Perfect app for anyone trying to learn how to train calisthenics. Paying the premium price of 99 dollars a year is a huge plus and money saver...plus you get access to the programs and technique guides. However, they do need to improve a few bugs in the app, when the workout is left open and you attend another app this app usually crashes and restarts the workout. Definitely a nice app for anyone who wants to train at the comfort of their own home especially if you have a pull-up Station at 🏡

Great app! Lovely workouts. It has everything you need to get in shape and even more. Would be better if there was an actual countdown instead of regular stopwatch. Also a voice would be great so I don't have to keep looking at my phone everytime and if it kept my phone lit. Besides these little personal complains, really great training app. Totally would recommend. Good job, guys!

Workouts are amazing. I have a subscription. However, there is no sound. I can start the music but there is no countdown, or a voice telling you anything at all. Wouldn't be a serious issue BUT countdown numbers are on the video in small and blue. It's hard to press the completed button during a workout. It's a pity that these easy things make it so hard to use compared to other fit apps.

The app has a TON of potential. The video tutorials are among the best out there. Issue I have is there's really no instruction for rest interval times, # of sets, # of workout rounds, or any of the details surround the basic workout layout; it's very 1 dimensional in that way. Also could benefit from set/rep recording and tracking as well. I subscribed to pro for a couple hours and had to cancel due to the aforementioned; I haven't heard back from support about reimbursement of my ~$120.00 CAD in 8 days and now I'm starting to think they'll be keeping my money which is really disappointing since I do love the brand and this will deteriorate that severely.

I like the app, a detailed distribution of workout specifically for various parts of the body. My problem is about the progress shown after the workout, I always do the exercises surely correctly, also with the right amount of rests. Unfortunately, the progress only shows 4%-7%. It feels frustrating after working out, and you see that the app doesn't really see the accurate progress.

unfortunately this app just continues to get worse and worse with every update. more and more features constantly put behind pay walls, navigation changing constantly leading to have to relearn the app every few weeks because they decided to change everything again. this used to be THE app for Calisthenics, but now there are so many better, free options available.

Very great app. Just wanted to ask if you could add stretches to the warmups. That will be splendid.

My favorite fitness app... BUT just realized that I have to keep looking at my phone. When you are out and lots of people about it would be nice to have full audio walkthru so you don't have to touch your phone or bring it out.

This is my best calisthenics app and today was my leg day it's very hard to run 😂. but this was my starting and at last I want to say that this is the very effective and best app.

Everything is fine but note that the techniques pull over is both in intermediate and beginner. it requires bar to toe as the first technique in pull over which itself is an intermediate technique .that is why the pull over technique should be moved to the intermediate section and there are very less technique

everything's good, but a thing that's seriously lacking is "start" workout switch and a time counter inside the app in itself, so we can just open the app start the workout and see the seconds there itself

Awesome workouts... BUT... 1. No way to save notes to track you progress (i.e. Reps or Time held per exercise) and 2. No audio so the timers are useless. Honestly, if it had these features I would buy a membership immediately, but as it stands, I cannot recommend the app even. Just find the workouts on YouTube. At least there there are timers.

this new update (4.0.2) messed everything up. I had a nice set of saved workouts that I would do regularly, but after the update, it seems that you cant save workouts that you like anymore. which means if you find a good workout you like, you have to remember the category of it and look through it amongst all the other workouts he has. the filter barely helps because you still have to go through a million workouts before you get to the one you chose to stick with. let me save my stuff again PLS

After the new update it has rarely worked. Also, the calendar system was better than retroactively trying to find the previous days workout. Especially, since I missed the workout due to the app's update. It also seems the workouts have been decreased in difficulty after the update i.e. intermediate works would typically consist of 7-8 different exercises with 4 rounds. Looking through now they have 6 with 3 rounds. I am aware i could add exercises and an additional round. Not too pleased.

I want to like the app but there's too much going against it. For one thing the UI takes a long time to get used. The workout library needs 'equipment' and 'no equpiment' added to the filer which just has muscle groups. The biggest thing for me though is what movements are considered to be beginner, intermediate, or advanced. There is absolutely no way a "beginner" could be expected to do walk walks, handstand pushups, and pistol squats.

really confused. there's lots of content all over the place. Definitely not for beginners! very technical and little to no instructions with tutorial. no voice coaching! clock is not visible enough to use. there's no alerts for the rep/rnd time. you also need equipment, at least "low bar" and pull up bar to use the paid programs. there's no alternates offered for the exercises. i would consider joining if those things were fixed.

The workouts are great, but the app could use some more fine tuning. The app operates like a social media platform instead of a workout app(also requires internet access). When I'm done, it automatically posts my workout for everyone to see unless I tell it not to - every single time. It would be nice if there was a button to click "start" and then it will tell me the 45 seconds is up. That makes it easier so i don't have to stare at the screen the while working out.

The exercises in this app provide a very solid workout, and there are a variety of workout plans to choose from. However, the app itself can use more work. 1) There should be an option for the app to keep the screen on. 2) The whole system of how it tracks your reps and sets is very finnicky and not really reliable; I have had my reps and sets for an entire workout suddenly wiped out mid-workout. 3) It would be nice if this app integrated with Google Fit APIs to synchronize workouts.

Really love this app and the programs! They're really challenging, and even with no equipment (and no gym :( ) I feel like I'm really pushing myself and making gains. The no equipment workouts are also pretty short but intense - I'm almost always done in 35 min and feeling good. They've made a bunch of improvements to the app over the past 2 months, too. Very easy to use and follow along. Definitely worth the $10/month. Highly recommend.

Each individual exercise has to be stopped on its own, even when it's a timed exercise. Timed exercises should stop on their own. Also has far too much reliance on you having the exact right equipment, namely a single bar. And even then, it can't be just a mobile single bar. It needs to be a bar that's bolted to the gound, otherwise you're going to end up on your face.
