FOOD & HOTELS are good Guide Mr BHARAT &Driver Mr OMPRAKASE both are fine & well adjustable nature Very very disappointed thing is the vehicle TEMPO TRAX is old model & I sufferd lot by the ordinary seats,most uncomfortable to sit & travel , l got backpaine . So l told my friends & relations don't go THOMAS COOK

Horrible experience of paying . Link gigen is useless. Account no. Is temporary. After receiving cashmemo is not issued. Only Acknowledgement is given. They need a lot of improvement

Absolutely trash app! Need to revamp completely. Guys i understand your parent firm has liquidated and that youre considering rebranding to avoid confusion.. but maintaining an app like this puts doubts in people's minds that if in fact you indeed are going bankrupt 😂 please hire a decent team to revamp this app. Its absolute trash

Feeling very very bad . Have paid the full amount for forex , later they denied the order for cancelation they charged 500rs . They were not informed about cancellation charges prior but charged. Choosing this service is the biggest mistake I made. Thanks

Not able to track the status of my booking or any other details. No information is shown on it of its own nor you are able to track anything. Just formality.

Terrible experience. We booked an international tour more than a month ago made full payment, it is to depart day after tomorrow and till now neither tickets nor any other messages confirmations received. their executives do not answer phone calls do not respond to whatsapp. shall never again book through Thomas Cook nor will advise any friends.

Very poorly designed. Signing in is difficult and you get automatically signed out in no time. After logging, you can't go to your accounts. A blank screen comes and signs you out. Absolutely useless.

Tried several times but I do not receive the OTP. Uninstalling the app because there isn't any skip OTP option as well.

Booked Switzerland tour scheduled in August 2023. In July 2023, TC phoned that the trip has been cancelled, without giving any reason. TC refunded about Rs 64000/- less than total amount paid and wrote that deductions were towards TCS, Visa charges, Insurance, Telegraphic transfer (!) and gateway link charges (!). We should not have to pay for any services not availed of by us due to cancellation by TC. Also we had to incur other miscellaneous expenses. TC has not refunded any further amount.
