I had to use this app at a conference and the experience was really poor. The app keeps crashing and freezing and is generally very slow. My colleagues had similar experience on their phones. I would be embarrassed to ask money for such app.

If there was an option for 0*s I'd give it. This is an incredibly clunky app which is slow to respond. When you go into an item on the agenda, you regularly get 'stuck' in the information page and can't get back to the timetable unless you restart the app. This app needs a lot of work.

Live questions may or may not work depending on sacrifices to the internet gods. It lacks the ability to seamlessly update an event without giving you a big update button after which, you end up with button disappointment as it's "updated" the app to tell you an event started. This app is terrible.

So slow. Every interaction both needs an apparent update and/or informs the user it does. Every session selection in a submenu means you go back to the beginning of the menu. Truly awful and not at all user friendly. OMG No 2 factor authentication and doesn't seem to work offline either. Just wow.

The app is terrible when it comes to the program layout. Designed by someone who has never been to a multi-session conference. It's not even organised chronologically. Bad choice of don'ts/colours. Hard to read. Sluggish. I don't need a reminder/notification that morning tea is about to start!

Really poor. Okay for looking at the agenda but voting only worked occasionally; either freezing and missing out entirely, or so slow as to allow voting only after the result had been called. This app really spoiled and frustrated an otherwise excellent conference, I really hope never to have to use it again.

For a first time user the app was ok. My issue is with the inability to access the conference notes and hand outs or technical papers after the event. If all that was needed to move the attendees to their choice of venues a card on the entrance would be great. Sad that this was the best the organisers could find. Just wish there was a 0 option for the stars

Not useful and asks for permissions that are not necessary, but won't work if you deny those permissions.

App keeps freezing, getting a message that it is not responding. There seems to be a bug on the section where one can access the attendees' list - after one alphabet letter has been scrolled, it constantly jumps back to surnames starting with "de", then it freezes and gives the error message. Very frustrating.

Continually says there's an update, but when pressing the Yes button, it doesn't update. No update listed in the app store. Slow transitions in the app between main schedule and individual sessions. After Favouriting a session, user is taken to the top of the day's schedule, instead of where they were in the list of sessions, resulting in excessive scrolling to find the next time block of sessions.

Awful interface, never worked properly! App kept asking for an update which never happened. Kept getting stuck on conference schedule pages until I either uninstalled and reinstalled (I did this once and it did save my notes), or selected another page (what page worked was completely random). Don't log out though, it won't remember the passcode! Had to rely on colleagues to tell me where to go instead of the app, so I guess it helped with networking...

Wow, Just wow. Rarely have I seen such a bad; slow, unintuitive app. It's mind boggling slow in simple screens. It's unintuitive, you have to star speakers instead of tracks you want to follow. Even the app name is bad on you home screen. This is atrocious, made by utter amateurs with no idea about good UX design or app development, every bad practice has been done. 0 stars if possible.

It keeps on wanting to update - EVERY time I open the app. To save something as a favourite needs 3 clicks! Filters dont clear automatically when you navigate away from the program and later come back into program. Past favourites stay on your program, and to remove them takes 3 clicks again. Not good user experience. Looking at old reviews, I wonder if anyone is reading the comments... nothing has changed since earlier reviews!

Will not open. I keep getting a notification to update and when you click yes you get the wheel of death until it says something went wrong. I need this for an event in 2 weeks

Basically doesn't work, all the icons are stacked on each other. Too many irrelevant permissions needed. Says there's an update but I can't see one so it's literally useless.

The app was helpful at the event, however once the event is over it will not let you access the notes. Very disappointed and upset to lose all my notes! They should notify you that you must export the notes before the end of the event by email or notification. I would give it more stars, but since I would have been much better off not using it, it gets 1 star. I have reached out to the developer. If they can recover my notes, I will update my rating.
