There are instances when i forget to scan my membership ID. It would be nice to have an option to scan your receipts and still earn points instead of just having it manually scanned in store.

This app makes ordering coffee quick and hassle-free. The layout is clean, and the ordering process is smooth, I really appreciate the points system it’s nice I highly recommend it for anyone who wants convenience and perks in one app!

Don't order their "catering" box for 10 people, called "Tims Original Package”. It's so much cheaper to get it all separately. A box of 12 donuts costs DHS 43, a 10 timbits box = DHS 14, and 10 brewed coffee is 10 x 12 DHS, which all equals to DHS 177. For the same things + just 2 extra timbits, in the "package" option, you get for DHS 199.

I used this app to place order and paid with my credit card, but when reach shop, they didnt receive the order and on app, my order tab nothing is showing. I received sms from bank about the payment. Very poor customer care, no one is answering the call.

Really useless app. Keeps crashing when I try to access the rewards page, I wish I can give you zero star! I believe it has to do with the last update. Even after the new release it is the same issue. And I think this issue is for many devices not mine only. Coz I have seen an iphone user complaining about the same issue

Definitely a useless app!! The crew is scanning my reciept everytime I purchase a dozen of donuts, only to find out that it wont add up or count as a point (s)!! So what's the point of scanning it for God sake!! IMMEDIATELY DELETED THE APP, SO BEWARE! THIS APP DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE TO HAVE 1 STAR!

I love Tim Hortons so much ♥️ But with the last update, unfortunately, everything screwed up. I miss the old rewarding system, and I miss the app that used to work! Whenever I click on new order, the app immediately crashes. Please work to verify the app issues ASAP.

The branch actually refuses to scan birthday coupon and was very rude about it too. I Sent 2 complaints through the app a month back and received no reply. So yeah..wouldnt recommend. Update: contacted using that email 3 times and never got any response at all. So that just proves the bad service. If I could I'd give it 0 stars.

i like the taste and how they prepare the spanish latte it is not sweet amd you can still taste the coffee. we love also the chocolate balls. i hope it will be available soon. and the crew are all friendly (ibn batuta braches)

Orders were canceled several times without any comment after the payment. Once they delivered the wrong order, and after that the courier went to another branch by mistake to pick up my order. As a result, it took over an hour to deliver simple coffee. Better to use different delivery apps, never had a problem with them.

One of the worst apps you can get. Constantly fails and requires updates, sometimes does charge the points correctly. No phone number or email to contact except the complaint text field. So cannot follow up. Let alone the greed and high prices, the real problem is that there is Zero customer care.

Jun 2024 the app doesn't finish the purchase when ordering to pick up! always come with msg "Something went wrong !" yeah something is wrong and it's ur app. with the new update. made a pickup order and paid through my credit card from the Mirdif CC branch. the staff wasn't aware of the existence of the app !!! waited 30 min for the order to finish. cause they cannot retrieve the order. in the app even it can't show my recent orders. if you are not ready to launch an app then simply don't!!

Having a problem with the tim hortons app recently.. Recently won't let me log in . Punching in right access CODE. Says an error has occurred or isn't the code they emailed me. The correct access code is put in says doesn't match. The app downloads. But it won't let me log in to my account. Don't know why. Never had a problem before. Office is trying to fix. I want my account uninstalled & deleted.

I like the new layout of the app. I just wish users would be informed if upcoming changes and prospective dates to expect them. I had to log in again at a store, only to find the old layout and system completely revamped. It's a great change. Just... would have been better to be informed rather than surprised during a purchase.

I have samsung curved screen phone. The barcode for reward collection is so long that it stretches to the sides of screen and therefore it is not captured by tim horton scanners. Downloaded the app several times with no luck. Ultimately, had to delete the account. For other businesses, the barcode stays in the center of the phone screen with no issues in scanning the barcode. Please fix your new app.
