I really hate that there is no way to beat a level until the game wants you to. I can tell within 2 or 3 moves if I'm going to win a level just based on how the computer plays. I have been stuck on one level for over 2 weeks now, and I've played at least once every day. I'm about ready to delete the game altogether. I dont expect to just fly through levels, but playing the same one over 50 times is not fun at all. this is supposed to be relaxing entertainment, and instead it's STRESS!

I used to love this game. Would be embarassed to know exactly how much I spent on it. I loved how challenging it could get. Then the rewards, bonuses, and helpful things like bubbles got slim. The leaderboard battle was costly, and eventually I felt like I was paying to get ahead. Then the glitches became starkly obvious. Freezing, reinstalls weekly, and truly felt rigged at times. I delete it, but go back time and time again hoping its improved. 2 days in 3 reinstalls, 1 freeze. Seriously?

Some levels are surprisingly easy, some are so difficult that it takes days to get past that level and to get past it with a better than one star score. The problem being you have a set number of moves but not given enough of the needed pieces to match. Not enough instructions to really know how to play the game well. Now, let me say that the Wizard of Oz has been my favorite movie since I was young & the graphics and music are absolutely amazing. The game has changed. How to get crystal ball

After playing this game for probably close to ten years, I have really come to hate it. The clans, the garden, the multitudes of ways that it tries to extract money, the number of clicks between games to get to the next round, the manipulative playing field, all of it. It used to be straight forward. A butterfly had the stated intention of making the move you most needed, so there was an incentive, now they're risky because they go for random pieces. That ruins any strategy.

I LOVE LOVE this game! I can't put it down. I just wished I could get more lives sent. Keep it up!!! UPDATE: After playing for years now, this game has become about money. Barely passing levels by using power up.. no level should take 30+ attempts! Being left with one piece needed....the pause after winning seemingly making the pieces not continue to give a better score....completely clearing the level but it glitches and you have to do it a few more times. NOPE. Hard No.

Highly addictive. I have played this game for a couple years and I still haven't lost interest. Just got level 1030. Still challenging but not so hard it's frustrating. Robin game purchase necessary to enjoy the game. !!!UPDATE!!! the addition of Ledgens levels is great. You can play very challenging levels and still earn points to advance in weekly challenges well done!!❤❤❤

Ever since the last upgrade this game has a lot of problems. first of all it's taking up a lot of my storage space. Next it takes too long in between levels to load. Then when i create a beam the beam never actually creates. There are spaces that aren't being filled on a lot of the levels. when I create a crystal ball it disappears before i even make my next move. I have to close app and reopen it before I can get my watch an ad for a free life. And sometimes I even have to log out of Facebook and maybe back in to get the watch an ad. The butterflies don't do near what they used to do. what have y'all done to Glenda's wheel? I can only get four bubbles. I used to be able to get the lollipop. why have you changed it? I contacted the support team because I finished a level and the game froze up on me, then I had to repeat the level but they never got back to me!! Surprise surprise!! and why even play a level with the water buckets whenever you can't even get enough water buckets before you even get to play the game. You're lucky if you have one move left once you get all the water buckets. All in all this game pretty much sucks now!

Good mix of fun and challenging. Initial explanation on how to use medallions should be clearer. Quick update: the new hourglass is very frustrating. Missed one line of the initial introduction and can't find any info on how exactly it works in the game or on the web. Last Update:A lot of glitches began happening winning levels and then freezes and eventually now game won't finish loading. Tried Zynga support. Submit button doesn't work/will not send. Deleting game. No other option.

I have played this game since 2016. I've never had so many problems as I do now. Crashing, freezing, bonuses are not happening, 25 minutes of free rewards and not showing up. What's happened? Getting very fed up with all of the bugs that is in this game right now. Please fix them, or I'm going to uninstall!*****I'm still playing cause most bugs have been fixed! Still a few that needs attention, but for the most part a fun time waister.

