Use to be a very good app. This year has been the pits. Would not give me my daily log in points . It dumped the people I had picked to be on my team...all of them!!! Not just the top 3 !!!! I remembered some ...rest I just left blank...that was very upsetting !! Plus it was not in sync with the show many times. Think next season I will just watch the show and forget the app!!

I love the show. You sent me this email before night two! On Feb 25 Before Monday air time I downloaded the app opened it tried to play I played every night, every minute, the app would let me! New season, App was hr late, glitches lost all of the leaderboard & team, after show ended it all seemed to come back, it's not to clear should be a better way to open leaderboard. Never tried to close it but I lost it all I thought for hours . Was ready to uninstall and stop following NBC

The app is easy to use. Even an older (70) white guy can easily vote for his favorites! While we the audience wants that perfect exceptional vocal performance, we also want a great presentation too! This app gives us a means to s b of our appreciation for their whole package! My wife & I love the show! Ps - Please review the success that past participants are having along the way in new seasons!

My major beef is how the app changes during the season. You start out interacting with the show, earning points, etc. Then half way through you have to sign in a different way and lose your points that you have accumulated and had fun playing with. In the end you have to mess around with it to stay current. It always wants you to start over. Frustrating.

I definitely like that I can play along with the show and build my own team. Maybe a notification sound would be nice when a trivia question pops up on the screen because it is easy to miss when you are trying to pay attention to the tv as well. Also, I was forced to condense my team before the battles were even over, which didn't give me the opportunity to see all of the artists battle before some had to be removed. Overall, I enjoy the app and chance to get to know the artists and coaches.

I love playing along however I watch with DirecTVNow and it seems the app is ahead of me which is annoying, because then I see results before they are shown on the tv, but that might not be fixable. What might be fixable is that it says the coaches pushed their button at a way earlier time than they did in the show and that one I don't understand. It just isn't very accurate.

.The only real issue I have with the app is that it does not always sinc up with the show. It could just possibly be my bad internet connection tho. But it's rather frustrating while trying to play along with the show. It takes a bit of time to register answers and I don't always see the results. I would also like to see the app sinc up better when we are to chose between 2 contestants but it goes to commercial after the 1st contestant and the time is still running on the voting.

Why is this app screwed up all of a sudden? Since yesterday, in the middle of S15, it starts saying "The Voice & Voice App will return next season". Basically when I try to reinstall I lose my whole team & having a ton of trouble even logging back in. Something similar though not this bad happened last season, so I may just chuck it this time. Work out the bugs, guys. 11/21/18 It's working fine now, hope the developers continue 2make sure the app is robust enough 2handle all the traffic it gets.

I used to love playing a couch coach along with the show, and I've had great success, but something has happened to the App. I can no longer sign in to gain points, or get credit for my picks. Uninstalled, and reinstalled many times. The App people said it's my phone. My carrier says everything is working as should. After reading the responses here, I'm not alone. Please Fixxxxxx!

Fairly useful. Range radius sometimes is too broad and often several dots appear at the same time on screen making it questionable where the device is. The real time location speed isn't always consistent as sometimes there is a significant delay. However, it only works if the device you're locating is on, which is frustrating. If a battery for a device is dead or the device isn't on your out of luck. It is helpful in general as it's at least something for the numbers on my account.

I was disappointed as I used it last year and this year it would not work after it was 'improved' on same machine. Only got it to work after I had to replace my phone, developers do not care if it works on older machines. Bad business practice. The timer is 1/3 through when act shows on tv why is there such a delay? I upgraded phone and it works better. Still have a lag in timer, you could make it adjustable. Another season and app still lagging must be dummies that wrote the app!

The issue I have is with placeholding. If i go to one screen and then want to go back one step it brings me back several steps and I have to start all over. I know this is fixable. Please fix it. I would spend a lot more time on the app if you fixed it . Also, keep the info uptodate. Y'all had contestants who had been eliminated listed as still being in the mix. Sometimes for days. Be better. Please.

So glad they finally got rid of that super loud intro of, "this is the voice!" It was really annoying. I think the app is still working pretty stable, though I'm not always on it live in real time. But I was the last couple of weeks and it seemed to work well and respond well. I like how it links to the videos and performances after the show is aired.

It's great. The only problem I have is getting distracted by the show and not realizing a vote or trivia has popped up. I wish there was a TONE or a BELL or something to alert those interactive parts. But the app overall is excellent, easy to navigate, fun, informative, and does its job of enhancing the overall experience. Highly recommend!

I love the voice!! LOVE 🤩😍😍😍😍😍 However, I like the old app where you could vote in real time. I have to wait until the person sings and then it is into the next performance before that person shows as someone I can vote for....so I miss that option. Also, I like to see the teams and the layout makes me go through several steps to get there now. Other than that, I enjoy seeing how close I get to the top 3!

I enjoy this app. It is very easy to use. I like all the information on the teams and artists. I like links to previous episodes and artists performances. But the thing I like the BEST is you allow people from all over the United States to participate regardless of time zones!!! Other shows think that the east coast and central states are enough but you dont!!! You truly allow everyone to participate. Thank you!!!

Aside from having an issue with the app closing/shutting down, I experience a lot of glitches while surfing/scrolling thru the different TV programs/episodes. And when I make a selection, I have to watch the dial spin for like 5 minutes, while it loads up 🙄 What a pain! And worse...when it FINALLY loads up, I'm then forced to watch 3 Ads!!!!!! 😖 By this time, I'm so over it! Fix this PLEEEEASE!!! This app is supposed to be an easy, fun, and enjoyable experience. But, it's quite the opposite.

What the heck guys??? Did you spend all your design time on this app with the intention of making it as confusing and non user friendly as possible. If so, you have succeeded. After clicking on several options I was able to view one video, but couldn't get it to work again. I just can't believe an entity like NBC doesn't have someone who can design a logical yet fun app. Similiar to last seasons, but not as visually appealing with a non working flow between or use of several major sections.

App worked fine until I got to the knock out's. Turned it on and everything was gone! Everything! My team, my points, etc. Did the same thing last year. Had to replace my team and start from 0 on points. Frustrating! Signed in, signed out, removed, reinstalled. Nothing helped. Removing it at end of season. May or may not try again next year.

I do enjoy watching the show. And probably watched every season. This season I kept the team I picked from the start and made no replacements. But what I question was when I had to reduce my team from 8 -3 while all coaches had 5. And were allowed a final performance from the artist b4 reducing their teams to 3. But I did well. Congratulations to Ms. Reba. And though she has a way to go to match Blake, I think she might do it faster. If she decides to stay.
