Getting irritated at all the issues. The character icon in the upper left doesn't locate my characters anymore. My collection radius has reverted to what it was at level 2 and I have fully upgraded my IRS building. The game basically wants me to restart the Springfield Heights campaign even though I have have already completed it a long while ago. But I CAN'T! The furniture store has a ZERO storage capability. (This is annoying when you make the heights a daily challenge.) My tire fire produces Ribbons for the Pie Man game that was over for me years ago. I also lost the ability to keep producing monorail tracks and donuts (But that may have been intentional though it makes me sad and want to play less). Please fix these issues. I like the game though but I'm really getting irritated.

Love the game, been playing for a long time. However, it seems as soon as I linked my account with EA(to invite friends) it's impossible to stay connected to server. The Bart Simpson scene appears several times during game play, at times it will not reconnect at all. The only way to reconnect is to Uninstall and reinstall the game, very frustrating as this can take up to 10-15 minutes. Maybe never linking the account in the first place is the answer, I'll never know....fix this issue and 5 star

I told myself I was going to delete it until they fix the glitches. EA Support says they were working on it. It's been a year so I reinstalled it to see how the fix was progressing and nothing has changed. These glitches have gone on for years now. I still can't collect friendship points. It says I have collected 1/1. I still can't go to the character by touching the icons. I can't build monorail tracks so can't add pieces to it. I paid to increase the collection radius but it's small again.

It's quite a while since I last reviewed Tapped Out. At that time there were some problems, not major, just annoying, but things have been pretty smooth, and very rarely any problems and always taken care of very quickly. Request a few (or a lot) of friends and build your Springfield the way you want it. There are semi-frequent events, giving the opportunity to earn characters, buildings, and more characters. Fun game, can be addictive, of course, all the good ones are.

The new update is causing the opening to not operate like it should. The donut in the bottom corner just spins. That makes it nearly impossible to complete a mission. I have uninstalled and re-installed. I would also like to see more variety in cars, their styles and colors, etc. Keep up the good work! I love EA games and would love to work at the one in Austin someday!

The game is great, but I have one MAJOR complaint. I can not multi task, nor leave the game for even a second to check a text, or anything else, or the game closes, and you must restart. This is the only game on my phone like this. Which also means, if you have bad service, rather than pinging, it just restarts completely. Almost unbearable.

The one star is in no way a reflection of the game. The game is great. The one star is for the technical issues, such as disconnecting from the server every few minutes, loss of donuts (premium currency) if leveling up before a disconnect, the view is super zoomed in with no way of zooming out to a reasonable level. The customer service is atrocious. They are in no way a help even after multiple messages to them.

Still messed up!! Edit: the issue was fixed then did it again. Wanna give it zero stars at this point. I am so pissed. This is ridiculous that I can't do anything. This game has been generally awesome. However, like a few others im stuck in a loop with one of the challenges. It says the challenge is done but when I touch the location to collect, it collects but the notification is still there and all of the characters go back to Krusty burger to do the task again. Cant do anything else. Fix it!

After a few years away I really wanted to start playing Tapped Out again. I spent nearly a full day downloading the game and a massive update. I was able to play while this was going on. Finally finished the download, created an account, and... NOTHING! Just constant "cannot connect to server" window. I guess the EA techs have given up on the game, which is what I'm doing after I post this.

It keeps saying Cannot Connect to Server and something about the game recovering from an error. I am a week behind on quests because it's spotty letting me log in. It has been bad for several weeks. I've deleted and added app. Cleared cache. Logged an error problem. Chatted with a less than helpful person who told me to do the exact same things I had already done. I have played daily for years and it's been so annoying lately. I'm not going to finish the quests because I can't log in often.

I stopped playing after years... collecting everything in events, building up my monorail... etc. Then, this game developed a very serious bug in 2018, which makes you lose a ton of functionality and progress. EA never restored my town to the way it was. The solutions they offered all included me losing progress and items that I purchased. No refunds were issued to any players. This has soured my opinion on EA as a company entirely, and I no longer choose to be a customer.

In the past, I enjoyed attempting to rebuild Springfield after the nuclear disaster. Due to my former phone, I experienced slowdowns during game plays. For a game that is offered for free, it offers great content that doesn't require one to purchase items in order to progress in the game. Earlier today, I redownloaded the game in order to progress to the point where I left off.

I love this game. Downloaded and played for a while,then stopped. Just begin playing again and was going great until recently. I made an EA account to save my progress and now the game won't load. It's disappointing cause I have spent money in the game cause I love it so much, now I'm just stuck w/ the loading screen, staring at the rotating donut

I been playing for roughly a year now and I been enjoying it. I am grateful that making an account saved my town as for at least three times the game reset itself back to the very beginning and two times to debug an issue. The real issue I have is the fact that i had unlocked the Metal Recycle building for the train construction, i never received the building. I packed the whole town to double check and it's not there, this is preventing the locking of a character and buildings that requires thi

2024 Update! While there are many skeptics, EA has done a good job to fix the bugs & crashes & make it easier to play the events and regular game play. For all the naysayers, I've had the game since the very drop & took a break for a bit but never once lost my info, my EA login and email have remained the same and any new updates I have always been able to reconnect. There are a lot of people who are still upset over the years, but it's time to move on. Play or delete. But for us, happy tapping!

Update: I was able to log in again after about a year. my buildings are no longer glitching, I do get an "unable to connect error" here and there. With good connection, both wifi and mobile data. I think developers should do a little better at ensuring the needs of the players are met regarding issues of the game, in order for it to become a better game and have a better rating. I will give this a t star when this app is fixed on "unable to connect" error

I love this game! Played years ago. Lost my progress. The animation, the storylines, the humor is superb! I really enjoy being able to easily earn money, level up easily, re build the town easily, unlocking characters easily, and not having to constantly spend real money for every little thing. This game keeps you intrigued and is very entertaining. Flows smoothly and does not lag or take forever to load. Family Guy The Quest For Stuff could learn something from this game and it's developers!

Great game. I enjoy it on a daily basis. Though I just bought the 132 donut tray, with bonus character and building, twice, and neither time did I get the character or building. The first time I thought it was a glitch, but it happened on the 2nd try too. I looked in my inventory, but didn't see them in there. Update: never got the character or building. I still love the game though.

I like the game. Been playing since the snake whacking event. Ever since EA bought the game I always encounter login issues during special events. Either I get the never ending spinning donut or like today the can't log in to the server issue. Clearing the cache, force stopping, rebooting never helps. I ALWAYS have to uninstall and reinstall to get the game to work having to use up 3gbs of data each time. I'm tired of this happening 2-3 times every year.

I've come back to this game over and over after years of playing. Sometimes I stop for a bit, but it always brings me back after a break. The frequent loading screens are tiresome, but overall it's worth the unique gameplay and continued new content. There is a bug that causes the sound to not be truly muted in the app even with volume turned down, so i have to turn down my phone volume each time. It's been that way for years and I wish they would fix it.
