Provides one of the best price for international calls & there is no hard deadlines for finishing the recharged credit. Recommendation: 1. App gets closed by the android system too ofen making the 'intercept calls from native dialer' unusable. 2. At the first glance, people fall for the look rather than the amenities so a sleeker UI is always appreciated. 3. Maybe provide an option to select 'Internet call'/'callback' by default so that it nedds not to be choosen everytime a number is dialled.

Poor Experience with Telz Telz has been disappointing. Many calls failed, including to important numbers, and customer support didn’t resolve the issues. UAE users can’t call local numbers without switching to a non-UAE number, which isn’t clearly explained. The app struggles with calls requiring numpad inputs and charges a full minute for even 5-second calls. Recommendation: Use Yolla instead—same prices but much more reliable.

I'm impressed, so far. I have tried a lot of these phone apps, but this is by far the cheapest. Maybe it depends to which country you call, but what I use it for, it is very cheap. The only thing cheaper is a Cici calling card (C$0.01/min), whereas Telz charges C$0.012/min. That's 1/5 of a cent more. I can live with that, because it means I can call directly, instead of calling a different number first, then a 16 digit pin number, and then the number I want to call. And the quality is excellent.

I have used Telz for quite a long time and paid plenty of money for calling. However, telz is falling behind and really losing my trust on the company. Besides, they don't have a good customer service and they're not willing to solve the customers issue. Writing emails, texting on the app support all the channels used but no reply from telz. Secondly, the number sharing service is not working properly it sometimes block the other number. Thirdly, I topped up but can't call. Sad experience!

2016: I was looking for something affordable with good call quality. Seems i have found it. Lets hope that they will keep the rates compatative and quality good. I have bought 9€ in 2 months so far and have made few calls over wifi/3g/4g from Canada to Pakistan with no problem whatsoever. Edit Sept-2020: Used this app for years but in last ten months i am facing around 7-10sec voice delay. Used to be good but 10 sec delay makes it useless. Reducing my review from 5 to 2 stars.

I have been using the app since 2019 (quite a lot). I call to my home country. Although the price is pretty expensive per min (0.13 cent), however, I was okay. Recently, I have seen many connection problems specifically connecting a call while there is no connections at all. A very wierd experiment is when the receiver cut off the call, I still hear a playback of the call for something we were talking a bit earlier. I guess the app is recording the call and playing it back while the call was end

I just used it and it was a great help. I called someone abroad who doesn't have an internet connection. I was hesitant to use this as I thought it was a scam. But no, it is a great app, lower rates and the call quality is amazing.

Incredible app, incredible rates for most countries in Europe. Easy to use for what you need. Not cluttered with unnecessary features no one needs. Able to record conversation if needed. No connection fee and the quality of sound overexceeded my expectations. Really I can't think of anything negative about this app. Oh actually one thing. No dark theme 😣. Hopefully this would be fixed with an update. And really I am not a person who writes reviews. But in case I somehow felt obliged to do so.

Pathetic experience . . Its a total rip off . . I called my own number ( i've got 2 numbers ) and someone answered the call and money got deducted from my account balance . . My phone dint even ring ( the number i dialed ) . . The call connects maybe to one of their own team member . . Absolute scam

I love this app it makes calls internationally so easy, but sometimes those who I call do not hear me, fix that! and add text message features the app really needs that. the update needs it

great quality of voip but recently my phone number stopped to be displayed on the other side. This was the main reason I was using the app for calls. now when I make a call the other side receives a call from some random international number and since it is unknown number the calls are not answered 😑 the support team said there is nothing they can do about. this used to be a great app