Still leaving my rating a 5 star but why all of a sudden did you change to portrait mode only ?!?!?!? Portrait mode on your phone is ok i guess but what about people that play on a tablet ? I play on my tablet 95% of the time and sorry to say this but portrait mode sucks. I'm sure their are other improvements that can be made to the game besides switching it to portrait mode. I think someone had to much time on there hands to make this decision. Please change it back. Thank you. 😊

My absolute favorite game ever!! And i LOVE the Butterflies! 🦋🦋🦋 I also like that you inserted "color" into some of the tiles. That makes it so much better ... I like everything about this game. Thanks again for inventing it. ☺️ I really like the ones that are FUN! There needs to be more bonus possibilities. If you don't win by just 1 (ONE) item after playing same level 26 times in 4 days it becomes frustrating! I purchased packs before & lost the $ when I got a new phone. Won't buy more. 😥

Generally I like the game. What frustrates me is the inability to earn gold coins or extra moves by watching ads. Used to be able to but it's gone. When I'm stuck on a level it would be nice to have them back. I also have many ads that don't play so I have to close the game and can't get the rewards. If I try the hide ad feature, there is no choice for ad malfunctions. I have to choose a reason that doesn't really fit. I'm not thrilled with the Legends levels. Don't see the point.

I like this game a lot, but the sabotage ticks me off. I had one more piece to remove on Level 2523, and matched a set with a butterfly, but instead of the butterfly removing my last piece, it removed another that obviously didn't get me off of the level! Now I have been on that same level 4 more time. This behavior is soooooooo annoying and happens to me a lot! Then during the subsequent times I have to play to win the level (sometimes up to 10 or more), the game doesn't give as many matches.

Best game ever!! Once you start playing it you will be hooked forever. In my opinion there arent any other games that even begin to compare with the graphics of this one. Some levels youll love and some will frustrate you for days but each and every level is well thought out and challenging. I guarantee once you start you wont want to stop! 10 Stars all the way!!!! Oh and Support is even awesome which as you all know is rare these days.

My favorite game by far. Graphics and music are beautiful. Nice variety in challenges and the ability to receive help from friends. Already addicted. Update: The developers have added a daily bonus, which is awesome. Wish I had more friends that played this game!Update: Game had started to get a glitch in it at night. The points obtained for watching an ad after a win jump to 40 and after a loss 20. However, I watch the ad and do not get the points EVER! Very disappointed!

I love this game! Graphics are awesome and it's fun and challenging. I only gave it 3 stars because it constantly locks up on me and uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. 5 star rating if this is fixed. Update 2/14/23 The game was working well, but after the latest update, there are problems. It's freezing up again, rewards are not always given after watching video, free coins key doesn't respond when you tap on it, 3 moves for watching a video comes up twice in a row, with no moves given.

I love the game but so many issues. Goes great for months, then I find another glitch. Update: Board 2423- I have gotten 4 in a row without a bug involved against one of the blocks requiring that color and it doesn't take away that color. Also 2422 I killed bugs that didn't go away. U should make that link clickable or at least copy-able. Update: playing board 3293 and supposed to be accumulating butterflies but I just made a bunch of them and it only counted 3.

You WILL get faced with a point where you MUST make an in-game purchase to advance. There will come a point where they give you a level with a seemingly easy goal but mathematically it cannot be achieved. The game is HORRIBLY and so obviously rigged to force a purchase. DON'T FALL FOR IT. Just put it down. It's not worth it. It. Will. Happen. You were warned.

This is a very challenging game once you get past the 100th level. Not much powerups to help unless you spend money which I won't. More than once I've totally deleted the game and started over because of frustration of not being able to get past a certain level. However I'm on level 300 + so I keep pushing through

what the hell is going on????? went to play the game and a prompt came up for an upgrade. clicked on it, it goes to a screen to open the game. no upgrade. just keeps going around in circles. cant get to the game. been playing this game forever... why are u ruining it??? Now it's showing a blank black screen in between every game. probably a glitch in an advertisement, that are ridiculous.....adding another upgrade today. Same result. App shows upgrade. Playstore doesn't WTH?
