Game forces you at level 4 to either purchase rubies or wait 5-6 hrs. for your energy to recharge. The game play is enjoyable till then. Several quests will not finish the progress even with all items found, stuck until the timer runs out and you can not progress unless you purchase items or wait 5-6 hrs. Needs improvement!

Amazing game so far, story line is brilliant, don't want to stop playing! Energy depletes too fast though. Graphics are gorgeous!!! You have to try this game, it's really worth it! Be sure to set up your profile with your email so you don't lose progress, great game!!!

Still trying to figure it out. Compared to other hidden objects games that have impossible challenges, this one is fair. Only critique is when tutorial is showing player how to use tools, player should be able to opt out instead of a valuable tool being used, whether in search or match mode.

Beautiful game with an mildly interesting story, it just takes forever to get anywhere with the story. And I really wish there was more to the mini games than match three. Personal preference is the only reason I can't give 5 stars though. The game itself is very well made.

I like the game but the beginning needs some improvement. For starters, stop forcing players to use up their lifelines in the begging. Just show where to tap without having to use up the resources, it isn't necessary. The game takes long enough to play as it is.

A really great game well thought out. Takes place in victorian London which is great. Game controls easy to use, dispelling ghosts easy. The only minor gripe is as a seasoned hos player a option to cancel the tutorial and get on with the game would be nice. But a game worth returning to. Have just started the game again and still enjoying it very much. Well done.

a very well-made game! mesmerizing graphics, immersing storyline, unique techniques, no internet connection (except to download new locs), doesn't require too much energy, lots of bonus & hint, and challenging. i love the way it captures the old london too, it looks so real and pleasing to eyes. good job, g5! hoping this game will get its attention (because it worths it, but it's so underrated)!

There wasn't any warning that some of the core *scenes* in the game had been completely redrawn. I am quickly using up all my gems/tools, scrambling (but failing) to try to find everything before the timer runs out. I am starting over as a beginner in these locations. More time is needed for scenes whose artwork was completely redone. This game has gone, in one update, from relaxing & rewarding, to frustrating and upsetting.

It's okay. I think some portions of the game are set up in such a way that I cannot complete them, thereby draining the energy level, impeding the flow of the 'missions' and the overall progress of the game ~ one being the runes game. It would be much better if I felt I chance to truly succeed in the game as a whole. Thanks, though.

Your update lost everything. I was on level 37 and everything is gone. So I had to re rate this game. jan 2019. with your new update and you new style of the city I have lost everything again. it continues to want to upload everything is still in boxes and I don't know what I'm searching for. I've lost rubies I've lost money putting into this so I could get better at the game and this is now the third time. I'm done. to rip off

Too slow on waiting for it to give enough to play. Objects are repeating same object,geez it it stuck. Hate when I'm playing and then bam out of time. Extra rubies would be nice. It does have some good fitures then other games. Maybe it needs updating to fix the issues. There was plenty of time for me to use my last magnifier glass,so I did then the game ended all of a sudden.thats the 2 time it's done that. Not too happy ,cause it's hard to get them. I am kind of disappointed in this game for several reasons. I find it difficult to find answers for help issues. The game seems to start very slow. There isn't any monster chasing going on. Just finding hidden objects seems to be all a person can do. As far as banishing any ghosts or other supernatural interactions, I just haven't had the experience. Finding answers and getting assistance is not easy. The game to me, is kind of boring as a result. Graphics are cartoonish, but good.

So far it's kind of fun, we'll see as the game progresses if I still feel that way. Also like that you don't have to "buy" the next level, Now after ATTEMPTING to play the stupid thing keeps freezing, AND NOW, it WON'T EVEN OPEN, keeps stopping for whatever unknown reason! Giving it ONE more shot..so FAR no problems.. There is a serious issue, whenever the app or whatever freezes up when it unfreezes, the app(!) has started me back at the very beginning and I lose EVERYTHING

So far I have played homicide hunters and paranormal investigators. I love the graphics, sleek items puzzle, story lines, etc. I don't like the bejeweled type puzzle very much. It almost seems like it doesn't fit with the game. I also don't like that the game advice hints you show for us after a puzzle is solved on the loading screen goes away so quickly that I can't even read it. Great game otherwise.

I really love and enjoy this game so much, it's for sure a number one favorite of mine. The only issue I have with this game is how extremely hard the mystic runes are to beat. It's nearly impossible and takes almost 10 tries just to beat, wasting a lot of energy. The only way to beat the mystic runes is to make in app purchases to help you get through the levels easier, and without those purchases, you're gonna be stuck for a long time. I don't care for games that force you to make purchases.

The graphics are excellent! The games are great, and the storyline is enthralling. Many people have complained about certain issues, and their problem is usually outdated cells with limited memory, they have other apps that are similar and competing with each other Addendum: The "runes" IS having conflict issues because of the enormous amount of ads, that show up right after a level is played in the Runes. If this issue isn't corrected, I will delete all info from my cell & uninstall the app.

Love the beautiful places to visit to solve puzzles, I'm glad you don't have a bunch of mini games that have nothing to do with hidden picture finding. You're puzzles, all of G5, become almost impossible to get through at about level 4. It makes it very frustating. I recommend for this one you add events, to spice things up a bit. Also, not a fan of micro transactions, they are exploitative. I'd rather purchase a game I like for one price, and maybe special items for fun,not required to win
