Best looking menu interface, fast and enhanced biometric or fingerprint security system; I would like next version to add option where users can extend their virtual card application without creating new cards to keep details simple. Keep up team this is great innovation

Have been using it without problem .Begining yesterday, some problems and now whenever I open gives a message that "experiencibg netwirk problem" which is nit right..my network is ok unless Tigo itself has problem!

the layout is perfect. I am not sure if it's my phone or the app itself, but some features take more time loading example the send money feature. but overall, it's a user friendly app and i like it. kudos Tigo

I can say that this update is the worst version of tigo app. Just imagine once i request the OTP, the next page does not allow me to access the keyboard so that i can input the OTP. Someone migbt say my phone has got problems but how could i have had a chance to write this kind of review.? Try to figure out a version that will end this

The new version is perfect.. But when you want to send money to a contact in phonebook , names do not appear. I have to copy and paste from normal contact app. This is different from the previous where there is a connection between contacts and the app. That's why 4*

It is inconvenient to use unlikely to the previous version, a lot of notification which are not uniform it gives some delay to access services to the app. For example may be u want to know the balance of nivushe plus so as to pay it doesn't go straight it is too 😌😌

Super app! But Lipa kwa simu section scanning by camera could be second option starting with writing lipa namba. I think statistically large number of users use by entering number instead of scanning (am not sure!). I would prefer having entering number section before scanning (let it be second opt).

It helps a lot because it doesn't take much of your time to send money. Also it is not easy to send money to the wrong person. One thing to improve,,,for now the app doesn't allow you to do anything if you don't have internet access. Please work on that, it has to be used when offline too.

it is quite easy to use it is secured enough but to the option of using finger print or face to unlock it doesn't differenciate between the owner and the other person incase the device owner decided to put his or her partner.

It is a good app but it is complicated. The previous version was better than this upgraded one. This one is not simple at all. 👆 this was my earlier comment but I rescind it. After using and getting to know App I would say it is simply the best. Especially with the option to add to "favourite" frequent transactions and the biometrics authentication. Any further improvement will still make the App a Suoer App.

Too sad that you upgraded the App and ended with: 1. Came with a bug and was unfunctional for about 5 weeks 2. Some of your staff had no idea on how solve it and wrongly attributed my handset to the failure. 3. My numbers no more appear in the Home Internet tab. 4. The upgrade lost my saved favourite recipients and billers list. I would better hang in the old version and have my list kept! Please allow customers to choose between upgrading and keeping with old, advise on what to gain or lose.

Helpfull app,but lacking features which are normally found in tigo pesa,but now more beter i wish would be for offline use too. Saved numbers/names for bills should be permanent to earser payments, repeating saving always is not good allow to show balance to other registered devices by user,

There are some package menus that you have removed from the app. Please add them back because some of us use the app for everything since it is very fast. Also, you have removed the 'lend me' option from the app; please bring it back so we can complete everything in the app. Please try to add an option to scan or take a picture of a voucher to add credit to the app. That would be great and make things easier. Thank you, and I hope you will consider this advice.

For a while now I have used this app and I must say that I've enjoyed its ui/ux...so kudos to developers for this. The only bone that I have to pick is that the app isnt optimized well enough for less capable devices (midrange android decices). I've recently used this app on my techno device and I've observed that it lags a lot (especially when entering a pin to finalize a transaction). I've observed similar issues from other aforementioned devices and I hope this problem will be fixed soon.
