Direct connection to a powerwall via web browser has been disabled, despite instructions being on Tesla's webpage. My powerwall tells me to "switch to Tesla Pros". This is what shows up in a search for that. The Tesla Employee button just takes me to a white screen. I am able to log in with my user account as an external partner. From there I click either Begin Install or Tesla Device Setup. In both cases it asks for SSID and password, then tells me no devices found.

Garbage like Tesla Cars. The Powerwall is the only good product, but now, without software support for the buyers. The importance of direct ip login to control the way of energy flow and control the use of the system is more powerful than the app with its features. Especially when the internet is down due to a power outage. Next time, I will go with German systems.

Every time I install a wall charger, I pray it lets me log in to the web page with the amperage question. Not force me into this app. Where it still doesn't give me the option to lower the breaker size. It brings up a calendar?! How random.

Works ok. I am missing the demo mode and Easter eggs present in inside Tesla. Also Installer Academy is displayed as dark mode but then switches to a mix of white/black and is illegible.

This app is terrible it always crashing and I can't use it to clock into kronos at work and it disables and personal badge. If I could I would give it 0 stars

This app is trash. It takes 15 tries to set up a charger. They load management doesn't work. It can take 3 hours for 6 chargers

FFS please rewrite completely or leave well enough alone! Quit updating every three and a half hours! I have multiple reports and can't do anything until I update an app that says I'm current. 🤦♂️

Constantly crashing since the last update, now totally unusable. Clearing cache and reinstalling have no effect.

This app is not operating as should on my Samsung S23 Ultra. Does open and all that but when going to arm or even disarm a door it fails. Can never arm like the other apps that has been provided. Tesla One is not useful in this phone. Done all the things like update phone, reinstall app and reboot the phone.

The initial interface is not intuitive and the app should present a setup tutorial explaining how to set the default page, badge access, etc. After installing the app, the default page presented is not useful for the vast majority of people.

Not user friendly. No option to run the commissioning wizard from thus overrated app. Have been using ip address for years and this new app needs a programmer experenced in field commissioning Tesla powerwalls to reconfigure it. I would give it no stars if that were possible. This is from an experenced engineer who has been commissioning Tesla powerwalls since the powerwall one was introduced and in the last few months the latest powerwall+ Inverter systems. Tesla overall is great the best.

While trrying to set up wall connector, I'm getting constant error when logging in: No Connection Please try again. Error: Network Error. There was a problem reaching the Bolt servers. Check your internet and try again. Network Error. Internet works fine for other apps.

When I tried to log into my gateway, the system directed me to this app. It seems to be meant only for professionals. I cannot log into it as a home user. The Tesla app implies that I can get information when my internet is down by logging into the gateway. Apparently that is not true.

Horribly Incomplete application. Take charge rerouted back to home page after two step verification (multiple attempts with same result). Required learning when selected through outlook email send one to "coming soon" page. Just disgraceful.

Can't use it. I lost all my ability to use mobile badge and look at timecard/pto balances. App requires me to put a phone lock. Ain't gonna do it on my phone, not a company phone. Why not require a pin at app launch like we do on outlook? Can't comment more than that because I just can't open it.

Worst user experience ever. This app is now mandatory to change the settings of the wall charger, but you need to create an installation job to add it to the app. And then, you need to remember the actual date you did that to find it again or just create a new install job. I just have the one charger, why is it so hard to have it saved somewhere? Even better, why the hell do end users and Tesla technicians share the same app?!?!

Why another useless app? I mean I just want to check the settings for the charger. should be 30 seconds and done.... now I have to create yet another account for a charger that won't charge my car that had been broken down for 6 months... (it's only a year old)... Tesla needs to get it together and stop the stupidity.
