I've been playing this game for years, now suddenly it's stopped working. Half the time it doesn't connect to server, or says server maintenance. But the worst is mid game it freezes then comes back 6 rounds later after you've lost or whatever. Shite

Major things could greatly improve. 1) a visible timer to see when blinds increase. 2) better button placement to avoid accidental pushing especially folding during hand. Perhaps a confirm button before folding? 3) How about 9 player sit n go? Also perhaps a list to see how many players are waiting before sitting. Me personally I scare players away when they see me.

With the exception of occasional technical glitches, I totally love your application. It's the next best thing to actual live games. ONE THING I CANNOT STAND? You permit players to attack others by dropping bad icons on them! THATS JUST NOT COOL, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SUCH BEHAVIOR SHOUKD NOT ACCEPTABLE.

black jack seems like it could be rigged. Not to mention the slot machine on the poker table. I mean wow!!!

Since approximately the start of the week, the app sporadically doesn't recognise attempts to make bets or check another player's bet, thus counting out a non-response and throwing you off the table. This is NOT due to a connection issue as you can still click on any player and view their details (which is not possible when it's a connection issue). This issue TOTALLY invalidates the game!

Plays just like any other poker app. I give it 2 stars it is because the game looks so boring to look at. No actually I'll give it 3 stars now because for every game I review I always say something in chat this is the first game that someone actually talked back. So for that I give it 3 stars.

Played this game for over 10 years. it can be fun but can set you up to lose with what should be a winning hand

Definitely not the app it once was. It was more random poker when I started using the app a couple of years ago. Three and four of a kind were rare now they come up almost constantly in a 10 game series. The other issue is once you win a few games you get flagged and you will always loose against crazy great hands. You have to leave the app and return a day later to start the cycle again. Anything but enjoyable playing this app now. A few days after I posted this I can no login. Lost 326000

Still enjoy this site. Although, since last night, I can no longer connect to the game server. Just goes round and round without connecting. Restarted ny phone but didn't help. ??????

I've had my profile copied multiple times. My pic and my name. Then the person that stole my profile goes around trying to convince people it's me. I've emailed support every time and they ignore it. There is absolutely no support, technical or otherwise, on this app. Run away from it. Edited 08/04/24. Lol. That's your response? Why not just take care of your app like responsible humans?

The game is kinda rigged and hand feeds new players winning hands. Ive been playing for like 4yrs now and once you hit level 4 you pretty much win 1 out of every 20 games. I just uninstall and make a new account so I can play again. You lose all your chips and have to start from nothing again but you win 1 out of 3. The game is also flooded with bots now that join a table and spam ads in chat completely ruining the game experience. Its time to find a new app but it was fun while it was tolerable

Gave this a 4 star review back in 2016 because it was actually a great texas hold em game. As time has gone on the game has become more rigged with the tables filling up with mostly bots that never seem to lose hands. Also good luck winning any hand at all in black jack. Dealer is unbeatable most hands. Officially moving on from this game after being a dedicated player for so many years.

Tried to purchase chips, while doing so I was prompted to update my game to the newest version, I had no choice to opt out if I wanted chips, I went ahead with the update and instead of updating and adding the chips to my current game already on my phone it downloaded a completely new game with the purchased chips but none of my account info! No email, no picture, all the friends were gone!

Look, I love this. It is the only holdem game I play. A big thank you to the developers. But 3 stars until these get fixed; 1) stuck at level 5... all i play is tx holdem with 27% wins give me levels! 2) many games I had in hand and i push the all in button only to fold bc the button changed. Hate this. And 3) I got a royal flush and never see it in best hand.

I have been playing for many years. Your last update broke the app. Constant stalls and disconnects in mid game. Place a bet and it doesn't register. Occasionally the check/bet/call buttons disappear. Stop telling users who are pointing this out in reviews to use a more stable network. This is happening widespread on many stable wifi and cell networks. Stop talking down to your users and Fix the darn thing please.

Been using this app fairly consistently for a year or more. It's constantly losing connection with their server, and I have great Internet. This causes interference in games and on occasion kicks you out of the game completely, causing you to forfeit during tournaments (sit n go). This has been a more consistent issue in the last couple of months. Other than that I actually enjoy the game.
