This app is terrible been trying to log in for 13 hours now Keeps saying can not verify information. What good is this app if you can not log in. I will have carpotunnel by the time if I ever am able to login .

Does not work on my Galaxy S23Ultra. "An error has occured. Please call for assistance." Note the double space between call and for. No number given.

I have had this app for 2 weeks and now it won't open at all and it says they can not verify my account info and it gives me a 1877 number to call. Also the website won't load my stuff either

Sometimes just flat won't let you log in. Goes down way too often for an app that can touch all of my money, which makes me very nervous.

It's very helpful app to have. I use it all the time. It's convenient. I can use it any time anywhere. I like not having to be at home and hassle with using my computer to access my account.

Everything is easy, except I have to turn off USB debugging in order to open the app. That's not required another bank applications. I wonder why.

It's ridiculous how often this app goes down. Neither myself nor my fiancé could check our bank account for 24 hours both on the mobile app and online. There's NO reason I should ever not have access to my bank account.

Have not used this app much but when I do it's flawless immediately transfers my money. Excellent customer service as well if I have a problem they know exactly what to do.

The employees of the Westerville Branch are the best. They helped me get information together I needed and even though I was unable to come in personally. They mailed them to me and were always kind, patient, and helpful.

Not a good app, crashing all the time, never works from 1am-5am it seems, limited capability, usually get an error when trying to do an external transfer.

Very basic app compared to other online banking apps. Your options expand if you log on through the website, but I prefer being able to do the same things on the app.

I unfortunately am broke. But I have deposited 2 checks on line, and there was no issues. I know that the people in the bank are pleasant, for the most part. Only issue is that they need a days notice for a large withdrawal. Only bank ever request that. But overall a decent bank.

Doesn't seem to work with samsung galaxy s22 ultra nor the galaxy tab s8+. Bank states that the technology exceeds them and keep trying the app....it will eventually work. Not very comforting knowing my bank doesn't keep up with current technology.

Great app from a great bank with excellent customer service. Sometimes smaller institutions struggle to keep up with the resources of larger ones. The Union Bank works hard to provide the tools and still maintain the personal interactions you can only find at local banks.

I've never had a problem with this app before until recently. Every time I try to open the app, it says, "Application has violated security policies and will be shutdown." And then it forces itself closed. I hope they fix this soon!

If an update is available the app cannot be used until it is installed. Very inconvenient when it's important to use app but not enough time to load it. Users should be given a grace period. This is another instance where the user/client's needs are not given priority.

The app keeps kicking me out and telling me they don't recognize my Information, then I have to retype all of my information back into the app. Now it is telling me that I have to many disks or connectivity issues and it won't even let me open the app. I wish you would get the crashing issues fixed.

App is ok. It's not the most robust banking app I've used. Checks aren't "read" when you mobil deposit. It's simply taking a picture and someone has to perform the transaction, which slows things down. Also can't make a bank-to-bank transfer. Also no way to turn on any alerts for account balances, transaction amounts, etc. But, it does the basics. You can see balances, make account transfers, and use the online bill pay from within the app.

This app seems to fail ever 3-4 months.. only reliable.. when it works.. UPDATE #2.. 7/8/25 its now its failing more often.. what needs tobe done to correct this... there are numerous problems with the UB mobile app.. alot of poor reviews on this app.. UPDATE #3 7/23/25 after calling The Union Bank.. They blamed my internet.. They use a "3rd Party Company to operate the online app.. After numerous lengthy calls.. The app worked better.. but it still fails.. needs to be reliable like every app
