when i saw the app i am excited but immediately i ask my self "how can trust ethio telecom?". how could we know if it is secure or not? we need more clarifications about this app to be user. Currently I can't registered on the app bcoz the app is not working. 😞😰

Can't change the country number my country is India and I can't change +251 to +91. So I couldn't use the app

This is very helpfull and trustworthy to habe your data stored on local company clouds. Hooe you will come up with an email accounts that we can use . Ofcourse i know that you have email services but meeded abetter service for individuals

Its good but too expensive to pay per month. Its better to make it one time payment. Lets hope for better price from SafriCom 🙏🙏🙏

Why should I pay 300/month when I can get a bunch of other free drives from elsewhere, with even better storage capacity (like Terabox-1TB). Another question is, what happens to my files if stopped paying monthly? Will they be removed from your cloud? Will you suspend my account? And how do I sue the safety of your servers and infrastructures? የኢትዮጵያ ነገር እንደሆነ መብራት ስጠፋ ራሱ አብሮ ምጠፉ ነገሮች አሉ።😅 Lastly I will never trust government-run corporation to store my private documents and files! First thing it asks when registering is money. Without enough information and trial period. There should be a free option with small storage.

It's good you started this app. But the cost is too expensive. 100gb storage in Google drive is around 2$ per month which is 1 cup of coffee for the Americans standard (even with 15gb free gift). Please revise you 100gb price to our country's standard. Thank you.

application is boring. it always sends a message that your file is about to be deleted. Dear customer, your account will be deleted in 22 days. To prevent data loss, enter your online account and upgrade. Please contact the support team for more information. Where is the support team? Address? Contact address? Like 994.

I like this app. It is good to have a,local cloud service. Upload seed is limited. I have a 4g connection with speed upto 10mb/s but when i backup on teledrive, the speed never reachs 500kb/s. It is from 200kb/s upto maximum of 450kb.

While whole functionality is good, add an option on your app, especially the desktop version for users to "Stay signed-in", it's counter productive, when you are few days away from your station and app logged out not backing up anything. Edit: Your website download page takes me to Glo Cloud, a little initiative from your development team would reduce such inconveniences for your customers, reducing my review to two stars.

I have been in trouble to keep documents from my phones; If I lost a space, I used to copy on hard drive and delate; While in any lost, it is hard to retrieve datas unless free subscriptions 2 online drives. It too has difficulties to upgrade for premium service,since online paying to subscriptions in 🇪🇹 was impossible. Now Thanks 2 EthioTelecom; after having this app all my difficulties goes with the wind. I suggest all Ethiopians to be subscribers of this useful app. Keep the good work.

Why do i have to login every time, Annoying. This app is exactly what everyone have been looking for. Thank You! But it still needs big improvement on the time it takes to upload files, it is very annoying. (Not related to Internet speed btw) Also please activate Two Factor Authentication, at least as an additional privacy protection method.
