The app is excellent to make use of my mobile as a control for playback ang singing. But I cannot use the app by itself without the Platinum Jr KS-10 DVD Player. I think I would rather use the songbook for my selections. I uninstalled the app instead.

In latest update 12/24/18, we can't save a new list since there is an error saying "NO SPECIAL CHARACTERS ..." even though I just typed NEW YEAR, no special characters to be specific. Hope you can fix this asap. ----- THEY UPDATED THE APP AND FIXED THE ERROR, YAY!!

Kindly reprogram the search box sir/maam, it should not reset when we "select player" so that we will not retype the song we search in different player... And kindly generalize the created existing list(it takes time to find the player where the song exist). Since its all platinum then it should only one room where we can create existing list (it should NOT every selected PLAYER we create "existing list".. Thank you and I hope the developer will update it..

Latest update is disappointing adding songs to favorites is more complicated. Checking manually if that song is already on your list back and forth. Time consuming. I liked previous version that heart mark. Admin make it easy to use and simple.

I like the app, almost every feature is fine. I got a suggestion, can you turn that every song in to real minus one song, with lyrics and audio. So that we won't be bother using other app for search and play a song when we sing.

Actually it's great. But could you add a feature to save the whole song list as PDF or something. My recently bought Platinum Cello doesn't have a song book bundled with it. The app is good but we still need a hard copy especially the oldies.

Again the logo or the apps looks is not so strong it looks like an ads doesnt seem right or a stable Icon. And also have a option if you make an account and all you save your favorite song can still be there if login to other devices by using this platinum app.

Great app for fast song searching purposes; however, the app needs to be updated. There are many new songs being updated in various karaoke devices but the song list on this application are stucked on old songs. Please have an update where you add the new songs for each volume and device variations.

This app is good once upon a time when it was still being updated. What happened? Why are they not updating it... Is this to force customers to use or 'buy' the physical songbook. Why waste paper when there is a more effective way to use your karaoke. I really hope an update comes soon.

The latest update sucks!!!! It removed my list of favorites! Now I have to go over the entire song book and add them back again, which is so tedious to do!!!! Your last week update deleted my Favorite list, so I added a few back. You had another update dated Nov. 24 and deleted the new list I created last week!!!! This new design and features are not even helpful and NOT convenient at all!!!!

KS10 songlist for vol16 is not yet updated in the app 😔 😔 To date, app is still in vol15 😔 Moving forward, please always make sure to update the app with the latest volume before releasing the CD. Your app is supposed to be convenient..but it isn't if it's not synchronized with the newly released volume in CD 😑 Your app is the most reason why I chose you over other brands 😶 please update it with the latest songlists real time.

Although it helps us to search songs easily, but this app is not updated to its latest version. Please update this songbook to find new songs to sing thanks. Still it's outdated

add setting for set volume number of our disk so that old users can get new features without getting songs they don't have. main problem is now that new android version is not working with old volume 78 so add settings so that we can choose volume number. i supposed to buy more of reyna but holding it because of lagging support. also noticed that new version deleted some songs of old version ... that is not good ... way too many missing with this version what 78 has ... thinking another system

Love this app, especially that it is compatible with my phone and works as a remote too! I can reserve songs directly from my phone! The only downside is Favorites are lost every app update, so I need to key in my fave songs again. Nevertheless, this app is great! Been using this app for a long time and big kudos to the developer!

It was better before the upgrade tsk.. Upgrades are supposed to be better but you are making an exception on this one.. Like how you favorite a song when you just have to push the heart symbol and it's done, but now it's nowhere to be found anymore, and the worst is you guys deleted all of my favorite songs in the app like i already have a lot of them there.. What's wrong with you people??! If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Very helpful app that takes away the need to look through long lists of songs from the physical songbook. One room for improvement, though. It would be good if the app can display accurately the songs available for thier product versions, as I've noticed that not all songs are available even when I selected my model (Piano). Otherwise great app.

Has crashed for months now, even with subsequent updates. Contacted developer, sent feedback from the crash... Nothing. Useless. Update 29/12 - months and months later, same issue, crashes on open, even on several devices with different OS versions. It's super clear that the developer and company do not care about this issue and are just happy with adding songs without caring whether it works for it's users or not.
