Fake Payouts - Do not use this platform, It doesn't have any support, I have made checkout but not received any money in my PayPal account and customer support not interested to help. Every time they just say wait until Monday if you don't receive then contact us. They even don't interested which payment are not received by me!! Fraud app.

The main thing is the website. The app has a few bugs but works great for notifying me of new tests and even uploading files and finishing reproductions.

I made an account and setup the password. But when I entered the app and choose course or academy option, it direct me to a login window, asked me to confirm the EULA. I read the EULA then tick the box and click proceed but an error pop up tell me to check the data and resend it. I check everywhere but still cannot pass this one.

The best! I have a suggestion. On the 'test invitation' tab, invitations can be accepted or rejected using swipe. Like that it will be very helpful if same can be done for the invites coming under 'available tasks' tab(for bug confirmation). Thank you for the good work!!

People can really make money with this app, but when I try to upload a screencast less than 25Mb it shows that the file is over than 25Mb, this issue just happen when I tried to upload screencast from my android phone, in other devices everything works great, I hope You will fix this issue, thanks!

Access denied error ..Unable to use the app.. Update: Issue is fixed. Thanks for fixing issue as early as possible. Test IO is a very good platform for software testers who can learn and earn which will definitely help their testing career.. Keep it up 😃

This is a very convenient and useful application that every TestIO tester should have. The application is constantly updated, and new features are added. There is an extremely useful feature to notify you of new invitations to test cycles and more. In fact, the application can be used instead of the web interface of the tester and has the same functionality.

TestNow app helps me to accept invitations and do activities on mobile faster, I receive notifications faster than email and is more convenient than accept them from the browser. On other hand, the developers are always working on improving and implementing more and more features in the app according to the user's suggestions and experiences. I use it daily and don't see why I wouldn't give it 5 stars

I'm reporting this issue here After uploading screencast when the user tap on submit / update bug button randomly an error showing in the red "the attachment is required" Even though my screencast is in MP4 format and less than 25mb. Please test.io fix this as soon as possible cuz I can't able to submit or update my bug 😫. Yesterday when I reserve a user story the same error occurred with my screencast, I've tried more several ways but nothing work :( I have video proof of this issue.

I have been working on various testing platforms with advanced experience. This is the one of the worst testing services I have seen ever. The terms & conditions they have are really weird. They majorly focus on only from testers end about a bug report and they keep apart to meet requirements of the customer. It's really worst experience working on this platform. Push notifications are not receiving for the logged in device. Better focus on keeping platform with a friendly environment.

The app's GUI is very intuitive and easy to use. "Push Notifications" feature works amazingly well, so I rarely miss any invites. I can do almost anything with the app, which is super handy for reserving a testing slot, do BFC/bug repros or even for submitting bug reports, etc. All works fine and smooth. Thanks to the Dev team, can't wait to see more great features in the future.

Why the app is showing "Oops we are sorry but sth went wrong please install a browser? while am trying to login with Samsung s8 version 0.9. And I have done all I could but proved abortive. Clearing of cache and storage and I have also signed in into browser before I wanted to login through the app. It's asking me to install browse which is already done. Thanks

This app is good for accepting invitations and chat options. But during testing it doesn't show all the information properly. I have to work on browser still during testing. Sometime I start a test session to work in a test and try to perform bug reproduction but when i click on start reproduction button in any bug report there is a message that says "start a test session" to reproduce bug. I encountered this issue several times. But for accepting test invitations it is really good and fast.
