My first experience was in contacting the owners of this app b/c I only rarely got the "share" button on my entries. My message was answered requesting more information within minutes. The info was provided and I got a response within a day or two. However, at some point, I mistakenly deleted the app and had to re-install it. I always get the "share" button now! I LOVE this app and the owners of it, and I appreciate being asked to look over my day and find 3 good things, each & every day!

Love this app so far, haven't had any issues with entries not saving or the app freezing. However, when I click on the reminder notification, it doesn't open the app. Not a huge deal because the notification still serves as a reminder to go to the app to make an entry, but it is annoying to have to dismiss the notification and then find the app and open it.

This app seriously has the power to shift you perspective if you allow it to. My husband and I began completing 3 Good Things nightly as well as another one of Darlingapps apps called prompted journal and it had been nothing but wonderful for our mental health. Really appreciate the built in reminder, the historical retention of previous entries and the fact that entries can be shared. Simply fantastic, love it!

I've really enjoyed this app, so far. I tend to focus on the negative and forget to be grateful for the positives in life. This really helps me to shift my focus in a beneficial way. My only complaint is that the reminder alarm (which I need, because I'd forget my head if it wasn't attached) terrifies me every time it goes off! Lol!

Very simple and effective. Over time I stopped focusing on '3 good things' and started treating this app more like a journal. Thinking about all the positive things that happen at the end of each day and writing them in a 3 paragraph format. It's nice to be able to look back and remember how I felt on certain days.

Love this app! Haven't had it very long but I love the simplicity and how you don't have to put in ANY personal info! The only thing I would think of changing is having the option to change the background color, but it's not big enough a deal to make me stop using this app! It's easy, free, simple, and wonderful. Would highly recommend!!

Very easy app to use, I've never noticed any ads because I don't think there are any ads. Great for people like me who don't want to do a full journal but like to make little notations overall about the day. I'm not sure I like the prodding of each of the three entries per day, which begin with "I felt..." But overall a nice, to the point gratitude app. Good job guys.

I had low expectations for this app as I did not believe it would actually do anything for my mindset but after a couple weeks of using this app, I've noticed it has gotten easier to find things I'm grateful for! I find myself with a more positive mindset in my every day life! It helps me reflect my day and see what I can improve on, and they don't push you to complete it every day as they only send a little reminder at a set time. Would highly recommend as it forms a habit to be more positive!

Previously positive review, disappointed now the push notification removers only come up once in awhile maybe once a week at best), and tapping the notification does nothing. You still have to find the app and manually open. I should be able to tap the push notification and it take me to the app. USED to work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice to no improvement.

Simple and perfect! I've noticed I definitely sleep better when using the app before bed. It's also had the side benefit of making me notice throughout the day what are things I actually value as "good". Would I list scrolling Facebook for a couple hours as one of my good things? Nah, maybe I'll do something I connect with more instead. Lovely app, lovely impacts.

This is a very straightforward app, it does what it's supposed to, and it's free. My favorite part of the app is that it encourages me to make it a personal journal by recording not just the 'good things' but also how they made me feel. This creates space for self reflection and allows for the recording of those emotions. I am hoping to budget for an annual subscription soon in order to unlock the additional features!

I've been using it for a month now, and I've enjoyed it a lot for the most part. Overall, I think the app is very good and very simplistic. I love that it does not ask for any personal information, and I love how minimalistic it feels. My only issue is that within the last week or two I've been experiencing weird lags. When I am in the app for about five minutes, it starts to lag and takes several seconds to catch up to what I typed. Would be 5/5 if not for that.

I was looking for an app that would allow me to write 3 things that made me feel positive and this app is very simple to use. I have tried writing the 3 things I'm grateful for in a notebook and I go off on tangents, taking way too much time that I lose interest. This keeps me focused. I can look back on what I wrote to remind me of the good things that happened. The only thing I found a bit glitch-y is when I press "edit" to add more details, it sometimes takes a few to respond.

I love the simplicity of this app. It's nice not to have the distraction of ads and such. I love that it gets me to look back on my day and see the good in my life. It helps improve my mental health so much just to be reminded to focus on those 3 good things each day. I like that I can also save my entries so they aren't lost over time. Overall, a great app! I love it!! ❤️

I like the simplicity and the push notifications are very effective. I took one star off because it doesn't allow you to backdate entries- sometimes I'll forget to make the entry until the next morning and as a result I'll use up my slot for the current day :c Edit: nvm, found the feature! you just have to swipe right or left to get to the right day. the tutorial was buggy and didn't mention this until I swiped. upgrading to five stars anyway.

It works - if you use it. It can be as quick and simple or as in-depth and time-consuming as you make it. You will get only as much out of this app, and your gratitude practice as a whole, as you put in. This app provides great scaffolding for building a regular gratitude practice. Without any unnecessary bells and whistles that distract or annoy. I highly recommend this app, without any reservation.

I love the simplicity of this app. Using it is clear and straightforward; there is no guesswork involving arcane symbols, and there isn't an excessive number of choices about silly things like the preferred shape of the letter B. The user remains focused on one point. It's . . . beautiful. The only thing I don't like is the quote at the bottom: "Joy is only real when shared." False! Joy is equally available to the individual. I'm looking forward to seeing if this app stands the test of time.

I really like the app. Been using it for a couple weeks. It's nice to have a few minutes before bed to reflect on what good things happened to me. The daily reminder to use it helps, otherwise I probably never would remember... I'm hoping that with time, I will remember on my own to use the app, without my nightly reminder. If there was an option to be promoted more than once in the day/night, I would turn that on! :)

I enjoy using this app to make my gratitude list for the day. I just use the free version. I've never seen an ad! I love to look back on previous entries and learn how much progress and self development I'm achieving. Super simple layout and option to print out a PDF. I laugh at some of my entries as I look back in the past, sometimes I think, what was I thinking?! lol 🩷🩷🩷

I really like this app and it does really work in improving your outlook on life but I am so irritated by the passive aggressive reminders it sends, it's worth knocking off two stars. This is supposed to be a nice and wholesome thing, so why on earth they seem to think sending passive aggressive messages like "hey, remember me?" Is a good idea, I have no idea. I also fill it in everyday, so it doesn't make any sense, even if it were an appropriate thing to do. Please, sort this out.
