This game is fun, when it wants to work. I just got a new phone and had to upgrade to the newest version and I have had nothing but issues since. The game freezes when I open and when the game finally does open, it freezes when trying to move to a different screen to play or visit the friends center. The game freezes mid game resulting in loss coins, or freezes at the end of the game not allowing me to earn the rewards from the game plus losing a play. Help center was no help. FIX THE BUGS!!

It's disappointing as of late, as It keeps kicking me off as soon as I sign in or more like attempt to sign in. I am trying to play, follow team rules, and rank up my team but it's not possible if the game makes it next to impossible to even sign on. I don't know what is going on with the game but when I first started playing last year I had no problems signing on. If this gets remedied the rating from me will be higher. On the occasions I can sign on, I have a lot of fun playing the game.

This was a fun game. Now it is a ripoff. This game freezes , lags and boots you put after you spend money, coins, boosters, use up free plays just to get sent out to home screen to restart, uninstall, reinstall play get booted and repeat. I have been a Club leader for almost three years and never had these problems until SCOPELY took over. Until they fix these glitches, I no longer recommend.

I used to LOVE this game but now like everyone else...it glitches, freeze up and the ads are even longer. It doesn't even allow you the little extra coins through Facebook. It'll give the link to click, then it'll go to a Google Play menu to either download it or sign if it's already installed. It's making it harder and harder to play and enjoy. And for me it's causing me to be kicked out of the "clubs" because with it freezing and glitching so much, I can't meet my clubs point and tributes.

I like a good tripeaks game. This one seemed like"too much",but I gave it a go. The lack of ads is great. I'm so tired of games that are there to force ads, this one isn't that at all.I gave it a 2 star because 1) it's too much animation, its tripeaks solitaire, i wasnt looking for this much "other stuff", and then 2) ultimately I Uninstalled after 50 or so levels because I cannot stand games that limit my playing. This game requires gold per game and u eventually run out. It's unnecessary IMO.

I agree with all the above negative comments. I've been playing this game for 3-4 years. Last week I got the new Samsung S24+ to replace my S10e... I've had nothing but trouble with the game crashing... glitching etc since I got the new phone. I have 512 GB of memory so memory/ phone storage is definitely not the issue! I have restarted my phone... Uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times... still crashing. And of course it crashes right after it takes my coins. VERY FRUSTRATING!

This game used to work great. Now, it freezes constantly. Part of the strategy is to gain wild cards and coins by watching video ads.....they are unavailable most of the time now and when I do get the ads to work to earn the coins, it freezes. Once the app is restarted, the ads are unavailable once again. So you never have the chance to earn coins or wild cards. I have been using this app for years, no big issues until the recently. Was hoping the latest update would fix issues, nope.

I've been playing this game/app for over 4 years. When I first started playing, I was obsessed! It was so much fun! But now, there are so many glitches, freezes, pauses.. I lose out on coins. I have to redo a level I had just previously won. I can handle the ads, but the glitching is making me want to stop playing. 😔 edit: now is not even letting Facebook sign into my account to get into the solitaire.

Update 3/26/24 DO NOT BOTHER! GAME FUNCTIONING SUCKS! 2 years later and the game freezing is worse than ever. You are also inundated with ads that also freeze up the game. Obviously they plan on doing nothing about it. Game is freezing daily and if you're in the middle of a game or competition, you lose what you had just won. They tell you to uninstall and reinstall. That does not work. Clearing cache and freeing up memory doesn't work either.

I have always loved this game, it's the best solitaire game. But I had to downgrade the stars because lately it just constantly freezes up in me every few minutes!! In the middle of games (I've lost out on winning games, lost coins because i just had to come out of it all together), every time u click on something, it freezes, every darn ad, it's so frustrating!!

This game cheats you out of all the prizes it "gives" you. I've purchased extras to get rid of shark cards, bomb cards, and net cards and I lose, every time. So I leave the app. When I come back after an hour or so, and play those same levels again, without buying extras, I win...for a level or 2. Then it becomes impossible again. This is why I stopped playing this game back in 2018.

Great game, challenging but not anger management challenging. Only gave it 4 stars because as you get higher in the levels, they begin to cost more coins, earlier levels were 1000 now they're 3000 you only get a daily bonus of 4000 so If you lose but want to replay that level you have to buy more coins. I just want to enjoy a game and escape from reality for a bit, not have the game remind me I'm broke.

I have so much fun playing this game but lately, even after updating the game keeps freezing. I have to close out and reopen and by doing that I either lose progress, doesn't register the game or coins or Tiki's I just won, doesn't put back the coins I just spent for the level it froze on and I have to spend more to replay the same level. It's getting frustrating

If you're looking for a challenging game that you lose about 96% of the tribute games, then this game is for you! And as an added bonus, after all those losses, when you're finally able to win a game, they punish you with watching an ad afterwards. Been with this game for years, and have never seen the algorithm this slanted towards losses. Fix what you've ruined please. Update: just played 10 games and won zilch in the race...nice algorithm at 0% win odds. This app has been ruined.

I thoroughly enjoy this game. However, lately it glitches out constant. Everytime I get close to a reward or win a game, it will freeze, and sometimes it saves my progress, sometimes it doesn't. It gets frustrating because I do spend a lot of time playing this game. Many people on my team will spend money to play. It is nice that you don't have to, but I can only imagine spending money, and then the game freezing. Overall, I'm a fan, but the freezing/glitches need to be fixed.

Fun. But the ability to watch videos for free coins has been unavailable for more than 12 hours. Too many splash screens. If I collect a bonus, WHY do I have to hit the collect button again in a splash screen? Get rid of all the dancing stuff win I win. When I end a game and hit the X instead of next or repeat, if I hit the X, it should take me to the map to choose where I'm going. Contact me, and I will help this game more fun to play. Did the people who wrote the game actually PLAY it?

I, like many others, are still experiencing freezing for over a year. Their consistent answer to this, is to clear cache, delete game and reload, reboot device, try on a different device. None of these fixes worked. Then they tell me to record the freeze because it doesn't happen to anyone else. I recorded it, sent them a video and 4 days later still waiting for an answer. But, what they refuse to realize, is that I refuse to give up. I'll keep sending messages until I get a descent response.

The freezing just keeps happening. They keep saying they are working, on this issue. To me, it is just getting worse. Happens most times during bonus rounds or during a really hard game, and freezes on hard games with 1 card left, I have to reset the game and lose all rewards. I just wish they would fix the freezing issue and stop blaming the phones. I don't have that issue with other games. PLEASE fix this game.

This was my favorite game. However, over the past year, the game glitches a lot, some screens go black or freeze during viewing or game play transitions. The updates do not appear to be fixing these issues. I. Hope you can truly address these issues. Thanks. 😔

The amount of ads is ridiculous. I've never play the game that I had to watch so many ads literally to do anything every single task, every single advancement to the next game even. And then as if you don't have to watch enough ads as it is it'll say Tiki Solitaire will be back in a moment and you have to watch another add while they make you take a break. It might be enjoyable with even half the amount of ads but this game is such a waste of time
