They updated the app and now it's impossible to complaint about erros in the order. There's no option to contact anyone, and even the "feedback" is just ignored. Trash of an app and service.

New update, great way how to **** up already working app, great job.. Update suppose to give access to stamp cards yet i still can't access them. If before delivery information was saved then now i have to write same thing every time. Your IT guy should find better job.

Hate that payment options aren't visible anymore on a restaurant's info page. Can't see if my desired payment option is available now, until I put enough items in order and go to the check out. Truly frustrating and time consuming.

The updated app misses many aspects that it is almost the reason not to use it anymore! The details of previous orders can not be seen, can not have a list of favorites that appear on top and many more...

The new update broke order history, made the app less legible and worse to navigate, and the stampcards menu hasn't worked for years. Have a star for the bare minimum functionality of being able to order food at all

Update FaiL: was always the best just installed the update... please fix. Where are the favorite restaurants, where does it say how long it takes, also can no longe see what time order was placed...not an improvement in my eyes if it looks more like ubereats....that app is trash....please bring back all the usefull features mentioned

The updated look is fine, although the removal of the "liked/favourited/heart" tab is very bad, I used it and now its not there anymore. Using the "ordered" tab is not the same and doesnt work the same. I sometimes liked restaurants that looked good but didnt order from them that time but have them liked for future reference and now I cannot have them on easy access. I dont see why removing it was a good idea please put it back in

Thanks for the new update! It's far less practical. My entire history is broken. Everything is hard to find, and the screen is swamped with irrelevant data. It's actively making me not want to order food, so I save money! Always great to see companies care about our wallets. 5 stars!

New UI interface sucks, way too cluttered, order overview no longer shows when the orders were placed and you can no longer easily reorder. 'View all' under Favorites leads to the Orders page, and there's no way to mark restaurants as favorite anymore? At 15:30 I can only select until 16:25 for delivery, not later?? God this app got even worse than it was.

App used to be decent, despite the increasing delivery fees. But with the recent "redesign" it has become basically unusable. No more favorite restaurants, no details regarding past orders anymore, no option for a "compact mode" (the new design only allows for 1.5 restaurants to fit on the screen as opposed to 3-4 before). Even the feedback section inside the app is gone! I've been an active user of the app for many years, but it might be time to switch to a more user friendly alternative.

Posting in response to the new UI overhaul, some functional improvements over a massive reduction in clarity from the UI, new homepage is terrible and these types of forced updatez on users are intensely anti-consumer. This might feel extreme but honestly these massive changes on apps are given increasingly less test time before launch and it shows in the copy-paste visual approach that makes using the app more difficult. Add a revert option at least while we QA for you.

Great user interface for buying food. But it's literally impossible to contact customer service if there is any problem with an order or if the app encounters a problem with the transaction. This is incredibly frustrating and an extremely disappointing user experience.

The latest update is horrible. While it became easier to find specific restaurants, it became much harder to navigate through. I also am unable to look for my favorite restaurants. In the past it would also automatically filter our restaurants that aren't open yet, the app doesn't do that anymore unfortunately

App glitches and service is appalling. I waited 90 minutes for something you said would be delivered in 40, got no update from you, and couldn't even contact anyone or cancel my order. All I got was a bot that kept giving the same useless replies. When the order finally arrived, not only were two items missing, the drink was spilt. Yet apart from the very basic refund for the missing items, you've refused to offer any restitution for the awful experience — no refund, apology or voucher. Gross.

App used to be fine, but the new UI update of September '24 broke multiple things, most importantly the ability to re-order previous orders by removing the order history altogether. The interface is weirdly inefficient (roomy yet cluttered); browsing through restaurants takes double the scrolling now. The "view restaurants on a map"-feature didn't survive the UI overhaul either. I guess I'm back to ordering through other apps.

From all the food apps out there, this is the worst and only one we have problems. Either orders taking 2 or more hours to be delivered or not arriving at all, losing track of the delivery person, or saying it was delivered when the food actually wasn't. It is a Russian roulette, sometimes you get your food, sometimes you don't. Make your choice.

Delivery times are wildly inaccurate. I don't care that something is going to take an hour if you tell me upfront. Or worse: something arrives 45 minutes early. Complaints are shifted on to the restaurant or the driver, which are independent, of course. Complaining twice about logistics results in your bonus points being revoked. Highly recommend going with the other apps. They might be slightly more expensive, but you save yourself some headaches.

Editting my previous review: Coupons / codes that you redeem remain "used", even if you don't actually order. However, after reaching out to customer support, I was informed that these coupon codes only stay "used" for a while, and go back to being usable after some time if you don't actually pay with them. Customer support were super quick and helpful. Other than that, maybe more translation options would be nice.

Sorry, the redesign is a big step back. When I look at my favorites, it's no longer the stores I designated as my favorites, it's now places I have ordered before. That's not the same thing. Clicking on "show all" under favorites, it now shows past orders. Makes no sense. I selected favorites as places I frequently order from. I don't need every place I tried to be in that list. Also, it's more cluttered, so the UI is worse than it was before.

CAUTION with tipping-was not refunded. *When an order is not delivered, if thuisbezorg says it has..wait a while after "delivered" status before the option of support/disagree is available. Update overall is flashy, cluttered and a touch confusing. Maybe mostly userfriendly interface? New way of add to cart choice is nice. Needs some fixes; Favourites. Time of order on the receipt hopefully will be added (its in email anyway). Sadly no longer can orders from before update be viewed.
