This game is very fun. Each level is varied and contains different challenges. My only problem is that some of the levels are so difficult that usage of in-game items, known as vaccines, are required. Occasionally you'll get a pop-up to watch an ad for 2 vaccines. The vaccines are often used up quickly and two of them will get you through 1 maybe 2 levels.

Beaten this game many times as a kid on kongregate still just as fun as ever. And don't listen to all those people saying "the game is forcing you to pay" every level is just as it was on kongregate (before any more transactions) at least areas 1 and 2 the absorbtion stuff is new to me (and I don't like it). Just to prove it, here is a tip for 3 staring level 17: rush to capture two red cells, keep the capturing cell over 40 (spam it with tentacles), capture the last one while it is attacking.

Really fun strategy game that has a lot more depth to it once you realize all the different uses for the bridges between cells. Tons of fun, and a game I expect to play through completely. The only possible issue I can see is that the tutorial was a tad short, and explained basic mechanics, without expounding much on the different ways to use those mechanics, leading to a bit of confusion and frustration on some early levels, while you teach yourself some strategy. That might be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on the player. Regardless, the game is fantastic.

I've completed the whole game using one vaccine, and ads are skippable, so this is a truly free game. There's a genre of mobile strategy game that's kinda tired, the "march troops between houses" genre. This game is clearly inspired by that genre but takes it in such a weird new direction and i love it. There's a lot of depth that you miss at first. The eating cells are fine but I don't think they were done particularly well: their UI is messier and the puzzles feel duller. Still amazing.

A challenging and creative RTS, but the vaccines costing real money without the options of ads is a serious problem. Also, this game has gone a fair number of years without an update and could use some new levels and mechanics. Other than that, great game, great concept and a great experience.

Update, game now works but I lost all my progress. I had so many unknown levels......... Not the first time either. Tell you what, Ill pay for the game if you include some sort of cloud save. Really awesome game, consider making a second one. , last review; After the latest update game has different graphics then it no longer works a few launches later just crashes each time 😡 clear cache cleared storage restart the phone uninstalled app reinstalled app.

Probably one of the most difficult and infuriating games I've ever played when it comes to trying to get three stars. Mostly because the tutorial is so basic that you don't really actually learn any tricks. However besides the game not teaching you anything it's a very well-designed game if you don't mind not getting 3 stars.

Pretty challenging, of course in a good way. Because when you finally realized you have to try something different, it works and makes you feel smart. But then you sti have tweak your tactic every level. What to add: More powers, different looking and types of antibodies and such, basically more content. Maybe a difficulty selection. The ability to change the type of the antibody through points. Have evil side, or multiple factions with different abilities. Just more!

idk what the most recent 2 reviewers (Jake on 06/01 & some random on 05/23) are on about. I installed a few days ago & have 3 starred about 70% of levels through the 4th set of levels, which I just got to. Very contrary to their opinions, I think the game does a tremendous job of teaching mechanics, spoon feeding you easy levels once or twice to ensure you get the hang of the mechanic, then ramping up difficulty so the game always remains a fun challenge. No p2w or obtrusive ads, great work.

People say it forces you to pay to win due to difficulty spike. They need to get good. I didn't pay for anything and got 3 stars on every level. Took me a LOT of effort. But it's totally possible. Really love this game. Very challenging, fun, simple controls, strong AI.

Docking a star for making me rate to unlock features, but this is a great game. If you ever played the original games on flash, that's what the first two organisms are. Then they add an absorbtion mechanic which isn't as fun, but the random levels are endless and I've never gotten bored of them. It's simple satisfaction. And the ads are pretty unintrustive.

Honestly I think I've downloaded and beaten this game upwards of 5 times and it's still nice to play occasionally. It feels like it's been around for 10 years and It still hasn't lost it's appeal for me. It's nice and simple, and a few levels take a few tries even at this point. A great phone game, and a pleasant way to kill a few hours. That and If you're like me you'll uninstall, see it in the store like a year later, and decide to give it another play through.

Pretty fun! The ads are skippable by hitting back so they're not too offensive. The people complaining about the game aren't trying hard enough I guess? Like, some levels are definitely challenging, but none are impossible, and figuring out how to crack them is fun. It's part strategy, part find-the-solution puzzle. Sometimes the "absorb" type cells aren't super responsive when you need to tap them quickly, but other than that controls and game play are both smooth.

Overall decent game. As others have said it gets a bit too hard quickly, but with a little luck and some good strategies most levels can be beaten without using special items. a few, however, seem to require them. This would be more acceptable to me if it didnt happen in the 2nd set, but was closer to the end. There are also fewer levels than I would like. Pull back on the difficulty jump a little, add some levels, and I'd probably give this 5 stars.

Fun and challenging with a gameplay concept I have not seen before. Controls are mildly unintuitive at first, but they are excellent after a few rounds. The primary downside is the ads; there does not appear to be a premium version to eliminate them, and you have to actually install the app from an ad to get additional gameplay boosts (vaccinations). I would prefer to pay a couple of dollars for a no-ad version and purchase boosts as needed (or at least not have to download unwanted apps).

Okay so... This game is awesome so far. Pretty damn hard but if you like or even love challenges. If you do than this is the game for you. Not to many ads which is really good. Graphics are really good. Concept is awesome. Good amount of levels so far. Having a hard time trying to beat it. It's just that difficult. Nearing the end though. Kinda wishing there were more levels but I haven't gotten all the stars for everything yet so it does have good replay value. I recommend it across the board. Get this game folks!

This is one of the best strategy games I've found which really challenges you to find the optimum approach for each level. I'd give 5 stars other than that the top 6-8 spots on the leaderboards are obviously fake/hacked. The main goal is to eek out points here and there to work your way up the boards, so why let obvious cheaters stay on the high score list? Easy enough to remove cheat scores.

Its a good game, I think the best of its kind since I see a lot of clones of this one. Only real problem is that the purple AI might be a little too aggressive since its basically impossible to keep up with, especially in later levels with tons of neutral cells for grabs. Only outright bad thing is the absorption mechanic, its really messes with the flow of the game and isnt really fun in the first place. Bad mechanic that thankfully, even in its intro, only shows up in like half the levels.

It's quite addictive and a great play. One thing that would make it even better would be the ability to pause to map out your moves, especially in the later levels when connections to cells are impossible to micromanage. EDIT: went back to play it recently and found it flooded with ads. The flow of the game means that speed is key, so ads in the MIDDLE of a level are an absolute pass for me. The game is unfortunately unplayable now.

I love takeover games like this and this is an excellent example of how to do them right. Gameplay is smooth and intuitive. The only complaint I have is that once the campaign is done, you only have randomly generated levels left and you have no control over what kind of level you get. Giving players option selection choices (ex. setting the max cell size, how many opponents, absorption cells on/off) would mean I spend more time playing the game and less refreshing the random levels over & over
