More About Time To Pet

The Time To Pet mobile application is a companion app for pet sitting and dog walking companies registered with Time To Pet. The app can be used by both staff members and clients to supplement their pet sitting software.
Staff members can use the app to quickly review their scheduled events, complete services and send updates to clients.

Clients can use the app to view and send messages, update their profile, review and request services and view and pay invoices.

Companies must already be registered and have an active account on Time To Pet in order for their staff members and clients to be able to use the app.

Can the notifications get fixed please? I selected to NOT be notified if an admin messages me but all day my phone is still going off in the group messages that don't pertain to me. I only want to be notified if a client messages me and that's what I selected but majority of the time I don't even get a notification then but MULTIPLE notifications for the same group message that was sent by an admin. I had to go into my phone and disable the app notifications.

Acknowledge schedule needs removed, it's unnecessary and complete useless. Seriously please get rid of the acknowledged schedule IT'S UNNECESSARY and causes stress. It's toxic for the work environment.

Our clients have enjoyed the ease of using the app for messaging, scheduling, and managing invoices. I love using Time To Pet! I was a little slow getting started when I signed up to take advantage of the free trial. Mike and the team were fantastic about answering my questions and helping me get familiar with Time To Pet so I can use it with ease. Take advantage of the call to walk you through Time To Pet, watch the videos, and if you have staff definitely do the onboarding call to get them up to speed. Having access to client information on the go while completing visits is amazing.

Bad update? I have been using this app for almost a year & it's been great. However, something changed recently & idk if it's an app update or an Android system update. But when I'm typing notes to my clients now I'm not getting grammar/spelling flags & I cannot use emojis! It takes me longer to type messages now & I can't make them fun! I hope this issue gets found & fixed because I would love to update this to 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 because I *do* love the app! Just not whatever has happened!

I've been happily using this app as a pet sitter since 2019. In Jan 2020 I got a Galaxy s20 when it was released which I ran until this last week when I updated to a Galaxy s22 Ultra. Oh my goodness, this app is now terrible!! It's slow, freezes, I have to close it and re start. I'm wasting so much time (and time is money!) trying to write updates at the end of customer sessions. Christmas is such a busy time of year for me!! Please fix it or I will be forced to get a new app to start 2023. 😞😭

I LOVE this app! It makes communication between clients and staff, scheduling, billing and payments so easy! I love that you can send and save emails, pet reports and documents, as well as run reports and get notifications about pet birthdays and vaccines due. It's a wonderful tool and I wouldn't want to do business without it!

I have a Galaxy s20, and have been experiencing the same issues as Tracy. With multiple walks per day, time is precious and these crashes while typing a report for your client are beyond frustrating. App worked perfectly until about five weeks ago. I like what you've created, but this definitely needs addressed. Thank you

I love that I can keep in contact with my pet Sitter HOWEVER this app is NOT suitable for Android especially since the last update. Messages freeze up and my keyboard will freeze up when I am trying to message. My sitter and I have had to resort to texting information due to this app not working. I have unistalled and reinstalled, logged out/logged in and nothing has changed.

I use it as a dog walker and it's easy and convenient. I just really wish you can upload gifs and videos to client messages. Would be a nice touch to include them with our updates for the dog parents. Edit after new update: Put the send and photo buttons back together PLEASE IT DRIVES ME CRAZY. I keep hitting save when uploading a photo.

App was great until this morning when my phone updated. A year later from a similar post, the app is still freezing while typing a message and has to be closed 7-8 times to finish. It is extremely frustrating. I am a pet sitter and must write notes to the clients after each visit. With a full day of visits, I am losing valuable time between appointments.

Update: almost 6 years now. This app is constantly updated with new features. Love TTP! ORIG Been using this app for about 3 years now and I absolutely wouldn't be able to function without it. The use of communicating with your clients, sending images to your clients, easy and fast to navigate interface and clean look make looking like a professional a breeze.

The app has been a really great tool to communicate with my pet sitters while we're away. It has worked great until this last update. Since the update, the app freezes in the middle of every sentence while typing a message to my pet sitter. I have to continuously close the app altogether and re-open it to continue typing my message. I have to do this at least 7 or 8 times before I can complete my message and send it. This is extremely frustrating and time-consuming when I'm out of town. Pls fix

There are so many glitches & crashes with this app in the last two years. Last year a major error was freezing while writing the update and this year the common bug is that when you do attach all of the photos and click "Complete" to send, expect to have nearly all or ALL of the photos completed erased. This happens to multiple sitters on my team and it has been written about in sitter groups. They are extremely annoying and waste time when you're on a schedule to have to re-do it repeatedly!

This app is fabulous. I've been using it for about a month now and it really makes life easier when you work with a team of pet sitters. Functionality is great, haven't had a bug yet. A few feature requests: for employees who don't have access to editing a client's profile, a way to make your own notes for each client/pet instead of having to ask the boss to do it and a place to list all employees' contact info/phone number for easy access.

overall fantastic app for my work as a pet sitter, but even with the most recent update, the app STILL won't play nice with my Samsung s21 ultra keyboard. I shouldn't have to download a new keyboard to use TTP when i never had to before. it's just frustrating and makes things take way longer. hoping they're still working on a true fix (yes I uninstalled then reinstalled 5 minutes ago. did not fix the issue.)

Great customer service! I really appreciate that when we reach out to the team during their open hours they respond promptly with a solution and/or a very thorough explanation. The features are good and straight forward. The credit processing and monthly fees seem standard for the industry.
