The app is not very good it didn't find my place of work and sent taxi somewhere else which was then cancelled leaving to have to phone again to try and get another .

The app doesn't work properly, u schedule a taxi 1hr before and it still turn out 15/30min. Late, (missed my appointment), staff is rude.

Instead of looking for available taxis it gives a no driver available message. Why don't u make the app look for drivers instead of giving the message

They called telling me the price was £10 extra as luton airport has a drop off fee. (Which is only £10) I said I'll try find somewhere cheaper then, they hung up. Couldn't find anywhere cheaper and was going to pay them £5 extra for the drop off fee, 20 minutes before our taxi arrived not hearing anything back from them. We called them and they just said, "oh yea, we won't be able to give you the lift". Just a bad experience, rude, lacking communication and basic knowledge of their own business
