Need to reinstall app and now the app does now allow me to login. Keeps giving below error: Not allowed to request OTP The app keeps showing captcha for requesting login, such a stupid restriction to place on first login try.

The worst app to buy digital gold . The money won't credit 3 - 4 days. There are many apps where money gets credited in seconds. Don't buy digital gold 🪙

So many years have past,still we don't have a dark mode in tickertape.I wonder why is that so hard for app developers to do that.. Disappointed,otherwise a perfect screener app.

I paid for this and later found out that it can add only 1 broker! Most people nowadays have more than 1 broker. I don't see this option getting on this app anytime soon. So will switch to other screener app which has this.

Recently the search has stopped working for me, it used to be a wonderful app, I would visit this app multiple times a day, but without the search working for me, it has been rendered useless

Only one reason for low rating, please read this whole review. I really like the app, I've been using it since it was not even popular. The main issue I saw is the UI complexity in some features. I've saved a few stocks for reviewing it daily, and now I'm not even able to find where they are? Where is the list of saved stocks?? I'm a young guy working in IT and I'm still not able to find what I need, how are 50YOs gonna be able to use this app?

Mutual fund NAV not updating. Tried refreshing the portfolio several times. Even the basics are lacking in the app. Update - NAV is still not updating. MF portfolio is stuck for the last 10 days. No movement even after refreshing.

I'm not able to import stocks from different demat accounts, I've 3 demat accounts, i imported one angel one and i can't now import from grow or ind money. I have paid for premium subscription. Refund my money now or I'll go to consumer court

App has improved a lot compared to an year ago. Still there is no dark mode support for the app.

The app is showing incorrect data of analysts recommending the stock. Please correct the data. Some of the few features were added recently but it is really hard for a new person to explore that stuffs.

Hey TickerTape! Can you please bring back the watch list & portfolio in the tabs? It's super annoying to click on social instead. Showing wrong results for Mutual Fund data. Recent updates have made the app useless.

Too many popup ads everytime you open the app, even for their paid plans. It's infuriating and ruins the app utility. Kindly stop showing ads at least for the paid plans.

Don't add basic function. Like add stock and muchalfund manualy Many app provides this function like stockedge. So I add both portfolio stock and track both at same place. It's not function to hard to provide if someone wants to sync stock brocker or other enter manually.

Overall this it is fine but the when you click the search option to look for stock or MF the keyboard doesn't automatically pop-up. This shows the app is not well integrated.

Application is nice but I have a serious issue here. Why are the balance sheets and cash flow statements not updated for most of the stocks for FY 23-24. I also mailed to customer support but hasn't got a prompt response. If you are running a screener then atleast it should be properly updated with current data. It's baffling that ROCE is calculated using EBIT of FY24 and CAPITAL of FY23 because the balance sheets are not updated for FY24. Update on urgent basis. Q1 of FY25 is about to end.

I purchased the subscription assuming there would be features to analyze my mutual fund and stocks portfolios but there is hardly anything available in this app. I am disappointed that out of all the nice services in the market, I have chosen this. Update: Happy to see some good features in the portfolio analysis option.

As a paid user, I am experiencing data discrepancies, which is particularly frustrating since I subscribed and installed the service specifically to avoid such issues. Additionally, the platform does not support connecting multiple brokers simultaneously, which limits its functionality.

It works. But the data price data seems off sometimes. Also, there is a digital gold ad/suggestion everywhere, and it is so annoying. There is no option to get rid of it.

I noticed Ticker Tape shows company 2023 report data, but when I checked Screener, it provided 2024 report data. This discrepancy highlights how Ticker Tape treats its users regarding data updates. There's no indication that the data is outdated, which can mislead new investors into making decisions based on old information. Be aware of this irresponsible practice on the Ticker Tape platform. My advice is to switch to Screener so we can invest with the latest data.
