Nice game but required chips 30,000k are not enough to play and win when the game is full of cheats they must give each player atleast 50m to start up how can we make billions with only 30k. give us atleast 50m then i would give 5stars :)

Constantly booted out of the table, complaints to Igg and you're asked for a screenshot, video, table number and all sorts of ridiculous questions that no one would pay attention to, was once a good app but now you must wait 30 minutes just to play a sit and go , which is nothing more than an igg data grab better with Zynga or another app that actually allows you to play poker

this game is rigged. players play bingo and if you win alot without buying chips the host will send in a ghost a ghost is much like a sleeper to win/take your chips. plus the game doesn't pay out right. i just played a hand a player and I hit the same hand when the pot was issued i only received $1700 and he received $40.000. don't buy chips from this sight and play on your guard

Hi poker deluxe I just purchased chips of 22.99$ but I didn't got the chips,,,, I reopened the game so many times but I did not got my chips after purchase,,,, and I send email to igg but nothing is happening,,,, please help me out,, I want my chips back

I've had troubles with this app over the years, lost money, dropped connections, but all-n-all its been a fun interactive game even made real friends through this game . Enjoy

app is not working properly. choppy timer. cannot see flop until the turn card is is played. booted off game multiple times while playing. FIX THIS APP!!!

Excellent app for the memory challenged phone & It's obviously a fun game. This app runs well even with older phones as long as the connection is fair and above. I would recommend this app for all older phones

there is way too much violence with players. you have nooption to boot someone from the tables or at least mute them. The original series had those options and I truly miss them. overall the game is fun other than that.

great but not being able to pick the higher tables by how many players are ready to play sucks. The original way to pick a table was better, you could find a million dollar table ready to play.

THIEVES...people beware. All the best graphics in the world does not excuse or condone this poker games tactics. first you love the game then they keep changing it until no one enjoys it anymore...they make you constantly lose to keep you buying chips while in the meanwhile they put their on robot players in to steal your chips back so you have to keep buying and if thats not bad enough they allow taggers to stay on for 3-4 days before banning them so they can steal yout chips. All igg setup.

It's just like learning new cultures from all over the world while you're playing a game but I must warn you Enter At Your Own Risk.... You will have fun if you know how to while interacting and being social if you keep it real you shouldn't have much of a problem but if you can't be real with yourself you're not going to be able to be real with anybody else!!!!!! good luck✌

Do not play, just a hookup site...No customer service, only has a Facebook site, everything is rigged to buy and buy. The player's are horrible and only want to chat. Slow play all the time. Half the tables are never open. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

this is the best poker app online, the only problem I had with it now. I think that you ought to have to be a certain level to play at certain tables, not just have enough chips!. you fix that and this will be the best poker app ever. thank you and have a nice day.Im back after a long break❤💯💥

This app is terrible bad customer service the reason is 90 percent of the time you dont get what you purchase and they give you the run around making you go through hoops trying to get all the info there requesting so your sending emails back and forth asking for information that you already gave them or for information that you can't find so you end up not getting what you paid for total crooks

They have to shut the app down because of to many glitches in the system. The system automatically times you out in the middle of hands which calls you to lose that hand and they want reimburse or honor that hand. Other then that its a fun game so two stars from me.

So far so good, I just downloaded this one because I couldn't find or download the VIP version, which I spent $10 on gold coins and I seem to have lost. But I still play the regular version too. Still no luck, even with the pro one. Not om my tablet, phone or my 2 in 1...so what am I missing?

Had chips removed or taken several times. Filed complaints Stating when this happened on different occasions. Results from igg as far as getting my chips back where a useless Joke! And this has happened several times since I joined the site in 2012. Getting ripped off by God only knows. Thanks for the rip offs. Millions in chips taken . thanks igg and poker deluxe for the shafting . Also, table talk at tables from different forigen language speaking people playing to cheat others . English only

The game is wonderful the only thing I find is it need update so everything works together an stop the shutdown from taking some of what you won away each time you leave the game. An fix the video an claim so they work. Other than that I love the game!! I play for hrs each day an night...

Good customer service. Only complaint is the graphics. Prices seem decent. Purchased a few items, did not receive the items. Contacted customer, was notified that you have to level up to at least lvl 3, or 4, BEFORE purchasing. I guess I understand. Update for Graphics, would be very nice

Excellent Texas Holdem game. Outstanding game play and very easy interaction, but after they removed the daily sign in bonus, I had to drop the 5 stars to 3 stars. The site has changed drastically over the years. It's just not the same any more.
