OK, after the update there is still a problem with the discount showing on the checkout. Gotta fix the issue with ordering more than once no discount. Had to pick up the order then 30min the discount works again for next order. Waste of time. Also, the scan and pay is pointless if no WiFi in some locations. Why need to activate discount? Discount does not even subtract on prices sometimes. A lot of items not offered at location after ordering. Should show not available in app. Not convenient.😠

Still too slow in July 2024. I wish they'd fix it. It is really slow to do anything after clicking on a button. Don't click again because it might suddenly register all the clicks and you'll get 6 of the same items in your cart. I've reinstalled and contacted support. I've given them timings for each action and it is usually 10-30s to do anything after a click and another 10-30s to finish the action. Was a 4/5 but now it 0/5.

I only give 3 stars as the offers and rewards can get very frustrating. It would save lots of headaches if they used an offers model such as McDonalds (choose your offer and then choose the item from a list). Otherwise regular ordering and other functions of the app are great. Love the word challange and also the NHL contest.

So I'm trying to use my points before they expire. Of course this app is terrible. There is a minimum time between redemption? I literally had thousands of points expire, it would be nice if there were noticeable in app notifications and the ability to use pointa for any purchase. This is a joke. This app is terrible. Expiring points should be more obvious. Ordering is painfully difficult. How about for deals, allow people to click on it and select those items, like all the other food apps.

Not great. I have updated it multiple times with no new updates of deals except two options that have been sitting there for months now; I'm assuming they want me to use them up before new ones are available...but the two options "catering to my likes" but aren't anything I have ever ordered in the past or want now? The most irritating part of this app is I constantly get logged off just as I get to the drive-thru windows and it's super slow with logging back in.

This is the slowest and buggiest app I have ever used. I am on version 7.1.296, the version that supposedly fixes all the issues, but it is still the same for me. Takes forever to load, every interaction takes seconds to give any feedback, duplicate popups, operations canceling for no reason, and accidental interactions happening constantly. Barely usable.

This app would be great.....if it actually worked more than didn't work 😮‍💨 Their newest update (July 22nd 2024) has caused a serious problem. Since updating the app today, I can't use it at all. It keeps closing itself when I tap on any random option. I've done all the usual annoying steps to correct the app crash. Nothing is working. This happens A LOT. An app that users can rely on would be awesome. Seriously; this app is very frustrating.

I thought the app was slow before, but somehow, they've made it even worse. Deals are "personalized" so I get deals on everything I don't buy combined with things I can't eat. It takes me 5-10 minutes to place an order through using just my recent orders. Told me items in my cart are unavailable for a minute before letting me check out. Prioritize the drive thru vs counter/pick up, better off ordering at the speaker. Their app is a good poster child for what the company itself has become.

The app unexpectedly logged me out. It was working great for quite sometime. Since,I I have been having a difficult time logging back in. I uninstalled and re-installed the app in hopes that this would fix the problem. Well, it didn't. The app keeps thinking/buffering despite putting in the code sent to my email. It's pretty frustating! So much for getting any offers! Tim's is going to be losing my business until fixed!!!

This app functions so slow. Takes 5-10 sec to load between screens. Combo discounts aren't applied and even though I have my usual locations stored it still haraases more for my location. Its annoying enough trying to place my order with how slow this app is and then there's constant pop ups: For a better experience share your location. NO! Asking me 3 times in a row isn't going to change my answer!

Overall terrible app. The biggest issue I've had so far is with the mobile order option. First of all, there's no way to know when, or if, your order is ready after you place it. Not only that, but if they're out of what you ordered there's no inventory notifications either before or after you order. You also don't get a 'ready by' time, and there's no way to cancel the order once you place it. I placed an order and had to go back twice to get it, and it wasn't even in their system either time.

The app used to work well. It was quick and easy to navigate, as well as responsive. The new app is so slow, shuts down automatically, is difficult to navigate, and I have to close the app entirely just to get back to the home screen on my phone. Absolutely hate it. What used to take under a minute is now a 5 minute ordeal. Might as well stand in line. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD PLATFORM! Update. The App is worse than ever. How is it a company worth 13.99 billion can't get this to work.

4. 2024 It's getting worse 2.2023 This new app update and redesign is terrible. The logistics and flow are not good. I get some changes are good but I don't understand why it needed to be changed from the last design to this. I'll click on anything in the app and it takes 20 seconds to recognize? Can't believe it was released this way, ready for customers use. The old design was closer to what it should be like.

It has become unusable for placing orders, which is the main reason to use this app... Every few days, I have to uninstall and reinstall to be able to place an order. Otherwise, it keeps popping up this "price mutation error" and tells me to pick another store - same problem for every store. App was buggy before, but now it doesn't work at all.

2024. Still not working. Worst app ever. Never works. Can't scan my cards. Staff have zero input. Unfortunately, I live too close to Canada, I guess. My cards are marked Canadian and I've tried every way possible in the all setting to correct that. It's not possible. I visit TH stores weekly. I love your coffee AND your sandwiches! Your app, however, sux. I have 3 cards. I always have one of them scanned. I have zero points due to this technological travesty.

This app is terrible, it hasn't worked since day one, they refuse to address the issues, which are always the same, can't login, points disappearing, NHL app takes your streak away, false advertising and promises on RUTR, I know I'm certainly done with it all. Tim Hortons has gone so far down hill over the past decade, I don't bother with it any longer, the competition is better anyway...

As of 6/15/24 still the same awful issues.Honestly, this is the worst app I've ever used. All it does is recirculate and it takes forever for each menu to load. Trying to use pull down menus and anything after that, it just takes forever or does not bring it down. It just recirculates and recirculates when I go to place an order and either never finishes or just continues to recirculate, tho order was placed. Takes forever for something to delete from shopping cart. No other apps work like this.

Update same 8 12 2024 The offers are gone I think there is an issue with the app. We order every week and scan the box. This is how we pay and get the points. We cannot order them the app since the locations are either closed. Order doesn't show. Computers are down. Plus I cannot get a refund and I am tired of contacting the store the app calling to get my money back. So there is only a few locations I can use the app not near me since the update. Plus when the scanner is down we cannot even

Edit: previous update fixed this issue, newest update brought it back. I swear the next time you push out an update that fixes my issue, I am never updating it again. This app was doing okay, and now I keep getting price mutation errors. I use the same restaurant every time, I don't understand the issue. It happens no matter what restaurant I select.

I love Tim Hortons, but the app has been a terrible experience for me. Far too often when I order from it, I get a "price mutation error" message, and so I can't get the deals and rewards. Every time I bring it to the attention of customer service, they ask me for a bunch of information, still can't figure it out, and then just drop me without telling me so and offering no resolution. I'm just one customer out of millions, so they don't have time to waste on this recurring issue.
