the stream quality is very random. Suddenly it switched to low res and it almost impossible to see the ball. Furthermore while casting via Chromecast the video suddenly stops and I need to restart the app on the phone, and restart casting the video. It's frustrating cause the video doesn't resume from the interrupted time, but start from scratch every time. I contacted support to get clarifications and will update when the issues are solved.

I haven't used this app a lot yet. My initial impressions are positive, but I did notice a few issues. It's great the app has a means to prevent spoilers, but replacing the match progress bar with a "spoiler free" banner is pretty silly. I don't need to be constantly reminded that I have spoiler free mode enabled. Also, there is no longer a way to advance a match more than a 15s skip at a time. In the old app, I'd often jump ahead half an hour or so in a match if I'm pressed for time.

When the app is working it's amazing, and when you charge a monthly membership fee you expect something to work 10 out of 10 times. The problem is every month there's a new bug on the app. It either crashes right when you open it or right when you click a match or it just won't play the match. Works great on browser on my pc but it's terrible on android.

I've been quite disappointed with this app. I've encountered multiple issues, such as difficulties logging in and a limited selection of live games. Additionally, the user interface seems to have flaws like text being cut in half, making navigation and finding content quite challenging. Regrettably, in nearly two weeks, I've only managed to successfully watch one match. Given these experiences, I find myself wishing for a refund.

So many things wrong with this app. The app with which this replaced was flawless. Now, it lost support for my android 7.0 Samsung tablet and is extremely clunky while streaming to chromecast. Furthermore, the app also doesn't work on my android TV Sony TV. The only workable experience on mobile is watching this on my phone which is obviously the smallest screen. To be honest, this experience alone deters me from renewing my subscription.

Having access to all the tournaments (other than GSs) is great. However, I often have technical problems with the app and have to watch matches in my browser. I've emailed TennisTV about this but they weren't very helpful. That upset me bc the app is pricey. Update: I bought a monthly resubscription to TennisTV but haven't been able to sign into my premium account. Apparently, many customers are having this problem. It's been 4 days since my purchase and I have not been able to watch any tennis!

It's not the most sophisticated in terms of features... (they do not maintain data on what is watched already or how long, or even your current match). The user interface is decent, though. The biggest issue is trying to remember where I was in a match if I started watching it previously, but the app has restarted.

What an awful app. Absolutely disgraceful for how much the subscription costs. App constantly crashes. Won't keep my place when I close the app in the middle of a pre-recorded match. No global video quality setting that I can find, you have to set HD or SD every time you start a stream. Sometimes when you try to watch a live match the screen is just black and nothing plays. Fix this buggy mess please. Hire some developers who aren't braindead.

They redid the app and it's just as bad as the previous one. Chromecast doesn't work on Android phones nor iPad; the app for FireTV constantly signs out; there's no app for Android TV; the app freezes and refresh rate is poor so it's hard to follow the ball. If TC Plus was better, I'd ditch Tennis TV, but it's just as bad, so we have no good options to watch tennis. For the price they charge, they should offer a better user experience.

Most terrible, unresponsive, and dismissive customer service of any provider I've ever had. I have to login to every device EVERY time I use Tennis TV, whether it is my phone, my roku streaming device, or my laptop. Super aggravating. They only have email cutomer service, and the don't respond. I will happily let Tennis TV go and pick up The Tennis Channel app because of this.

I have been unable to log into the app since it was overhauled in December 2021. I have followed all of the guidance multiple times about resetting passwords and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. It just says my credentials are incorrect. This error is false, because I can log in and watch matches through the website in a browser. Thus, the app is completely unusable on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Incredibly, this exact problem also exists on my iPad, so it is not just limited to Android.

Honestly one of the worst apps I've ever interacted with. Across every platform, phone, desktop, smart TV, the ui is terrible and slow. Match results have been spoiled numerous times (even with the proper settings on) because of how terrible the app displays matches and replays when it bothers displaying them at all. Small, well-understood user interactions, that on any other streaming platform would be no issue, are clunky, visually confusing, and sometimes, non-functional.

Connecting to Chromecast is often troublesome and glitchy. The lack of video control is bothersome as well. Clicking "watch from beginning" on a live match and it starts at the current time ruining the element of surprise for the match is the worst part. If you scroll back to the very start of the video, it's halfway through another player's match ruining the suprise for that match as well. For the price, the app should be much better.

Update: I have to log in every time. Need to fix auto log out issues & save progress of previously viewed . Otherwise, looking great! Update Auto log out still happens from time to time but much better. Would still like to see progress of previously viewed matches saved. Also, the spoiler features should be available on the TV based apps as well. Lastly, when spoiler features are enabled, you should be able to fast forward in larger increments because you're unable to scan through the tineline.

For some reason they took away the ability to do 10 second skip forward and rewind with the keyboard arrow keys. This is really essential if you don't want to spend 3 hours watching a match and you want to skip through the 80% of tennis that is a dead time between serves and changeovers. Please bring this basic feature back.

I am so frustrated with Tennis TV. I resubscribed my Premium subscription. It shows that under subscriptions in the Google Play Store. For some reason, the app doesn't recognize it and I'm prompted with the screen to buy a subscription. I click on the subscription and I then get an error message, "You're already subscribed to Tennis TV Premium..." I gave TTV the transaction ID and screen shots. They keep deflecting saying to talk to Google. Google says it's an app issue. Terrible! Help me plz!

It frequently asks to log in again. It asks every time you open it to allow notifications, which I don't want - but it doesn't store the "Cancel" (= no) answer Like some other sports apps it fails to think that users may use it for catch-up, but as soon as you open it you see the latest match, even if you click on "replays" it shows newest on the left, so you can't come a day after and catch up without seeing the newer matches, which spoils the result
