I got scammed for 1 bottle of lanera makeup They kept putting 2 bottles up and I kept removing it to 1. Well they tried to bill me for 2 bottles which were 34.97 and the 1 bottle they charge me for 19.65 and I never received the 1 original bottle.

I love how easily you can get engagement here on tiktok. It helps a lot for business. However, I'm an artist who wants to create custom phone wallpaper. It would help a lot of us if we can sell art as online document🥹.

Awful. Got another unstoppable ad from the Galaxy Store (courtesy of Samsung) I cant opt out of or uninstall for this app. Downloaded it, it's terrible, irrelevant to me, and I hope they stop paying Samsung for 1984-style ads you're forced to endure.

a little confusing at first then once you do it, it's pretty simple! I really hate the category ideas, im selling sports trading cards and it keeps saying its in the wrong category, starting to piss me off, might go to what-not

Was 5 stars but now taken out sounds from the app . I would have a different sound from Settins to know that I have a notification from the app. Now that you have taken out the sound option it just sounds like every other standard message or notification I get from all other apps . Very disappointed

I've been trying to register my shop for over a week, and It's getting rejected because the address on my IRS EIN letter is different from my current location address. I've been in business for 5 years, so I've moved and expanded. It says right on the IRS letter that it can't be reissued, duplicated or changed, I've sent multiple emails and haven't gotten a response from tiktok.

It's really hard to get listings approved. I've had numerous approved and then shut down after I started selling live. You approve my listing just to violate me for it a few days later. It makes no sense. And the violation explanations are very vague. They don't tell you why they violated you. However when the listing is approved and it goes good, it goes great!! That's why I still attempt to use it. Fingers crossed this listing gets approved.

It's so disappointing I tried 10 times or more to send verification, I try all the way to be verified it says' the address I put there's lack of details all valid receipt I already tried, but this tiktok shop is hard to reach the expectations. Do something about it. I can say in advance you're users will be vanished because of youre inconvenient service in your system.

This app needs approval for each little change needed to a product listing, it is frustrating to use, creates a bunch of friction for sellers. This platform is not good for made to order items as it does not have an option to extend ship date. Help chat is not helpful, ticketing system is slow. Sticking with etsy shop until listing becomes easier

Tiktok currently has the most ridiculous glitch where it's not letting me link the shop to my tiktok account. I only found this out after I unlinked from my main account to a new one. I already talked to customer service, who basically said they don't know why this is happening either. Now my shop is pretty much useless since there is nowhere for customers to access it. Very stupid if you ask me. This needs to be fixed asap.

Can't give a good review at this time. Have not been able to get signed into the app, as the image validation never loads. Submitted reports of image not loading, but never hear anything back. Reloaded the app several times, and the same thing every time. Would rather use the app, as the web page is not size for mobile devices.

This whole app is unfair to sellers. You give 3 days to ship but take off points if it's not sent the next day. Blame the seller when the scan doesn't show up, even with a ship receipt as proof. Ready to just close the shop, it's not worth all the hoops you have to jump through. If you don't hit the perfect scores in the algorithm you are buried under everyone else. I make a lot more through my website.

Awful, doesn't connect my accounts, support useless. It keeps asking me to verify, then telling me I have already reached my account limit. Customer service has no clue, they don't even seem to understand the problem. If I already have a verified business account on this email, how can it not just connect to it? Really awful, frustrating, waste of time!! M sure they don't even read the messages, because responses don't seem to correspond with the problem. Already done this as I explained here

I just started my own business making customized press on nails. I was getting a lot of sales on Facebook Marketplace and Etsy, but it's been over 2 months and I still have yet to receive an order. I keep getting told I need to make videos to use as ads, etc. Without the right equipment I can't. Plus, I'm not big on being on camera at all. The app is a bit difficult to learn too. Might just stick with Etsy honestly
