payments that should be going through result in a decline, causing late fees. I have spoke with my bank and this is not on their end.

The fee for processing the payment is ridiculous!!!!!! I will NOT be using it again!!!!!

I like the app so far, but as I continue exploring it, there are a few things I feel should work like other rental apps. For instance, I thought it was free to use your bank account, but I get charged $1.50 on top of my paying my rent. There's no way around it. Alsthe first o it doesn't give me the option to use my debit card for faster transaction, and no option to pay rent in advance besides just 1st. My landlord fixed the last one.
