This app first kept telling me I can't log in due to no network connection which was strange because both my phone and laptop were connected to the wifi and the laptop worked well. When I was finally able to log in the QR scanner couldn't scan my paper which was so frustrating and time consuming. Ended up loosing about 20 minutes of my exam time trying to log in. This app is terrible please fix it. There's nothing worse than trying to use this useless app during an already stressful exam.

The app kept crashing during the exam. The assistance bot asks for screenshot of the crash not sure if the expectation is to screen record the whole duration of the exam just in case it crashes (so you have evidence). Once it's crashed the screen is just your home screen or apps menu, no error message or any other prompt . Really frustrating.

This is the most useless App ever during exams doesn't won't work properly. It flags you out for 10 minutes without being aware, it is really costing us as students and delaying us our degrees 😭😭😭😭

Really terrible app. By reading the reviews, there are too many issues. It should of been tested thoroughly and then rolled out. I understand that this is a new app and you will, in some cases have issues, but students really dont have the time for this just before an exam. I cant get pass the selfie camera step. The camera "button" is inactive. My phone is updated and all permissions granted.

I have no quarrel with the idea behind this app. In fact, it was a fantastic idea to come up with an app to simulate the exam environment, I have HUGE problems with the app. 1) The software processing the pictures taken within the app is horrible, it does not allow flashes or a tap to focus which means photos are always dark and blurry no matter the distance from the page. 2) The in app pdf reader did not correctly show my exam

Let's be honest. This app is the shittiest app ever. For starters it doesn't invigilate anyone. You can cheat under it's very nose. All it does is waste a student's valuable time telling them to take pictures of everthing except their privates. The uploading of scripts(which is the whole point of an exam) just doesn't happen on this app. The damn thing does a lot here from uploading scripts from the previous exam instead of scanning the current one to just freezing on you.

Firstly, this is great innovation that helped learners to move forward with goals in between COVID 19. I then would like to contribute to the improvement of this great idea. "Try to automate the data collection process, whereby a user is not needed to intervene. Hands-free." This reduces distraction to critical thinking that is expected and required during an examination session. Allow the camera to randomly capture data. We will figure out how to set the phone camera accordingly. Thank you.

The idea behind the app is great. Being able to write at home has been better for my anxiety and stress levels so that I don't have a problem with. The problem, is the app itself! It is very distracting because if the action completed is blurred, then you have to do it again. This takes time away from actually writing the exam. And when the app wants to see the exam script, it is 10 minutes into the exam so the page is blank. It doesn't make sense and is very frustrating.

Out with the invigilator app this causes unnecessary delays more especially if they say you have missed the QR code code deadline. Why not they set app timer to accommodate this. If exam QR ends at 8:30 someone scanning 8:31 is disqualified. This is unfair rather start the timer as per students delays. if I am 1 minutes late probably because of internet connection then the app should allow access start counting from your delays. Not totally barring not cool

You can't download the exam question paper even flag you while you not even out of app, take time to upload the invigilated data. This app cost 12 000 students their marks to be withheld as it has its own technical glitches. You can't even see everything that you uploaded to insure everything is ok rather you will hear from the university that not everything went well so basically this app is costing candidates their future as it is not accurate and guaranteed.

Hi I'm trying to add the invigilator app on my do not disturb list but it doesn't show up I'm using a Samsung A15 and I'm trying to turn on my do not disturb while I only allow this app to make notifications please help.

I loved the App before...Now after the update it keeps giving me connection issues... keep in mind I am on wifi and none of my other applications are giving me network issues. I am watching, You tube, Netflix etc without any issues.

This app never works , with 5 bars reception it can't connect due to reception . Installed and Uninstalled doesn't work . This app shouldn't even get one star rating rather half a star . I missed my exam due to the app connectivity, and the help desk is never able to help 😢 Instead of focusing on studying I spend more time trying to get the app to work

Been using the App since 2021 never had problems with it until last year Oct when I was writing Cmy3709, after the exam I was informed the upload didn't upload due to an issue the app had. But the upload was no longer showing under my profile. Yesterday I wrote Cmy3709 again the picture I took with my rear camera didn't appear. Yet I was able to scan my script via the app using my rear camera at the end of the exam. Seems like only when I write cmy3709 does the app act up which is strange to me
