Ads are fine, you can get premium if you don't want ads. My issue is with the latest update where the UX has declined a lot while playing the videos shared by other users(first we have to save the video to our account in order to play it) and the way the downloads are located in dated folder inside the terabox downloads folder, don't get why the unnecessary complications. Just get these two things to the way they were before!

Just downloaded it with the intention to use. A lot of free storage sounds great But sorry, the app is unusable... You are just busy clicking to close apps and additionally it just opens shopping apps like lazada by itself. Better pay money and protect your mental well being. Edit: now i am using the paid premium version but. Especially the phone app still sucks and it still has strange pop-up windows and Annoying gold games.

This is the most unsecure and irritating app on playstore🤬. Asking for unnecessary permissions and works as an advertisement factor. There are too many advertisements, and when opening the app, there will be 3 to 5 30-second ads. Then, on each click, there will be another set of 5 ads. Also, there are too many click traps. 99% of the time, Ad close buttons opens playstore for installing apps in the ads. It's a real challenge to wait and find the actual ad close button.

In the earlier versions of the tera box the downloaded files were accommodated in the same folder, which was pretty convenient and handy , but now it is creating a new folder each time a video is downloaded. This has created a mess. U can not play videous seamlessly. Every time u have to go to new folder to play the file . This has turned out to be pretty hectic. Please roll back to version which saved files to same folder

The mobile app is an ad showing application, nothing more. You get full screen ads 60 seconds, 30 seconds as soon as you open the app. The ads stay full screen after playing and you can not close the window unless you want to close the app. If you do that then it starts all over again. Worst app experience ever.

The ads are just too much and too intrusive, I can't use the app for ads all the time and little pop up ones left and right of the screen that are hard to close and ads you can't get out of they redirect aggressively to the play store and don't let you come back to the app. I don't mind ads and get it, but this is too much to want to use the app or continue to use it. It does not make me want to pay it makes me want to leave and stick with other cloud storage services. Down to 1 star now

They will mislead you with ads and prompts to buy the premium options, even though you are already a premium user. They want you to think that you did not purchase the premium option, and they want you to buy their subscription repeatedly. When I contacted them about this, I discovered that I had multiple subscriptions for the same service within the same account. They confirmed the multiple subscriptions and declined my refund request. So they are 100% cheaters+infecting you at browser version!

Too much ad. Too much. As u have replied I think I wouldn't express the issue properly. I mean by too much ad is that there is bug most of the time ad is not completed and the download screen show up while the ad is running on the background. In the download screen can't do any download cause ad is not completed. So have to go back all the way to start. And this happens 5-6 times for a video. We can watch one ad for downloading one video. It shouldn't be 5-6 videos. It's irritating.

too much ads, I do accept the case that the ads are important for revenue and there is paid ad free version available as well. But the issue is that just previous week ads come one time on a video at load time and it was not that long, but now it's too long in video load then just after 3 second again ads come for so long and now the "app is unusable".

I've been using this app for years now and with recent updates I've been struggling with automatic back ups. I paid for months and then realised my things aren't backing up, I checked if everything was fine and it was. I've tried messaging the developers but I don't hear anything back. I feel very frustrated that an app that worked fine for months has just gone backwards in recent months.

Before it was great. Lately, it so hard to upload even when there's good Wifi signal, not to mention the ads everytime I switch apps. Then the option to watch ads intently to gain premium for 1 day doesnt come up when I want to upload Some files and want it to just speed up a little, especially with videos. I was one of the early users of this app when it was new and even recommended it to friends (word of mouth) and some sharing link. Its just degrading the more time passes.

I freaking love this app! 1TB free storage is amazing! I also like the fact that you can watch one ad and be ads-free for the rest of the day. A disappointlent is that the add allowing you to be ads-free the rest of the day popps up randomly only after you have been ads bombarded, but the ads ard not irritating, so i don't mind. Love this app. Continue like this dear devs!

A very useful app for storing my files. I just wish that maybe you guys can return the video uploading function back to the phone and still instill the duration limit. I also have an issue with signing in recently. I can't seem to click on my Google account and it seems to not respond when I click on it. I also have privacy concerns. Otherwise, good app.

Clunky interface. Something as simple as file selection shouldn't be loaded with intrusive pop ups (i am.on the paid version and still get them). Slow, clunky, cannot select a fikder to upload, have to select individual files.akes it a reap nightmare t9nuplead anything that uses the space they claim to give you. Stick with OneDrive or similar, this ain't it.

TeraBox is an awesome app and provides secure cloud storage. It has a free version that has some good features. The best thing about it is it's really easy to use. I think anyone that needs reliable cloud storage should give it a try. It even gives you the option to automatically upload your pictures and videos to help you save time and phone storage space. Thanks TeraBox for an awesome and convenient experience. I would rate 10 stars if it was an option!

All the storage is great!!! The only problem is that when I save gifs to it, my gifs always move slow for some reason. Also, a suggestion I have is to allow videos to loop. I hate that when I finish a video and want to replay it, it always goes to another video. I want my video to loop . So please add that feature. But everything else is great

For now I'm indecisive mainly because the first time i used this, I didn't know it had an automatic storage to cloud and It started backing up my files which I didn't want instead of allowing me to choose what I would like to save. I also noticed it runs like temu which is interesting. Edit 0001 : when downloading pdf files and selecting them to open, it doesn't ask which app, instead terabox takes over opening pdf files instead of what app i want it to open, there's no setting to change that

overall, it's not a bad app. I was using it a lot but I've noticed that the automatic backup feature doesn't work very well. there's loads of files it has missed. basically, if it's a random meme I've saved, that's what seems to get backed up automatically, not actual pics. otherwise it's a good app. maybe some UI clean up would be nice. there's so much going on and always 2-3 things popping up as soon as I open or close the app. it feels like the temu app sometimes 🫤

I want to like TeraBox, I really do, but even at the Premium tier with 2 TB of storage, which is supposed to be ad-free, I still suffer an interface crowded with clownish 'play-and-win' games, upgrade offers, and an endless barrage of 'hey-look-at-me!' notifications that are a constant annoyance. I don't want to think about my cloud storage service every second of every day but TeraBox is always right in my face trying to grab my attention to engage with it. It's very unprofessional.

Nice app design. But it locks basic features that most competitors give for free such as video upload and decent quality. Every time I switch to a different section in the app, I get a pop-up advertising your premium plan. It's okay for it to happen occasionally, but it's put in my face every 5 seconds. The plus is there's more storage than Google Drive or OneDrive (15GB and 50GB). Not recommended for normal use.
