this app is really amazing including if features type of contant , quick appearce of new . i will really sujust to you and my freind to use and gain recent new's for them . it is all profitable for those who are too intrusted in short ( IPL& WORLD CUP's ) you all can watch live happening here on this app . and more feature unlock when you take subscribtion . ( but i cann't afford subscribtion 😅 sorry about that) but even without subscribtion this app is ammazing . YOU SHOULD TRY IT .

Every time I open an article I get Full page swiggy Instamart advertisement which cannot be closed... This is not the right way showing ads and pushing people to buy mandatory Subscription to remove advertisement... Your job is to show news and spread social awareness to people but instead your busy selling your subscription plan by showing full page banner ads.. I need to uninstall your application Finding it difficult to read articles...

Very useful app to stay updated with current affairs and news .. biggest disappointment are the ads , especially swiggy insta mart ads, after that can't see and further articles / news. Kindly look into it

I have times point around 50K. In reward section, I try to get premium audio offer of Pocket FM by redeem by times point. It shows error as 'Unable to redeem. Either max limit of offer redemption is reached or our systems are down.'. please rectify it.

I am not happy with TOI because I bought TOI epaper subscription worth 1799 in which you promised to give Times Prime subscription but I get trial version in which I am not able to activate ott subscription and it shows to buy subscription Regarding this I email but no solution is given to me

My TOI+ subscription got expired last week and subsequently through auto renewal money was debited from my card but unfortunately subscription hasn't been renewed yet. Write a couple of emails but to no avail.

Worst news app, download "The indian express" it's 1000 times better, when using their app Times of india forces their paid plan to an extent that it's becomes extremely irritating and worst of all their paid content is all propaganda content. They think public is fool. I was using times of india from last 10 years and was loyal user but their quality is so degraded now I was forced to switch.

The e-paper is extremely slow & has low resolution. Enlarging & shifting the page is not easy. I regret subscribing to it. Total waste of money. Check out The Hindu e-paper in their app. It works like a breeze.

This was the best news app I ever used, but recent updates have add that unless clicked, doesn't show the news and blacks out the app.. thinking of uninstalling the app and moving to some other news app for my daily dose, unless a new update corrects the issue.. hope it's resolved soon.

TOI App was better than other news apps now as may be the subscriber are more they are least bothered about updating the articles When we scroll down to the article and open to read it, and when we hit the back button it takes to the top of the starting page of the app. This is getting disgusting again we have to scroll down and read the other article.

I took TOI plus premium supposed to come with gamut of other features of timespremium , multimedia subscription sonyliv, docubay youtube, hotstar etc Money is taken I have followed up so many times but no one calls for timespremium No support no proper response , not ethical standards!! Have asked them to refund , no assistance!

Changing the ratings from 3 to 1 star, news are not been updated 5 to 10 days old news is been shown, dose any one even bothers to check the app what it is displaying if news is been updated or not. Example is 13 June news of best bus accident is still been displayed till today I.e 18th. You people expect us to take paid subscription but if such is the state of updation than no one will subscribe. Reading TOI for the last 35 to 40 years be it the newspaper or the app. Hope you will correct this.

Subscribed to this app to stay updated with the news but the app interface is pretty bad for the following reasons 1. When you pinch to zoom and if you're not careful about touching a particular area, in 9/10 times, the page has turned. When you're reading, intently, this happens and getting back to that older page is slow. 2. News items get selected when you don't intend to select. 3. The newspaper opens in haphzard way, sometimes you've times global as the first page. Crazy experience!

Since a month or so, a wierd swiggy ad pops up and covers the entire page, which cannot be scrolled down any further down .. totally spoiling the reading experience .. ads are fine, but this one doesnt allow to close or scroll, you just need to move to another story only

With new update it just doesn't show any news anymore. Pity that a simple thing about news have been made so complex. Who tries to setup homepage Everytime app is opened!! Very novice work.

A good app that I frequently use to catch up on the news on the go. The paid version is better, with few ads I wish the developer would have given a direct tab to catch up on the games and comic strips that are collated across all editions. Some city editions have no comic strips at all and some like Ahmedabad, Mumbai have many. These are a good stress-buster. Also the same request for Sudoku, crossword and word games

Waaayy too many notifications. I am a paid subscriber. The app experience is decent enough. But even if you turn off all notifications from the app settings, the breaking news notifications remain at "default" which hits you with more notifications than hail in a hailstorm. Over a 100 in a day. Easy! Only option left. Turn off all notifications from the OS. Which is disappointing. Please fix.
