Needs to be an option to revert back to the old graphics. I really dislike the new graphics. I chose this game over all the other card games for that sole purpose, didn't want all that stupid fluff. Just a simple, fun, mtg like game. I'm not even a big fan of the elder scroll games, but really did enjoy this game. If this would have been the original graphics I never would have spent a cent. Kind of breaks the game for me, wish I could just get a refund now that my gameplay experience is completely ruined and this isn't what I was making purchases for. I've bought every expansion and spent a lot of money in card packs. Bummer.

Okay gameplay but very buggy. Can't go back on a lot of screens. Can't log out. A tutorial starts and most of the basic functionality is unresponsive. If you tap the profile icon in the middle of a tutorial, the game hangs and you can't go back or forward or close the window. Needs a lot of polish. I don't think this was ready for release. QA please!

Very good game overall. I'd say it's a mix between hearthstone and magic the gathering. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the bugs. Having to force close after creating a deck because the game audio will continue to play even when you go back to the home screen. As well as other minor bugs, not being able to load into game ect.... edit: issues seemed to be fixed

Pretty fun except rng hates me but hey hearthstone is the same way so it seems there's no escape. Serious complaint/suggestion though: rework the "last action" section of the screen. As of now it's just 4 boxes with pictures you have to click and it's highly obtrusive, and you can't even go back to see what happened beforehand in case you missed something (which can happen often in the middle of a turn). I suggest making it a tab that says battle history or something similar.

Update: Seems to be fixed finally.. Impossible to install and play. Always encounters an error while "Updating Game Assets" at around 230/1215 (note that each and every one of those takes an average of 5-10 seconds to download) -- then it never completes. Launching the game again it hangs while loading. I've tried everything. Sad thing is, this game works great and is a blast to play on the PC. But I can't enjoy it because I can't play on the go. Very disappointed, I expected better, Bethesda.

Most fun I have ever had with a Magic type card game. Since I am a big Elder Scrolls fan, there is lots of nostalgia here. The game is simple yet challanging, the dynamics are smooth, the rewards are well placed and the art work is beautiful (but not cute, lol). There are really only two things the developers could improve on: 1. It is that it is a little difficult to learn how to build your decks, the 'help' feature for this is somewhat lacking. 2. The chat client could use some improvement.

I have come across a game breaking glitch in the mission that tells you how to mulligan. Every time I try to redraw cards it stops doing anything. Sound keeps going and the animations for the background still move. I can also open the options menu. But it won't play, won't redraw my cards, and won't let me concede the match or restart at all. I like how it plays a lot but this is pretty frustrating Edit: I left it for 10 minutes and it fixed itself, but this is still inconvenient. Now 4/5 stars

I have been playing this game for only a few months. I must admit, up until this week it was a five star game. It had graphics, functionality, story, community. It was definitely a daily itch I needed to scratch. After the 'updates' (new developer and completely revamped ui) it is nigh unplayable. Too many bugs to list. There may be a small handful of useful updates to the ui, but by and large they are mostly awful. MS paint style graphics, odd color choices, a black filter over the whole screen makes it tough to see, wonky fonts.. the list goes on and on. Also, I have yet been able to make the update on my android phone... only on the PC

New client sucks: quests are all buggy, graphics got blurrier, text is now ugly and less readable, and I feel no incentive to learn to use the new interface even bugs prevent all progress. Pluses: Seems to load faster and the Play menu is much more intuitive now. Old Client Review: Easy to learn, great tutorial. I don't spend any money on it and can still have plenty of fun.

A couple things need to be adjusted. The timer for your turn length in online battles needs to be either extend or have a flash notification for players that play without sound. Also, in versus when you choose 30 cards randomly to create a deck, sometimes I come against players who clearly had better cards to choose from. Sometimes I don't even get a choice for an epic card and my opponent would play 2 epic cards. I love this game, I just want the game to be the best it can be.

