Telpark allows you to pay and manage your parking in regulated areas such as the blue and green zones on public streets, just using your smartphone. There's no need to carry cash in your pockets, nor to search for a parking meter. You can make your payments, receive parking expiration alerts and cancel fine tickets without going to the parking meter.
Soon with Telpark you can also use many of the public parkings in the Empark universe (largest parking operator company in Spain), in a completely paperless way: access is made via license plate optical recognition at the parking entrance and exit points and payment is automatic with your Telpark account.

You can manage different vehicles and pay for them without stopping your business meeting, getting out of the cinema, nor interfering with your activity. Moreover, you don’t have to pay beforehand.

Do not save your card details in the app. They charged me for a car that I did not have anymore (rental). I sent 2 emails, first one was closed without an answer and second one still waiting. They do not have a phone support line, neither a live chat. They do not have the English option either. My second ticket was again closed with no response. I contacted them through messenger and the automatic suggestion was to send them an email.

Update: With a delay got a response from the support. They accepted that the error is on their side. Original text: Enabled "express entry" option to use it while my trip to Lisbon last month. But several days ago, while my car was parked in a garage at my home, got a message from the app saying that "Parking started". Now it tries to charge me with 57 EUR for somebody else's parking. Support does not respond to my messages. Very frustrating experience.

The app is scam. Support is absolute rubbish. Avoid at all costs. Paid for a monthly pass. App was showing that the monthly pass is active. Then in order to leave the parking I had to pay again. And I was told that it is not active even though the bank transaction is holy competed and the app is showing that it is active. Support stuff gave me a number to call, but they simpmy refused to talk

I would gove 5 stars but it's missing a feature that it used to have. Back in the day, it would select your car automatically if you had only one of them registered which was super convenient, now you must select it manually which adds some extra time. Also the express mode requires a credit card for some reason that i don't understand, I prefer using paypal as it warns me when a payment is made.

Shocking customer support. If I could rate it zero, I would. The app itself works fine. When it comes to settling payment, it's taken twice from the account, ie. which means if your parking charges amount to €100 then €200 will be taken. Many unsuccessful attempts to resolve via customer support 'Rubén', 'Silvia' et al seem like bots. They don't respond to emails and when they do it's just generic copy/paste text. Absolutely shocking, would not recommend.

Be aware that the large discount offered for using this app only applies to a very small number of locations. Other locations offer lower discounts but most have none. Very misleading, check the terms! Other than that, the app is ok but doesn't let you know charges for ongoing session and hasn't got many useful notifications. It works but with restrictions and needs much more work, especially with pricing transparency IMHO.

An embarrassing amount of popus and ads and messages and interruptions and even more popus and more ads EVEN FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS! This application is an absolute waste of your time.

Similar to mr. Pavlidou, below they actually charged me 3 times for the same vehicle and period. Easy to do mistakes.. Will not let you change mistakes once paid. You can run multiple parking sessions for the very same car at the same time. You get no returns... Easier and less risky to pay at the parking meter. I do not recommend this app at all.

It's really comfortable to enter and leave the parking without any paper tickets, just register you car number plate in app and it works perfectly. Charging electrical car is very easy and price is good. Great service, thank you!

bad experience, you need to book and confirm the booking at the parking office when you arrive. There was no one there so I couldn't confirm. I had to pay twice for the parking. Stupid app, uninstalled it and wouldn't reccomend it, at least not in Spain.

This app is horrible. Do not use as you'll have $ stolen from your credit card account. Was forced to use this app to access parking in Spain and wasn't able to remove my payment info from the account properly. Now that I'm back home in my own country the app won't allow me to sign in to fully remove my information so I keep getting charged for parking. I've filed a complaint but until it gets dealt with I keep getting charged for parking lots I haven't used. Beware!

Total scam!!! Avoid using telpark. Charges invoices that are not yours and they do not reply for help. No customer service telephone whatsoever. Chat in the app states replies in 24h, it has been more than a week without reply. Check trustpilot…thousands of complains.

The app was very efficient at taking my booking and payment but the car park didn't recognise the car and it took 10 minutes at the exit to explain the situation, A lot of stress in a city I wasn't familiar with. Don't bother booking just park. The app is a waste of time and doesn't work.

Don't use it. Horrible experience. No service - nobody answers you when you need them. Does not allow to login outside Spain. Continue charging you on parking that you do not do it. Was need to cancel the credit card to stop charging. Do not understand how Google can keep them inside

Beware, they claim to provide a serious app but then it is just a scam (check the other reviews)! Used the app some time ago but recently the system registered my vehicle using a garage in a different country (!) and charged my card. I submitted a request for assistance and have been ignored while the 17 euro charge was never returned. Would recommend to not add a permanent payment method to avoid being intermitently scammed. This is not an application error, this is deliberate theft!

Foreign credit cards not accepted. Tried several cards that are working in Spain and Portugal every day but doesn't work on this app. So I paid for a reservation with PayPal. But then you can't turn on express pay without a credit card which the email said meant I could not get into the garage. I reported this to Telepark and they refunded me quickly so awesome customer service! Just need to improve card processing and communication.

I signed up for this app while visiting Spain in July. I've been back in the States for two months i I'm starting to get messages that I'm parked somewhere in Madrid. Luckily, i caught the charge on my bank app and was able to cancel my card. How someone was able to compromise my account through the app scares me. Needless to say, i can not recommend this app.

The UI is not bad, and the app is easy to navigate. However, you cannot save international credit cards, so if you are from out of town don't bother. Also, even if you could there is really no point since all the parking lots that are located in the "touristy" area of Barcelona do not participate in the "Up to 40%" Promotion. And in Madrid the few that do participate, only offer 10%. There are only 2 parking lots in their entire network that actually offer 40%.

DO NOT install this app. Using it will NOT get you the promised discount, the chat function is useless because nobody responds, and there is NO option to cancel your account without "providing an explanation for why you want to cancel" via the useless chat and waiting for a response that never comes. Guess I'm stuck with an account forever. F you Telpark. I would rather park on the street and get tickets the next time I travel.
