Great concept and WOULD be very convenient if it actually worked consistently and as intended. Seriously trying to do anything on this app takes a whole lot of patience and crossed fingers. So very frustrating and performance is so far below par. Constantly freezes/ stops working, which isn't great when looking, applying and booking inspections for rental properties is extremely time sensitive in the current market, "first in best dressed"!

Really poor user interface and APIs from other programs. I've installed the app, but every time I click a link in an email that directs me to the property listing in the app, I have to "sign up with mobile" and it doesn't let me create an account to save time. I have to sign into the app first (using my mobile number) and then click the link in the email.

Worst real estate app out there. Takes FOREVER to load and I often have to restart it several times. Forget using links to get to anything on it. Everytime I click on one, it never loads and just give me a blank screen, sometimes a loading screen if I'm lucky. Won't stop emailing and messaging me. Would probably be doing push notifications as well, if I hadn't disabled them. Keep trying to turn them off, never works. Login process is awful and confusing. Always says create new account.

Good app! Love that you can select and hide properties and do everything inside the app. It would be great to share a search with my wife. We tried using the same account but it would log one of us out. Hidden properties reappear in the inspections tab. It would be good if there was a link to the source webpage for extra information i.e. schools etc. Also it would be great to have a way to copy the address or link into Google maps for a satellite view etc. The app doesn't offer this feature.

Doesn't work properly. 1. I chose an accommodation on the map and opened it. 2. Then, I came back to the map and chose another accommodation. 3. Nothing happened. I saw the previous address below, and I couldn't open the chosen option. I had to close and reopen the app to do so. Also, there's no neither air-conditioning nor heating filters! Nonsense!

Love the app, how you can find a house, book and apply all in one app. Only problem is when I go from a link from my email to apply or a link to view property or link to confirm a booking time etc the app is blank, white screen. So I then have to clear the app from recent apps and then try again through the link and when I finally get back through and no more white screen (can take a few times, and also displays the getting things ready logo) I then have to sign back in everytime.

This application is way too far to be successful. There are too many errors. Where can I start. I chose a couple of suburbs, but now there are hundreds of them saved, and it's hard to edit the search part. I wish I could delete them quickly. It's stopped working often, and I closed and opened again. There are many rentals, but the app says no properties found. Edit: Now, every time, I have to log in with email validation code. I hate this app, but agencies are using this, and I have to use too.

App sucks. Only useful for real estate agents. Constantly logs you out, doesn't auto open when clicking on a web link, and extremely buggy. Worst of all, tries to make you pay for content for accessing a basic human right. Zero stars, would not use, if it wasn't mandated by the worst industry on earth. Should be illegal.

When linking your calander only occasionally appears the option to add. Lacks option to click on registered inspection & add details to calander Unable to remain logged in, constant 2-step verification frustrating & you're made re-enter the parameters search each time eg price, bed, bath but the suburbs remain saved. Best used in the desktop format. A significant number of properties are not or incorrectly listed mainly apartments/units/villas but only 3 options House, townhouse & apartment

It's the worst, if it weren't for the fact that apparently all real estate companies use it, I wouldn't have downloaded it, they charged me for a service they haven't given me and I send emails asking for a response And they automatically answer the same messages every time, and now they even charge you for having your information on the page, and if you want to apply as a couple the links are not valid and They don't give an answer to that either, they don't even have a number to call!

I have to use this terrible app to submit applications to get a rental. But it won't let me attach photos or documents. It also just will not submit applications. I've gone over the application 10 times. There is no errors. But the submit button is greyed out! So I can't add documents to support one application and cannot even submit a other one!

I wish I could give zero stars. This app is the most useless, buggy piece of crud I have ever had the displeasure of using. Sadly all property managers use it, so it's the only option. Highlights - keeps logging me out. Sent my inspection log back to year 2000. Covers text box with keyboard and won't allow you to scroll to see what you're typing. Keeps refusing to send info to PMs. Changes my bedroom and parking requirements randomly. Highly do not recommend.

I find this app really frustrating as it keeps logging me out. When it asks me to if I'd like to continue it resets all my preferences. Gets pretty tiresome doing that several times a day. Once logged in and preferences set it's good to use. A suggested enhancement is to allow the photos to be viewed in landscape.

The fact we can't search by street address is incredibly frustrating. The links from emails to the property information never work and just send you back to the search menu. I systematically have had to request the login number twice because it never works on the first attempt. Overall very poor performance considering everything single real estate agent uses it. Please improve it soon!!!

This has go to be one of the worst real estate type app I've ever had the displeasure of having to use, be it the website on a computer or the app on the phone they're all terrible. The app constantly crashes and logs you out get notifications for new homes that are already leased the same day they appear (that might be more the agents though). I have to constantly add our filters. It's just annoying!

So far so good. However when i just want to check the addresses for viewing on the day, when I first go into the app im at the preferences page and app as if I want to continue as Janice, and I click ok app does not show inspections. I have to go out and login with my email address. Its fiddly and doesn't always capture all the bookings

Tenant App developers, please improve on the app as I am having trouble trying to even log in. We are reliant on the app as alot of real estates use your platform for people to put their application form through. It is very inconsistent in regards to logging in and trying to put an application form through. Please fix bugs and improve on consistency. Thank you

This is the worst app. That's putting it lightly. I've tried everything from making a new account, updating, logging in and logging out and constantly trying to close and reopen the app and have not been successful in getting past entering my suburb. I put the location in and then it never loads. Beyond frustrating especially when looking for a house is already such a stressful thing to be doing.

I can see potential however this app has so many bugs which can be very frustrating Don't rely it for scheduling your inspection and have a backup schedule Nothing is more frustrating not being able to access your inspection schedule

The app works well most of the time. It does get confused when searching on "Map View" and you need to go back to "list view" before it will show different properties. My biggest issue is the inability to use the website. I am unable to log in and am constantly given an error message (Oops, looks like you got lost in space) Not being able to use the website to view and apply more efficiently is extremely frustrating. When i click contact" TennantApp" i am just send to a list of google reviews.
