Awful. Less than worthless. This app cost me 3 days + of studying

I would have given 4 stars if the app included access to flash cards

Can't log in and no response from developer. This app is completely worthless.

There is no way to jump to certain headings in the outlines. That's absolutely ridiculous.

Bug that doesn't allow you to login. It just says you are offline even with internet access.

Very, very limited functionality. Only good for reading outlines.

Constantly crashes. Cannot even get through a lecture. One of the worst operating apps I have EVER used.

the purpose of the app is to study on the go, but you can't access flash cards or even your calender to know what to study. better off using the actual site through your Web browser

App is okay, but you can't do the quizzes without finishing an entire subject. Don't know if that means I have to download every single video or what but it makes the app somewhat useless

Does not display the dynamic schedule that Themis is known for. This is just an archive of videos, outlines, and flash cards. If you want to use this on the go or on a tablet, you'd have to sign into the website, see what videos and outlines correspond to today's schedule, then open the app to pick those specific resources. At that point, just use the website.

App logs you out if backgrounded, and then "deletes" all downloaded videos. They clearly haven't worked on this for years despite knowing about it. To top that off, it's downloading the same video files over and over, somehow it's using 6GB of storage without a single video being listed as "downloaded".

Disappointed with the app relative to the rest of the Themis platform which is quite good. The main utility of a mobile app for bar prep should be watching lectures on the go and reviewing flashcards. Unfortunately, app only displays MBE subjects and won't provide access to either state specific flashcards or user created flashcards. In addition, the videos won't play in full screen mode, and stop playing if you turn off your screen or open a different window (i.e. no audio-only function).

I've only been using this app for a week and I have two annoyances with it so far. One, the videos don't rotate when I turn my phone sideways, so I'm stuck watching it in portrait view. I also sometimes cast the video to my TV and would like to watch it fullscreen. Two, the video stops playing when I lock my screen or switch to another app. This annoys me when I want to listen to a video while driving while using Google Maps or just want to conserve battery power on my phone. Quimbee is better.

Very limited app makes user experience frustrating. Would be much better if the app could do everything the website version could do. The flashcards should especially be included in the app. When downloading many videos at once, if my phone falls asleep or I switch to a different app for a bit, the download process stops. Very annoying. Also, why are the final review outlines not online at all? They're arguably the most important outlines, and it would be nice to be able to study them whenever.

It's alright, but there are a couple simple fixes that Themis could implement to make it so much less annoying. First, include an option to turn off the screen rotation, or fix the screen rotation so it doesn't crop off half the screen. Second, give us an option to manually delete videos we download. This is my second time deleting and redownloading, because deleting is so unintuitive.

Themis has fixed the major bugs with its app. I started using it a couple of years ago as a 1L using their Essentials prep. The app used to wipe all of your progress whenever it got an update. The only thing the app is missing now is background play functionality! I use it on the go and would love for the videos to play in the background when I switch apps.

I am constantly logging back in after closing out the page. There's no button too keep you logged in. Additionally, once I do log back in, I get the blue Themis page and it times out. And sometimes, after leaving app for awhile, I get the white screen and it just spins for awhile and it may or may not log in. This is unnecessary frustration while studying for the Bar!!! I wish it had all of the features of the desktop too, so I can be more productive when I'm not carrying my laptop.
