Really tired of this app acting up as it is. The app locks up and/or crashes after clicking on every notification that I get for bonus games and extra tokens. It also crashes or locks up when I click on the email "look at everything that you are entitled to" that is supposed to give you an extra 100,000 tokens. I've done all of the suggested troubleshooting more than once to no avail. Seems that these issues started after the Feb. 9 app update. Please fix this.

Ive been playing the app almost every day for the past several years, still have yet to win of any of those prizes, but that's beside the point. Until recently, the app worked fairly good. But lately, not only has it been slow and laggy, it also has a habit of not letting me enter unless i close and restart the app. The result is that it's taking me twice as long to fully complete it unlike before. All of PCH suggestion's like reinstalling the app, etc didnt work, even after I upgraded my phone.

It's bad enough when over 90% of the screen area is a link to download an advertised app. It's worse when trying to press on the very small area in one corner to close an ad opens the download link . . . sometimes 2 or 3 times in a row!! Update: Almost 1 year later, and the problem still exists. It is not something I can fix on my end. It is a problem with the format you allow for ads. Just require 10% of screen area in a regular polygon as a close button. Not. That. Hard.

Instead of adding NEW stuff, can you work harder to get the app to work WITHOUT GLITCHES. Of all the game apps I play, this is by F A R the worst for glitches. The irritating pintrest ad forces me out of the app EVERY TIME. The dart game is still slow to respond after several updates. The app frequently freezes, and I have a good phone. I rarely play PCH anymore due to how FRUSTRATING it is. I come back every now and then to see if it is better, but it is not.

When I first started playing, I could tolerate the ads that had already made completing the worlds twice as long . Now, the app constantly freezes, I have to exit, wait, and try again. The ads have also gotten completely ridiculous, I spent almost half a day trying to complete all of the entries. I honestly don't have the time for this. I'm deleting and will just enter the big prize from now on.

This app has always had problems. It's always said it can't load original configuration when it first loads. But now it's saying that at the end of each game? I've written the administrator several times.?? But I was told something different each time?? YES IVE CLEARED THE CHASHE AND I'VE UN̈INSTALLED AND REINSTALLED IT?? I'm not sure what the problem is? And why the original configuration would make any difference?? But that's what I have here??

The app is great!!! Gets you all excited about winning, but I have been playing this app for years now, even use to spend money that I didn't really have to buy products from the PCH, thinking I would win. But I quit ordering stuff cause I don't have the money for it, and I kept playing still thinking I would win, but I haven't!! I am now at the point of removing this app from phone cause, it takes up a lot of space and putting my trust in God instead. So good luck to all who continues to play.

I understand you make your money through ads and everything but if you sign up through these guys to the sweepstakes what's your chance or kneel to none to actually win not only do you have to deal with it the basic adds to their apps and their website your phone number and your email will get spammed to death. I really don't appreciate that I'm sure most people do not and at this point with it because it's taken almost 2 months to stop the spam phone calls alone I should be getting paid for it

I find the app irritating. I don't like all of the little games. I prefer a very straightforward entry process: watch ads or shop and get entries. I usually enter off of the emails, not the app. Also, I wish you could see a list of your offical prize numbers assigned to you. Doesnt feel legit without that. I buy a lottery ticket in real life, I see my number.

*Updated Review* This app has become nothing but ads after ads after ads. I used to go through each entry practically everyday. It was time consuming but it felt worth it for the number of different entries. But then I stopped because the ad duration and frequency tripled. Now, after two years of sporadic playing, the ads have increased even more and are too overwhelming. No longer is this app enjoyable

Notifications aren't being sent, for some reason. Granted, the app is free, so are the entries, but it's irritating, every time the app updates, I lose my consecutive day streak. I almost made 365 days, when the app updated, and I was back to 1 ! Happened again, frustrated !

LOVE the PCH apps! I remember my grandma getting the PCH mailings with the sheets of stamps for magazine subscriptions. She was dedicated but never won anything (but boy, did we have a lot of magazines lol!) I usually average around 120,000 entries into the weekly grand prize which seems like a lot until you see the odds of winning range from 1 in 2.5-7.2 BILLION! But I enjoy playing and I figure someone is going to win, it could be me! FOR GRANDMA!! LOL

Been working great on my new phone have had a couple of notifications pop up only for me to receive a in-app notification that the content is not available at this time. Did the 3 million notification and the 10 million dollar notification. Both instances say that the content is not available. The $3 million dollar one has been doing that for a while and the 10 million one is rather recent.

I love playing for tokens to enter drawings. The only downfall about this app is the load time. Takes forever. Sometimes I close it out because I don't have time to wait. I sat on my break and waited quite a while for loading until I had to return to work. If it didn't take so long, I'd play a lot more. But besides the loading, it's a good app. Games are fun and lots of different prizes to enter.

PLEASE spend some $ on good IT. Run hi-end devices on 3 diff networks. Across computer, tablet. phones same problems ONLY w this app!. Always saying check connection. Repeated tries to open app & NOW signs me out constantly & multiple tries needed to sign back in. Freq not credit tokens esp w 1rst entry & "special" offers. Data hog gb/day just4 primary games! 6 ads/game used2b 10-15sec now up2 2min & "skip" no longer works. Get better pass thru on ads won't need so many or ur just raking it in.

I could use your app all day long if it wasn't for the way you guys designed the commercials I understand that commercials pay the bills but you got theyre misleading. this is the only app where if you close out a commercial it automatically brings you to the Play Store rather than close the commercial. how is that's good marketing or a good business idea when it just making people mad when every commercial brings you to the Play Store 3 to 4 times. You intentionally make the Close X too small.

After the recent update, the timer for grand prize in the bottom right corner is not synced up. I have to clear app data and re-login to get the proper time on the countdown for the grand prize. Domino dreams promotion going to something requiring a purchase and it block me from doing any more of my entries. Update 1: Now the app crashes around 2 super prize inputs. Please update /patch up the app service
