I want to be able to play it with my spouse without having to do the video play....... We are together and looked forward to playing it but it keeps asking for video and I don't want to give access when there is no need.....

It's great when it works and unfortunately it has only worked once for me I wanted to subscribe but I'm hesitant if it's not fixed soon I'll have to uninstall it's been 2 weeks

It stopped working for some reason, and says it's under maintenance. Which is confusing and a sign that it's built in a really fragile way. I'm annoyed

Really wanted to try it out, but since the only way to sign up is through your phone number and that didn't work out for me, sadly I'll have to uninstall it. Giving other sign in/up options and making it work with emails would be great.

Fake App! Don't install I installed this app, and I tried to open it. Right away it asks for your phone number, so they can send a code. I entered my number and received no code. I tried again and again, then gave up. I came back here to add a review and saw that there is another app with the same name. I have downloaded that one, and hopefully it works. This one is trash, and possibly a scam to get phone numbers. Who knows, these days?

It would be good if it is also supported to any country, still can't open it in my country, Philippines. Wishing to play it with my bestfriends. But, i heard this is a good game, maybe i'll re-review it once it will be supported and okay in my country. Thank you.

I got a message saying that my session had expired and now I'm not receiving the text message with the confirmation code, so I can't log in. It is a shame because I really liked the app. Hope it is solved soon!

Be Careful buying any in app purchases in this app - I don't know where my previous review went but multiple ppl including myself paid for the cards around £3 a few months ago till today I have received no emails back and no payment back. Google play reports this app is not under their refund policy - my bank was able to rectify the issue. BE AWARE - DO NOT PAY FOR ANY IN APP PURCHASES

Seems like something is wrong with the app's server. I keep trying to sign up and getting an "internal server error" that has persisted for several weeks

Enjoy the cards and questions! Very much like the physical game. When playing with a partner it can be a little challenging to navigate on the app. The cards aren't as random as they would be if you both pulled physical cards.

Same as everyone else on here, they must be working on the app because right now, it just isn't working. Entered my phone numbers and never got a code to even start the sign up process. This might be a case where buying the paper cards is better in the long run. 🤔

I have the card deck but wanted an app version, downloaded this and can't get past the phone number login, getting the same "something went wrong" error that others complain of, no sms code sent. This app should be decommissioned since it is so horribly maintained.

So far, it crashes every time I try to connect to contacts to invite. I allowed access to my contacts, but it doesn't show them. I'm sure bug fixes will be needed since so new, you may want to test on all phone operating systems. If not fixed soon, uninstalling.

Hi the skin deep team! I had the app installed before, but then after I changed my device, I haven't been able to log-in nor sign-up with my phone number.. I've tried numerous times but haven't received the code number to log in! So confusing 😣

Update The app is now working after contacting the Skin Deep team via their website. Updated my rating accordingly. The app is now totally useless, do not receive an access code to be able to log in. No feedback here from the developer either to others that have been experiencing the same problem. Such a pity because my partner and I love the cards. Don't waste time installing until it's fixed.

I kept trying to get a code sent to my phone number to set up an account and I couldn't get past it not sending the code. No option to send to email or anything instead. We were trying the app before buying their physical card bundles, so I guess we won't do that either now...

DO NOT INSTALL!! I bought credits on what turned out to be the old version of the app that didn't reflect. Had a back & forth with customer support to get my credits then was led to this "new" version with my credits transferred. Was logged out of this version weeks after & have not been able to log in, customer support (Fernando) was barely any help at all. Just told me to keep trying. DO NOT install this app unless you want to be in constant contact with customer support with no real help.

FIX IT PLEEEASE This godforsaken app never works which is so annoying cus the times it worked I've had the loveliest evenings with friends that are remembered for years. I've had credits eaten up on the old version (never got money back or the credits) can never log in if I'm logged out cus the drop down menu won't even work, just constant "internal server error". Please fix up.

The app was renovated a few months ago after taking a whole year of inaccessibility, and I wanted to check it out again, but my phone number (from Germany) never received a confirmation code from the app. I suspect that the issue is related to me having an older account at The Skin Deep, as a friend showed me recently that her account of a couple of months logs in with no issues.

Editing again to say id give this app and app developer negative stars if I could. I pay a monthly subscription fee and cant even log into the app. When I go to log in - EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE THE APP - I enter my phone number and get an error message "something went wrong" with no other options. I've bought credits in their other worthless app and got an error message there too. No one replies when I reach out to developers.