Overall I Love this game. Sparky pants version gives quicker menu navigation but laggy animations in game. Gameplay mechanics are the same. Here's the thing though, and I understand they have to make money so having a free version at all is incredible. The ability to unlock everything in the game just by playing (alot) is nice too. The advent of new cards has unbalanced the game, what was an elegant balance now seems to rely on more money then skill in a free for all not the game of chess it was

RE-EDIT COMMENT: I love this game. Fun and challenging. i thought Direwolf was doing a good job. I do not like this sparkypants update so far. Gameplay is extremely laggy. Card art looks super low quality, i keep getting disconnected frequently when performing multiple moves. It shouldn't take 3-5 mins to play one card summon. I understand its a new update but the gameplay is far from smooth. Extreme lag and unstable connection. Please fix asap.

Great game. The only reasons i didnt give 5 star is due to super long load screens and redicules update/patch time and the fact that there is no rematch or add friend function after a match.. also, a 2v2 mode would be awesome.. even if both players on each team shared the lanes to keep the board the same. New update: the most recent patch made the game very slow, buggy and ugly in general.. New color schemes and layout is terrible. Wish they would have left it's how it was and just made it run faster. Spent all week dealing with patch issues then I finally get the game to update and load and I'm disgusted with the new changes. Long time player that always loved the game.. now I don't even want to play..

The game was much smoother before the update. It is currently very laggy and difficult to play. The game interface is much smaller, making it harder to user. It's like they didn't consider that this is a mobile game as well as a desktop game. The sounds and visuals don't always line up now, and the game is currently far less satisfying to play. I've played legends pretty much since release, and I understand the can be bugs in large updates, but this is a bit much. That said, since the cards and rules themselves have not changed, the game is still well balanced. Please Bethesda, make it fun to play again.

This was an excellent game...it still is at it's core. The recent update by sparkypants has made it very sluggish, and the new layout and artwork is terrible. The atmosphere is just not the same. But most annoyingly, the stuttering gameplay during a match causes me to just close the game after a single bout because of the frustrating choppy animations.

The 9/25/2018 update magically changed this from a 5 star game to a 1 star game. Absolutely awful. Graphics have been downgraded from polished and elegant to cartoony. Frame lag was never a thing, now the lag makes animations clunky at best. Voice acting was redone for absolutely no reason. The "Collection" and "Store" interface are just terrible. There's many other issues (of note, some cards with the "Slay" ability no longer seem to work) but I don't know how many characters I am allowed in a review so I will stop here. Very disappointing update. *Playing on Samsung Galaxy S8+ -- update -- Despite several updates over the last few weeks, the game still looks and runs like hot garbage. It takes almost 3 minutes for the app to launch (compared to less than 10 seconds before the Sparkypants update) and switching between menus takes forever. I used to play for a couple hours every single day, since the update I try to play 1 game a week to see if anything has been fixed. Still a huge disappointment. I would give 0 stars if I could. -- update -- Game forces me to try and update, however it freezes my phone after updating to 157% then says there's an error and try again later. Unplayable.

---UPDATE FOR NEW CLIENT--- I actually prefer the new menu interface. That being said, I don't like the removal of the card borders, and they have a lot of bugs to iron out. It's still a great game, don't let the impulsive reddit threads discourage you. -----OLD--- mostly play Legends on desktop, which is what the UI is obviously made for. The gameplay is fantastic and it's one of the few card games that's not a money sink.

Fun TCG with cool graphics and interesting solo campaign. After the update, the game has become unplayable (mainly because it is very hard to update, as it can't do so on the background and if it gets interrupted, it has to start over from the beginning. And it takes forever to update all the assets). The level of incompetence of whoever approved this as production ready baffles me. TL, DR; Don't bother until they get their act together and make this app updateable/playable again.

Mostly Ok game. Need to change loss of level achievement due to disconnects. Good graphics and strategy. Would be nice to see a higher-level of guild interaction (events, rankings, etc.). Issues, I REALLY do not like losing progress at the end of the season and having to start over at a low level. Battles are erratic. I will win 7 in a row, then lose 10 in a row. Update, still an issue with being level-blocked. If you achieve level 5, you can expect to be stuck there some seasons.

Love the game. I gave it 4 stars only because they introduced the invade card. This allows anyone to give your cards all the power to destroy your opponent. Sounds like what everyone wants except it makes it way to easy. I quit using invade for that reason. It made it just to easy. Doesn't take much to bring up the card and doesn't take much to load it, but the amount of power it gives your other cards is too extreme. Better off without invade if you like playing a strategic game.
