need to be able to see buses live arrival times by clicking on the bus stop without location on. the app has got potential but I won't be using it until then. also click on a bus number/tube line and it shows the whole route is an indispensable feature the should be offered in my opinion

Very poor app. Google maps works much better and tells me the correct and helpful data. It's ok if you want to see map. But the other features are poor. For example canningtown DLR.... It's says heading north for train heading East. Says South train but is North??? But on Google it says the station name... Deleted

Why does the app only offer bus times for bus stops near you? Why can't I look up bus times by bus stop name? It seems unnecessary for the app to only offer full functionality if you share your location.

The app is good, but the bus times shown are so unreliable that the app is sometimes of no use. Please add ability to save favourites.

Errors in the bus routes/stops. Very annoying, don't understand why it's not perfect as it's the official app. Be careful planning your trips

Very good and clean interface. One suggestion I would really like to see is a way to bookmark bus stops and open them from the main screen - maybe a new button called favourites in between Buses and Status buttons. I would really like to bookmark my home bus stop so I don't have to open the map and click on it every time.

The app is useless. I downloaded this a few days before travelling to London so I could preplan my route across London by tube. Despite putting in Euston station underground as the start point, and the actual destination tube station, the result only offered a bus service, with no reference to the two underground options/routes. For another journey not only did it not offer tubes options, it didn't even give a bus route, instead it suggested I walked or took a bike!

Crashes when looking at "live buses from this stop". Just not as featureful as CityMapper or even Google - not much point in downloading as far as I can see.

I have only given 1 Star because your TfL Go Live App has stopped showing Underground train times from the boards of the various stations. Why is this? all it does is to mention if thdere are delays. The Bus times function properly. Bring the train indicator back and I will give you 5 Stars

Been great, until they removed the "LIVE IN Formation" tab [😬😬😡😠 duhhhh], which was most useful, expecially when rushing, as most people do or need quick updates for a particular station etc!!! Now, I feel it's only worth 3-4 stars. Please replace the (Live info) tab. Pls 'Sack' the person or team who decided to remove the live info tab.

This is good as compared to citymapper, but still, citymapper is better due to having fare description. If this app can show the real off peak, or peak hour fares, this will be the number one. Showing fare, sometimes way of changing station, alternative routes avoiding zone one, interchange tap processes are to be shown for the best user experiences.

I find TfL Go to be more reliable than Google Maps when it comes to travelling around London. It works very well on-the-go and I find it useful for live bus information. I think it needs improving with respect to live train information. For instance, it appears not to take into consideration trains arriving at a station within a very short time frame.

Why is the widget for a single line so big? Half of it is empty space, stealing precious screen space. I'm guessing you just refused the multiline one without adapting, which is just lazy design. And why can't I see live departures for stations? If I know where I'm going, I just need to see when the next train is. You pro ide the info for other apps to use, buy don't use it yourself?

far too glitchy especially on androids cant bring up the live train times because of a bug that doesnt allow the screen to track. never happened before their most recent update now happens all the time. take the times with a pinch of salt and aim for 2 mins earlier on everything, should be fine

As a tourists, it suggests options that are very complicated. It should suggest simple routes for tourists instead of some weird optimalisation with busses, trains and long walksm Also it should also accompany a journey Instead of suggesting a total other option after a refresh. It made a 1.10 hour a 2 hour journey.

App is ok to use, although it's a bit cartoony, with text too big meaning you've to scroll down all the time whereas the presented information can be shown in one go without scrolling very easily. The step-free option should be put in the Options tab, and the avoid Zone 1 should be available in the Options tab to choose as well.

No info on zones an generally useless. After reply from TFL - fair enogh I can find zones now - the app is still pretty useless and Google maps does a better job. I did change thecrating from 1 to 3 stars - quck response from your service team is much appreciated. TFL nees to do 1 thing - one app for maps, timetables/current dispatch time estimate, and an option to buy sesonal tickets/travel cards. Also the maps (bus, train an tube) need to be superimposed on the terrain for non-Londoners.

Totally useless worst transport app I have come across. Open up and just shows underground/Thameslink map. No menu. Bus option only shows buses near you. Eventually found where it would show option to look up from and to. It didnt show a direct service I know exists for that route but a weird combination of buses or bus and underground. Hopeless app especially for anyone visiting London. Bus app for where we live in W Country is amazing. Easy to find bus route and times. Shows live bus location

I hate this app! A very poor substitute for the old LT app. Listed bus arrivals often disappear with no explanation. I want to know the next bus arrival info, regardless of bus number. Really tough to find stop information, especially Superloop. Map is based on tube/tram services, no good if you live in a bus only area. No option to identify accurate frequent locations. Can you plan a route? No guidance or instructions. I could go on ... but it is not good.

The app itself is pretty good, but having the option to turn off "cycling" as a suggestion would make it better. We have two seniors and one person with a fairly recently broken ankle in our group, so cycling is NEVER an option. Having it come up as the recommended choice time and again is both annoying and impractical. Being able to remove that option would be great in circumstances like ours.
