Like all poker apps, you will do well at first (depending on your skill). Thereafter the algorithm changes and you'll lose everything unless you purchase chips. If you do, you'll start winning again. This means you are paying to be fooled into thinking you play well. Also, you'll be forced to watch ads, meaning you pay twice. There is no real game happening here, you're wasting your time.

I downloaded this to learn the game and get a better understanding of how it is played successfully. This is the perfect app for that. You have to click past a lot of ads trying to sell you more chips and stuff. However, I have been playing for 3 weeks now and have seen no "penalties" or disadvantages for not "paying to play". So, if f you don't mind clicking through an excessive amount of pop-ups when you first open the app, I think you'll love this.

Authentic poker experience without the stress of real money (at least that's the idea lol). Never played poker until I downloaded this. I've won it all and lost it all, but it was never easy which is the main thing for me. For people complaining about algorithms - sounds like you're betting high early on a risk, winning a nice pot and then every hand after that is perceptual. It's you who decides what a good hand is. Great game, I've already recommended it to a few of my friends.

I used to love this game but now I see it's a rip off people go and spend their hard earned money for chips just for pokerist collector to take them to keep you buying more this game suck can't never hit a jackpot or nothing what's the point of having jackpot if we never hit I gave one star that's all this game worty of in my eyes and I know some more agree

Solid app, however after some pattern research it's very easy to see how it rigs itself against you. Also if 3 people put in a certain amount for a boost tournament the minimum amount to win should be the combined sum of what was payed not 1.5x your bet

So freaking annoying, a time comes when no matter what cards i have i just keeps on loosing, first i don't get any good cards for so long, and when i get good cards once in a while, they don't show up on the table. It's like you're on a loosing streak. End up loosing ALL on higher stakes...🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Loving this game for the most part. My only issue is that I haven't figured out how to partner with a friend to play Spades together. If there is a way to do this or if it could be fixed so you can play spades with your friends that would be awesome. Other than that everything else with the game is super fun! Only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because I want to be able to partner with a friend to play spades. There is currently no way to invite a friend to play spades with.

I was able to install the game but every time I go to play it loads to the main menu but then disappears and takes me back to my home screen so I really didn't even have a chance to experience the game and get to play

Raise button not working properly. Will only let me make minimum raise, and will not let me drag the bar to increase. Starts to move then jumps back to the minimum amount! Apparently ads are now so prevalent that bis messed up the system 🤷♂️

Its an app with best gameplay. Unfortunately has worst server support. If your connection lost for just 1 second you lose your current tournament and you cant back to the table and its very annoying.

Hard to find a table where someone isn't just going instantly all-in every round regardless of their hole cards. Total waste of time. Despite what the developers say, they could easily prevent this. But their business model requires as many people as possible to burn through the maximum $ ASAP.

Don't think that you are going to play video poker like the ad shows, it is just regular texas hold, and it's been done better. It's a bit dark, and the graphics are just ok and the gameplay is a bit slow. Gonna delete

Utter Garbage.Game crashes Often.Even on 2D mode.Plus the Menu is too busy,when logging in you have to wait a long time for the game to load,then ads Ads ads and more ads start popping up,clicking on menu's are unresponsive,thennn the game crashes again.Without you even playing ONE Freaking poker game! Definitely not worth the anguish.The people who leave good reviews for this nonsense are lying

Like the game but now every time I try to start it it goes through all the specials they want you to buy and when I try to skip them the game crashes. You tell me why would I spend money when I try to play I can't get through the first stages without it crashing. It so aggravating now I stopped trying and I will just move on to a game that doesn't crash One star should be zero stars

Game play pretty good but the customer service are being paid a wage for notjing. I contacted them and made them aware that their app has a issue watching videos to earn extra chips and I shown them with screen shots. I gave them ample chances to give me the chips I fairly should have had on rewards only to be palmed off. Don't spend a penny on this app. If you play then keep it free. I'd sooner choke to death that pay these fools a wage!

It's an awesome game. But If the following changes are added, it would be much better 1) add stats and analysis for the player while playing poker(at any buy-ins) which will show the player's skill, helping the player to know his/her skills and work on them, if necessary. 2) there are only 3 chairs in Baccarat and blackjack. Please add more seats. Rest are all fine. Really love this app

I admit I have been irritated with the little glitches in the game and how at times it feels as though the cards are not random. But I also have to admit that this poker app specifically, kept me coming back to play more. I re-downloaded it simply for the fact that I enjoy poker and the other apps (zynga, wsop etc) are much worse all around for their algorithms and design than this app. Hopefully the glitchy issues will get fixed, because this can easily be a five star game.

Best poker app. Should be rated #1 amongst all today. Definitely better than the one on FB. My only critique would be about the interface; it isn't the most user-friendly, & can also feel a little laggy. It feels a little cluttered, with deep menus found across the app, as well as buttons that don't convey their purpose as obviously as I'd like. Users shouldn't feel scared to explore the app, rather, they should be "indirectly" directed by it, thru intuitive & simple design. - user since 2011

Good shuffling and dealing. You see what you would see at a casino table. So far the best app for that. Has a 2d option for lower end phone but still has issues with input lag. Lots of store pop ups. Unable to pick your table for buy in. Keeps putting you in higher and higher end tables. All in all not bad but not good either.

Overall it's a great app, fun to play. HOWEVER, I've been playing Pokerist for over 5 years now and I have to say that the difference between then and now are the frequency of the ADVERTISEMENTS!! Five years ago, I would only see the ads when I would go for the "Free Chips", but NOW, I see those darn ADVERTISEMENTS every single time I LEAVE a poker table, EVERY time I switch from one kind of game to a different game, never use to be this bad!!! PLEASE eliminate the frequency of those ADS!!
