Vote 1 star but if you don't upgrade and fix the app's errors then you don't even deserve that 1 star ^^ Confirming my citizen identity card by taking picture for a million times and it won't work, and just when it suggest me to do it traditionally then i can't register?? It stucks right there?? Terrible is the most polite word i can use to describe this app ^^

The app wastes a lot of energy and storage. It is also lagging and inconvenient to switch between windows. Additionally, I collects your private information, which I don't like the most.

I was wondering why this app was rated so badly by a lot of users, and now I see why. It's ok to make people download your app and provide all kinds of sensitive information that you called as "being required" ; but hey, at least try to make a better app with a better server. It doesn't need to be the same level as those social media apps, but at least tried to turn it into a functional one. What's the point of reconfirming my information while I can't even save it in the first place 😂😂😂.

this app is being forced upon us students. it is taking up our time, resources, battery and ram headspace Additional criticism: never runs smoothly even on a decent device; no support for some carriers thus screwing up any that happens to use an unsupported carrier (keep in mind we are reprimanded for not installing the app); overall a dumpster fire of an app

The OTP, which is a required security check, was never even sent at all. The one thing required for log-in is literally dysfunctional. How did this happen? Like, come on, there are heaps of passionate developers who can do a more stupendous job than whoever designed this garbage. This app is just messy and outdated with very little to no prior testing before publication, and should not be trusted when providing personal information.

Absolutely useless abhorrence, despicable, rage inducing of an app. Constantly crashes for no reason, is barely optimized, and has a video hosting feature just cause while none of the other features work. This is the worst experience that I have ever had using an app.

I'd definitely rate this pointless app less than 0 stars. It collects way more information than it should, takes up storage and drains your battery. The app is extremely laggy, updates are very delayed, doesn't provide useful information and it has no reason to exist after all. Us Vietnamese students are being forced to download this stupid app for absolutely no reason and we don't even know who is developing this thing!!??

Gotta give them credit for the rounded design and overall aesthetic. However, it usually takes too much time to load; there are font errors and the app is poorly optimized. Sensitive information are needed but those may get leaked easily.

I rated this app so low because it does not provide any practical use. But installing it is a must for me because my college force me to install it, otherwise, my extracuricular score will be badly affected. Another thing that I hate about this app is that it forces me to turn in my personal information, including my ID card, my photo although it is nothing more than a social media. I dont know if their security is good enough to protect our information.

This app is a security nightmare. I tried to log in, but the OTP (one-time password) that is required for security purposes was never sent to me. This is a serious security issue, as anyone could log into my account without any difficulty. The app is also poorly designed, with a cluttered and confusing interface. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

The app always broke when we're told we have to use this app to update our profile information or participate in "important events". This is coming from my experience with this app: not once, not twice but more than 3 times when I have to do something that involves updating my profile. Not to mention, you must install this app on your phone to update your info. WHY? Who thought this is a good idea? They will uninstall this anyways once they are done with this app.

Please add a feature where I can "close the account" or edit it while it's in the "chờ duyệt" phase. I have made the mistake of putting in the wrong information into the "nơi sinh hoạt đoàn" and now I have an account that is completely useless and will never be confirmed because of it. I have tried looking for an option to re-register, close the account or edit but they're all useless.

This app has probably the worst faces and ID cards recognition tech ever (thanks VNPT), making it extremely hard for students to register and confirm their identities. I have been trying to confirm mine for almost 2 days and it just does not work properly, even the "typing manually" option doesnt work as well. In short, this whole app is a bug, still hope that the developers can somehow resolve all the issues

Starts lagging and glitching right from the start. Tons of issues such as loading time, the app keeps freezing for no reason at all, does not register my info, .. the list goes on. The installation of the app is a must, but the service offered by it has been nothing but HORRIBLE by far. One of the worst things I've ever experienced in my life.

Scrolling on the homepage is laggy as hell. Literally 10 fps. Also why is there a whole "entertainment" tab on the homepage and the task bar? Do they actually thought anyone would use this app to watch these contents? Hilarious. On the other hand, the registration experience is fine. It's complex and take big time to find what you wanted. The OTP was fast, though. Still, 1 star.

If there were a "zero star" option, I would choose it. The app might be well intended but the format is simply horrible. It lags all the time and the inspection stuff takes way too long. I can't find anything good about it.
