Didn't work correctly half of the time. My former employer used this for employees to clock in and out. However, it used your location to allow you to clock in. The problem is that most days the app thought I was in India. Yet every other app in my phone that used the GPS has my correct location.

Just downloaded. I need an app that I can log employee hours from a timesheet; not an app where they login remotely. Thought this app would work but I have two employees entered, and where it says to select employee the names show up in a drop down list but it won't register what I select. I also want to enter a list of jobs, haven't figured it out yet. Is there a manual anywhere on how to get this app to work?

I've only tapped into the basics of this app and I'm really enjoying it! It helps me log my time that i put towards my own work. Plus for each shift i can attach photos if what I've completed during that shift. It also lets me leave notes for each shift.

Can no longer login period. Constantly get server unavailable try again after sometime or server error Before this happened, most of the functions within the app were unavailable due to server connection issues. My employers are looking for an alternative timeclock due to timeclock wizards technical issues with their app

Wants to store the photos taken every time on my phone. Wants access to my phone files. Wants to run in the background. So I am having to use my data, storage, and exposing my files to work. I don't think so. This app is an invasion of persons privacy.

Well, before the recent update the app was at least usable. Now I have to press the log in button about 15 times for it to register, double press anything to have it actually accept, and the whole app looks messy now. Before it was easy to read and use, now it's basically a useless brick. Just use the computer version if you have no other choice, not worth it.

Whenever there's an update to the app, I'm forced to do it rather than being able to clock in or clock out for breaks. It's so incredibly stupid and inconvenient. Let users update on their own time instead of forcing us to update the app when we're trying to clock into work.

suggestion: d/l and install timesheet. use for a week. re-evaluate. update. i have no choice but to use this app, but i also use the other app b/c it has basic features missing on this app. Update - this app is terrible. Twice this week my time has not been logged. Unacceptable. Everyone else who works here feels the same about this app. Luckily, I used timesheet as a backup. Any users that think about downloading this app, beat yourself over the head with your phone and download timesheet.

My small business needed an easy way to track time for over 10 clients, some with multiple projects, so we could streamline our cumbersome billing process. Time clock to the rescue! Simple to learn, the ability to run all sorts of reports helps me to accurately and quickly track costs. Invoicing my clients is no longer a chore. Great app...and superb customer support.

The people at time clock wizard have been fantastic to work with, extremely helpful & patient. App is extremely easy to use - processing payroll takes a fraction of the time as we were using paper time sheets. There is a definite learning curve like with anything new but it seems like they are always trying to find ways to improve & they appreciate customer input.

I rarely review a product, but I have to say that time clock wizard is incredible. I currently am a sole proprieter doing consulting and needing to send bills with Quickbooks. I was often forgetting or trying to piece together where i was and when. This program is always there in your back pocket, and the integration with Quickbooks is perfect. When I grow to have more consultants working for me, I will pay for the product happily.

Took a little bit of time to dig through how it is all parsed together. However the functionality is great with a no frills UI that makes this app all about efficiency, albeit with some flaws of it's own (but in the same vein as the flaws you come to grow fond of in your first car) that could possibly be improved upon. The app itself is representative of it's very purpose to me, and for that I appreciate everything about it.

Time clock is by far the most full-featured time-tracking solution. It is also the simplest to use, for the actual timekeeper to the back-office accounting desk. And it is versatile from a computer desk or on the go. All this, at a very affordable price. No reason and no excuse to not use Time clock if you need to track time. We are accounting software consultants and use it in our own practice, as well as recommend it for clients.

After a while using this app I feel like I'm product testing. There are so many bugs and issues and if you contact customer services they either tell you they'll fix things (they don't) or tell you the thing is already fixed when they haven't done anything. They don't even correct language mistakes (the app is obviously made by people with poor grasp of English). Shocking product and even worse customer service.

I love the idea and design of this app. Although! There is a huge problem with the background battery usage which needs to be fixed badly. It causes my phone to charge slowly at times and it will occasionally drain my battery really fast. Please fix, other than that it's a great app.

Phone app only works when it feels like it! Today it did not recognize me. I entered the same subdomain, id, pw as always. Had to use a tablet at the office to clock in. Hearing same complaints from other co-workers. Once I clocked in on the tablet, I tried opening the app on my phone again, and suddenly it recognized me and I didn't even need to log in. Stupid.

The only reason I have this app is because the delivery service I work with uses it but, if you can, avoid this app if possible. Super screwy, changes on people constantly, no break button so you litterally have to log out to take a 30 and then the app resets your time and screws up your hours. (Seriously, just add a button to take a lunch break, use it as a pause button for the clock, it can't be that @!#*% complicated)
