Really easy to use, I use for my friends at school with our agenda, upcoming test, assignments due, homework and it s group calendar so they can add their own events too. That was my past review but they updated the app and it's a little different. I don't have the chat option anymore, and it keeps asking me about external calendar. Also I can't change the cover which I really liked.

Love the features, especially calendar sharing to help keep me and my husband informed. Also, I love that I can see my own calendar at the same time. It's easy to input repeat shifts on different dates and I love that you can input a lot of info including map to the location. It's so user friendly and i use the widget as my main screen. Only improvement I can suggest is to be able to see the events on the widget without having to click on it to see them, Then it would be perfect.

Using this to coordinate, plan, and keep track of life with my girlfriend. We have found it Very useful and update it everyday. Also like the multiple calendar aspect for multiple categories of things we have going on. Edit: took a star away. Ads are annoying and when I contacted support asking if there is a paid version w no ads they said no but they will soon have an update that will let people book reservations and other services through the app. That's exactly what I wanna avoid! We'll see.

90% positive. Easy to pull up shared schedule on different phones, especially with busy work schedules and 2 kids. Reminders are good just not very loud. Link websites and maps. Can have multiple calendars and send to who you want to share it with. In the beginning sometimes the app would stop refreshing when one person was adding to a calendar and it wouldn't refresh on the other's phone but it either has been fixed or rarely happens. Usually just join out and log back in and it works again.

GREAT alternative to Google calendar!! When Google calendar randomly started deleting my events, I started searching for a new calendar. So thankful that we have found this. Easy to share with others, imports calendars easily, clear & easy to read. Only 2 complaints--I would like more colors to choose from & would like more flexibility with repeating events. Otherwise we are so happy to have a calendar that works for us.

like the layout of the app. until I went to the settings and tried the "new calendar view". good noninvasive app to use to share your calendar. One downside is everyone has to get the reminders that are setting. I did NOT import my Google Calendar but I'm glad I didn't now that I have read some of the reviews.. honestly are checks all my boxes. To do list, memos, easy format, easy to edit, have the option to have multiple calendars.

My only complaints with TimeTree have to do with reminders. I wish there were more time options or, at least, a customize time option. And I wish you could choose who received the reminders. Maybe only I need it or maybe only 2 of us rather than all 5 of us need it. I love everything else about this app. If they could fix those 2 things I would rate it 5 stars!

Edit: taking off another star because it no longer allows you to edit/delete one occurrence of a recurring event. Very annoying. (I use the free version.) Best calendar app I've tried. Easy to read and use. Only improvements I can think of is if you could assign an entry to more than one family member but not all. For the widget I would love to see a list of upcoming events instead of just one day.

Easy to use, works great for creating and managing multiple calendars all in one app. What's even nicer is the ability to invite, add, and share calendars with others--who, in turn, can edit and add events to the calendar or create their own. There is the ability to keep a calender private, too. So you can have one for work, family, etc, and they are all separate but in the same app!

Orginally switched from cozi due to the month format being free on this platform. We tried using it for months, but after this period we are abandoning this app for the current reasons: 1. Creating an event is way to complicated, there should be a basic and advanced option. All I need to input it description date and time, but this app does not make any of that easy. 2. The "list" is horrible. You have to manually save after every entry, or it will be deleted. I would give it 1/5 but it works.

This is the easiest app to balance multiple people's lives on a calendar I've ever used. They can be set to automatically update each other's calendar without messing up your calendar. You can message, leave memos, correspondence for directions on what's to happen, and how to care for things. It is just simple to use and a real stress reducer.

Updated review worse than 2018! Not helpful any longer! Don't depend only on the app to remind you of events! You likely will be let down. Results of the updates/new phone, most of my calendar items do not give a reminder anymore. IF We receive a reminder(s), it MIGHT be before the event or more likely AFTER. The old ones are/were setup and were working correctly, now they just plain don't work correctly. Support hasn't resolved the issues after multiple emails and screenshots to them!

Its a really great app but i need a few functions for it to be fully viable. The most important abilities would be: - to set permissions (who can view, edit, etc), for both individuals and groups - if permissions cannot be set, then a new calendar for each group would be necessary, but having the event synced across those cals would Also then be necessary - to set notifications by tags (if an event is tagged as dinner, ping. If outdoor, don't ping, etc) - chats for each event in public cals

My partner and I love this app for collaborative calendar planning! It's easy to share and update appointments to avoid schedule conflicts and keep each other in the loop on upcoming events. I love the ability to add locations that open in my navigation app with a tap. I also love the ability to combine my "personal" calendar and our "shared" calendar in one view for great visibility on all my events/ appointments. The app could benefit from better sync compatibility, but overall, great!

I would rate it maybe 2.5 stars. It has some great features such as the ability to have multiple calendars and share them with family/work/so and coordinate schedules. I Also like the widgets that can be placed on home screen. However the apps biggest downfall is the memo section. It is very spotting on saving and sharing. We make a shared grocery list each week and half the time it doesn't save updates or won't share the updates in the app so others can see. It will also erase saved memos.

Really good features, good ability to share calendars. Edited to add: ever since they got rid of the horizontal week view, and replaced it with a vertical list that doesn't show all events unless you think to scroll within each day, to me the calendar functionality is massively reduced. There is also no one-day view that allows you to see overlaps.

I downloaded TimeTree when it was first released. It was a godsend. Exceptional. Since then it has become the most annoying experience imaginable. I am being forced into a subscription because the screen is completely blocked out by one ad after another forcing you to continually back out of windows to return to something usable. I now hate TimeTree and am looking for something else. Offer the app for sale instead of subscription at @ $60 a year.

Great App, useful for people on the go. The "All Calendar" feature is great. Though, I would like to be able to select which Calendars I view at the same time. Sometimes it's too much to see them all at once and I have a couple Calendars for work then home and other activities. To select which Calendars to overlay would be a great feature, instead of always getting all of them at once.

This app has been working great for years, and I really like it. It gets a one-star from me because of the awful time-zone automatic adjustment. I had a load of travel plans in the calendar, flew to London, and it automatically adjusted all times for events I had put in, which completely screwed up our itinerary. Literally, no one asked for this feature it's completely unnecessary and inconvenient! If I put in an event at 7pm, it needs to stay there unless I change it! Makes no sense!

My family has multiple military members, teachers, and my own blended family, and all the regular scheduling conflicts everyone would see throughout a year. This calendar has been the easiest and most user friendly calendar I've tried yet. It's been amazing to see our multiple branches from the family tree laid out in such an easy to read way that is pleasing to the eyes. So far it's great and it's just the basic version. I may upgrade.
