i have order 5 Korean products which one product is missing from it , it was combination pack which I didn't received , horrible experience product all costed me 3000rs that one product costed me 1143rs which wasn't there when filing complaint on app image is not getting submitted, I need that product. Myntra is good as per comparison from tira you guys

If you don't want people to buy from you then just don't make a shopping app why unnecessarily cancel their orders especially when they are getting good discount coupons. Not. On top of it, the faulty app always slows down or shows no internet access available when there is very well an internet access

So, they give you discount coupons to shop. And layer when you place order they cancel from their end without sending any message. Happened with me twice! Why to give discount offers when you are not willing to sell the product in discounted price!!!! And the delivery is so slow!!! There was some credibility expected from Tira! Nothing can beat Nykaa for sure 💯

Worst possible app, go for other alternatives. Just a waste of time. They give you coupons and when you go for checkout it gives pop up "Coupon consumed". The app is sluggish and takes time to load.

Worst app ever. I placed an order with Tira on the 13th, and there has been no change in the order status. Yesterday, I contacted customer service, and the representative only repeated what I could already see on the app without providing a proper solution. This morning, I received a message that half of my order was canceled. Now they are asking me to reorder. Update- now my whole order is cancelled and if the issue is at your end why you guys blame us that we cancelled?

bad experience, placed an order few days ago, got cancelled without any explanation, replaced it today i don't know whether it would arrive or they would disappoint me and cancel it again, was hoping for a hassle free experience and all i get is problems. terrible app.

The worst cosmetics app to order from. I ordered a blush from this app first of all it was delayed like 15 days, later when I got the blush it was EMPTY. And then I requested for a return and guess what? The return is still in the process, I've shared multiple pictures with them, talked with agent but naaaa nothing, even wrote multiple emails but still no response, they're theif. I'll suggest people to not fall for their scam, I'm really disappointed.

Don't order anything from this site. I ordered three products and 2 freebies. They delivered all the wrong products and freebies were correct as if they intentionally did it. And since last three days I'm calling them they are wasting my time. Courier boy came to pick up but then returned the product to me because they didn't mention the correct reason. Poor service.

Worst experience ever. Order a product using tira points - got cancelled Again ordered the same product - got cancelled . Ordered 2 lip balm - received the wrong product Ordered 2 foundation brushes- got only 1 ( no response from their side ) Ordered a lip balm - got completely wrong product !! The worst app . Do not purchase from them , they don't even know how to run a app and their customer service people are not knowledgeable about anything . Go for nykaa, it's THE best !

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After placing my order they didn't even ship my order for about a week and later they message me that my order got canceled. This app is just a scam!! Don't get carried away by their coupons. They'll just cancel your order.

I placed an order on July 4th, and the product was supposed to be delivered on July 11th. However, I received a message saying it was delayed. I waited until July 13th and then contacted customer care to ask where my product was. They assured me it would be delivered soon. But 20 minutes later, I got a message saying one of the products was canceled. I raised the issue, but they only apologized and did nothing else. Today all my ordered got cancelled. Pathetic service & app. Just go for Nyka.

I can't even login to the app. The otp never arrives. Even though the number is correct. This happened the last time I tried to see what Tira is all about and login. The otp arrived several hours later all at once. Did not even get to use the app and I'm already disappointed.

I made an order . But it was only showing as order confirmed. No delivery updates. I continuously asked them to deliver product but no response from them After a week they cancel my product. Stating that your refund will be initiated. Sorry there was some glitch. Worst experience ever. Dont use this app

I had a terrible experience with this app. They took weeks to deliver my parcel, and to my surprise, they forgot to include a key product I ordered, Cos IQ Retinol. Additionally, they initiated a return for a derma lip balm without my consent and refunded the amount. Many products are often out of stock, and numerous brands are not available on Tira. I am hoping I could give less than 1 star for the terrible experience. The product I ordered is missing and they are investigating. I have no idea if they will even refund the amount. (Why not have some due diligence while packing the product?) How will the post event investigating help? My second order had a used product. I have never seen such terrible service. Please save your money and do not use this app.

Okay. So I ordered something a long back. They did not delivered the product. The delivery agent did not contact me. And without my concern they got the audacity to cancel my product. And now they are requesting me to buy the product again from the app and mail them the product id. And then they'll do the needful. Worst first time experience.

Worst experience ever!! I would never recommend anyone to use this app. First of all, they do not deliver your complete order, then their customer support is not reachable, they do not respond any chat queries or tickets raised. Then their customer support needs 2-3 working days to work on the issue, after those 2-3 working days, the issue is still not resolved, they do not pickup the return, and then they do not give the full refund. I would suggest the team to invest more here rather than ads!

Almost perfect app for daily needs. UI is nice and very easy to use. Items distribution and categories are well designed. Fast delivery, sometimes it is late during night and peak hours or evenings. Prices for items like wheat, bread and drinks are same as market but items such as rice, pulses and spices may vary (as in my case). No issues regarding misplace of items or expired items. Overall it is one of the best insta delivery apps on which you can rely. 👍🏻

An extremely glitchy website. These days a normal start up runs a better website than this giant-flagged platform. No amount of coupons can make up for such a slow and bug-infiltrated app. Tira claims to have an omnichannel distribution network but it's unfortunate that it's main accessible channel i.e. mobile application, is sub-par compared to its competitors, both beauty and non-beauty oriented.

Unable to play product video in Tira app. Open the app and select any one product which contains video, slide till end and play the video, you can find the video play failed. In addition, I go to "For you" to watch spotlight video, video also show black when enlarge the video. Pls help to check and fix these two issues ,thx ~
