improvements it would be a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for making this game :] and have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Love the game, very reeves addition to the deck building genre. One gripe: matchmaking and multiplayer seem almost nonfunctional at times. Long waited, game freezing during matchmaking, etc. Of the last 10 games I've tried to play, 8 have either crashed or failed to find an opponent after about three minutes of searching.

Ok, this is actually a very well balanced game with several modes to choose from. Daily play time required without waste is over 2 hours though so be warned. Can be played entirely F2P as this game is mostly PvE but paying greatly speeds up initial progression and trivializes PvP. Those who spend also have great chances of topping the various mode leaderboards further scaling them. My biggest issue is the Monthly pass where it becomes impossible to complete once you've completed all the stages.

The game has some great ideas, but the execution is not quite there. The game's pvp is enjoyable, but between the lack of communication/emotes between players and the small stamina system, it can't sustain long periods of play. The community also seems to be non-existant for the game and there are clear imbalances with end game units. The units themselves have neat abilities, but animations are a bare minimum. The game could be fun with more development and visual changes.

Great graphics and some interesting ideas here. I really like survival mode as competition, definitely the highlight of the game. The problem is balancing seems way off. You can easily go through the first 10 lvls without taking damage, and even if you do you aren't at risk of dying. I had hoped hard mode would fix this, but it barely changes things. Perhaps things improve later on, I'm not willing to grind to find out, but my decisions don't matter when everything dies so easily.

It's an interesting deck builder. Some of the modes are good. There is a survival mode that infrastructure is awful. You go in queue against other players and wait on average 13 minutes. It tries to match you with another player around your score level but you are unable to do anything while queued no menu searching or anything. They should change it so you can navigate the game, or after x amount of time your paired against a bot or something. Survival is required to progress quests.

Titan Slayer is a very well designed game. It has great controls, varied characters and enemies, and a timing based strategy engine. You really need to think through the synergies that your team build will have and bring to the battles. If it seems easy and simple when you start, don't expect it to stay that way. I'm currently stuck on the 67th level hard mode, and I've tried several team makeups, and I have yet to find the right combination to move forward. Huge kudos to the design team.

Edit: back up to 5 stars. The developer was highly responsive! I went to get a screenshot of the 503 error I was getting, and it had already cleared up. I'll know where to send the screenshot if it returns! In the meantime, this is a cute game, beautiful artwork, and interesting strategies that can evolve as you gain new characters and work on synergy. Thanks for producing a fun game!

Amending my last review because they got back to me the same day as my issue to tell me it had been fixed and apologize. I've really enjoyed the game and the slow burn of building up characters. I don't find it very hard to use characters before they level. I would like to see some of the characters get balanced a little to make them more playable without specific, hard to find classes though. Some classes you start with never become useful unless you luck into a legendary class. Otherwise great

Positives -Nice art style -Unique combat Negatives -Not a "Roguelike" game. -The amount of heroes are ridiculous. Not a positive because you need multiple copies to level them up and make them viable. -Survival mode is BS, pray you get enough defense cards during your turn. Can be paired with players that have just started or have been playing for a long time (or pay to win). No strategy involved. -Main missions are boring and uninspired, makes it a chore to grind

Been playing for about 5 days now and so far the I have immensely enjoyed it. There is one problem though. The Battlegrounds of Skill seems to be bugged. With or without wifi it will start to load up, get the loading orange ring, freeze the app and then crash. Everything else runs perfectly and has been quite enjoyable. I would suggest giving it a try otherwise.

It's got an interesting style and tactical gameplay which I very much enjoy. After a few hours it does turn into a grind fest, as is typical for mobile games of this sort. Also, occasionally ads will not load, and cause a black screen. The app must be restarted when this happens, and it can be very frustrating as sometimes you will lose progress. Overall still pretty fun.

Don't bother with this game. Devs are very greedy. $50 for a chest that gives random her. I can buy a real game and get more out of it. U can only play 5 matches before u run out of stamina. Stage 10 on mid difficulty doesn't complete. I can win the match but doesn't give me the 2nd star. I waisted all my energy trying to get my star on a bug map.

One of the most unique card-fighring RPGs I have played. Its system allows for the player to mix and match characters in order to find what cards play well with what. What I like most about this game is that you can play with any character in the later stages (even commons) as long as you level them up, nullifying the pitfalls that usually come with gatchas. Once again, amazing game.

Fun game. Nice grim vibes. Would give it an immediate 5 star! But... It crashes A LOT!! I wouldnt mind it crashing so much if it gave you your "play token" back but it doesnt. And you can only get your "play token" once every 40 minutes with a max of 5/day. So if you crash 3 times in a row (just happened to me) then thats pretty much most the day gone. Additionally, id drop $5 on the game but real $ gives next to nothing. Gotta spens big $ to get anythin.
